GE Appliance Repair

IT'S ALWAYS BEEN TOP NOTCH. I'VE HAD THEM FOR OTHER THINGS ALSO. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT. THEY'RE IN AND OUT, I'M FIXED AND I'M ON THE GO AGAIN. I'VE REPLACED THIS COMPUTER BOARD TWICE NOW. I THINK IT'S A BIT MUCH TO BE PUTTING INTO A COMPUTER BOARD.

I HAVE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ALWAYS DEPENDABLE AND RESPONSIVE. THEY WORK HARD AND THE QUALITY SHOWS. THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY AS WELL AS INFORMATIVE.

They did explain what they did to repair the dishwasher; I did like the people they sent out. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything the way they found it. They were respectful of my property. They were also professional and courteous. I thought that they were a little pricey, but I was satisfied with their work. This is my first time using their services.

It was my first time using this company and I am quite satisfied. The workers were prompt in fixing the dishwasher. It only took them about 30 minutes to fix it. I was very happy with that. It did not take them very long to respond to my call either. It only took one to two days. They are a good company.

They had to come out twice to repair our refrigerator, because they didn't have the parts needed. Once the parts were in they repaired it quickly. The man who came out explained the problem thoroughly before he began any work and made sure we knew how much it was going to cost us.

The technicians were great and very informative. They tried to repair my microwave, but failed and they recommended that I should just buy a new microwave, because the broken magnetron was too expensive to replace. They were very honest about not being able to fix the microwave. They were also very courteous and professional.

GE Appliance Service was here on time as scheduled. The worker was very nice. He did a good job. We can now get both water and ice from the front dispenser. It only took an hour or so. I am pleased with the service provided. I would recommend GE and their service to others.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO OTHERS BECAUSE THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT I SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, BUT I HAD TO PAY 300 DOLLARS FOR LABOR.

I HATE BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. IT DIDN'T COST ME ANY MORE THAN WHAT IT HAD BEEN ESTIMATED FOR AN HOURLY RATE PLUS MATERIALS.

It was nice of the people to confirm the appointment before they came here. They were very informative as they explained what they did to repair the appliance. They took four trips to repair it and all four different people were nice and they cleaned up well.

GE Appliance Repair was here about a day after I called for service. They were on time as scheduled. They did an excellent job. The worker was very kind. My icemaker is working fine again. My service was covered under warranty. I would recommend their service to others. I think GE is the best.

The technician was skilled, friendly, and an excellent representative for his company.

GE Appliance Service came to my home the next day after I called them. The worker was very friendly. He made the necessary adjustments and now my dishwasher works great. My dishwasher was still under warranty so I did not have to pay anything for the service. I was happy with the whole service experience.

THE REPAIRS THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME ALWAYS GO WELL. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. THEY ALWAYS DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL AND NOTHING MORE.

I felt that appliance itself did not meet my expectations. The serviceman was excellent. If he worked on his own I would hire him again otherwise I would never hirer them again.

IT LOOKED LIKE A SEVEN DOLLAR PART THAT TOOK LESS THAT TEN MINUTES TO INSTALL, AND THEY CHARGED ME 100 DOLLARS. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE THEY CHARGED WAS A LITTLE HIGH BECAUSE ALL THEY DID WAS PUT A LITTLE SPRING IN THE DOOR OF THE DISHWASHER.

THEY WERE VERY, VERY GOOD. THEY CAME HERE WHEN, I ASKED THEM TO. THEY DID THE WORK AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS. I'VE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH GENERAL ELECTRIC FOR A WHILE.

THERE WERE TWO DIFFERENT GUYS AND THEY WERE TELLING ME TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. BUT THE SECOND GUY HELPED ME OUT MORE THAN THE FIRST ONE. IT SEEMED LIKE I COULDN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM THEM.

WOULD NOT HAVE PAID 200.00 TO FIX A 400.00 MICROWAVE, IF WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN AHEAD OF TIME. WE THOUGHT THE REPAIR WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, THE PART WAS, BUT THEY CHARGED US 160.00 LABOR AND A 50.00 TRIP-CHARGE. WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY THE TRIP CHARGE WHETHER THEY FIXED IT OR NOT.

I BARELY HAD TO PAY ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. THE MEN THAT CAME OUT WERE VERY NICE. THEY JOKED AROUND A LOT BUT, THEY STILL GOT THE JOB DONE.

I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE. MY REFRIGERATOR WORKS REALLY GOOD AFTER THEY CAME OUT AND WORKED ON IT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE. I DON'T KNOW IF THE PRICE IS THAT GREAT BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE.

They did a poor job. When they finally came and fixed it the fridge was fine. However, the problem was they didn't show up to come fix it when they said they would and our fridge got too cold and was making too much ice. I waited the all day even though I had stuff to do and they didn't show up. I made the appointment 3 times and they showed up on the 3rd appointment. They did ok when they got there and were professional, friendly and they cleaned up but I don't think I would use them again.

THEY CAME WITHIN THE WINDOW THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. BUT THEY SENT TWO DRUMS TO REPLACE THE ONE THAT WAS BROKEN. THEN THEY JUST CHUCKED THE GOOD ONE IN THE DUMPSTER, INSTEAD OF TAKING IT BACK, WHICH DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME. WHEN I CALLED THEM, I TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG BEFORE, BUT THEY SAID THEY STILL HAD TO COME OUT AND MAKE SURE. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE MORE EFFICIENT, IF THEY HAD JUST BROUGHT THE DRUM THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT, INSTEAD OF COMING OUT, CONFIRMING WHAT I ALREADY KNEW WAS WRONG AND THEN ORDERING THE PART. THE QUALITY WAS FINE THOUGH, THEY JUST SEEMED A LITTLE REDUNDANT.

THEY DID COME OUT IMMEDIATELY TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX THE MOTOR. IT HAD TO BE ORDERED BUT IT WAS HERE IN A REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME. I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY CAME TO TAKE CARE OF IT SO QUICKLY. THEY SEEMED CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING SURE WE WERE UP TO DATE AND SATISFIED.

GE came to our home to repair our washing machine. They were very efficient, friendly and respectful in our household. I'd consider hiring them for a future job. I would recommend them to others.
