GE Appliance Repair

He showed up without notice due to a problem with our timer over heating. Something they realized on their own, which I was glad they took care of it. He showed me the problem and ensured me that this timer was not faulty. I appreciated them coming out and fixing the problem without a hassle to us.

I really don t have a problem with the service they provide but more of a problem with the quality of the products they sell. I think if the products were of better quality, I wouldn t have to have people out to service them. When they do come out, they do a good job of finding the problem and fixing it quickly but it would be better if it didn't have to be fixed at all.

Working with GE was not the best service that I've had but other then a few minor problems it worked out good. They had a few problems obtaining the part they needed to fix the dishwasher and even when they did get the pieces they were not able to fix it. What I really liked is that when they realized they were unable to fix it they replace it immediately.

I have been trying for three days to contact, and have been getting a busy signal every single time. I am going to go ahead and try someone else on this list.

I like the service I got from General Electric. The price was very good, and I was not inconvenienced. They only had it for a couple of hours. The person who fixed it was professional courteous. They treated me like a valued customer.

I was very happy with there services. They were out when they said they were going to be and had the job done the same day. The man that came out took time to answer any questions and offer advice.

Although this was a small job, it was kind of a long one. They took forever. I was very disappointed that the workers did not even know what kind of products they were selling or dealing with. They really did have some pretty crappy maintenance men working for them. However, the work was done fine and everything is working now, but that does not mean that I would call them again. I was mainly disappointed in the fact that they did not know this particular product was one of their own.

General Electric was an average okay. They arrived at 11am and were not supposed to be here until between 1-5 pm and I could have missed them. Be home ahead of schedule. He was knowledgeable and knew immediately what needed to be done and had what he needed to do the job.

I had no problems with GE or their work. I was satisfied with the repairs they did. My freezer works ten times better. I would recommend them.

I called the 800-repair number and they sent a guy out and he took the face plate off of the oven to the circuit board. He replaced the part, but he could not get the faceplate back on and he damaged my cherry custom cabinet and scratched the wall and left a mess. The only thing GE charged me was 150 for the part, but I would not recommend this guy to come out.

Since our microwave was still under warranty, this didn't cost us anything. They came out promptly and changed a light bulb that had gone out and was cracked. They responded promptly and did a good job.

We had a gas cooktop that leaked gas. We set an appointment and the tech came out and said that valves needed to be replaced without taking it apart. He ordered them, but only 4 out of the 6 came in. He set up an appointment for the following Saturday, and no one came. I rescheduled for the following Friday, and no one showed for that appointment either. I rescheduled again for the next Friday, and no one showed again. At that point, the builder replaced it. Now I am having problems with the refrigerator. I now have to find someone else to service it because GE is not responsible in keeping appointments.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OVER WAS VERY NICE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND IT TOOK HIM NO TIME AT ALL TO GET IT REPAIRED. HE WAS DONE IN ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES, AND ITS BEEN WORKING FINE EVER SINCE.

THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT I WILL BUY MY APPLIANCES AND TAKE THEM TO BE REPAIRED. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE AT YOUR HOUSE OR YOU ARE IN THE STORE, THE COMPANY IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE MICROWAVE, BUT WE ARE STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE ICE MACHINE ON THE REFRIGERATOR. THEY DID NOT CHECK BACK TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY.

General electric had to come out to fix my keypad on the stove because some of the buttons were no longer working properly. The man they sent out was highly trained and very knowledgeable.

The tech came on time. He was very professional and polite had the new element installed in 5 minutes. His service call and labor charge was $130.70.

We called, and GE Appliance Service were able to do repairs within three days. He never found what the problem was, but the oven is perfectly fine. He was very helpful. And He has serviced our appliances in the past and left us his home phone number for future need.

I REALLY LIKED THE GUY THAT CAME TO FIX MY ICE MAKER. HE WAS VERY NICE ANDWAS GLAD TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. I'M GLAD I CHOSE THEM TO DO THE WORK.

I THINK THIS COMPANY HAS VERY GOOD PRODUCTS. WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH ONE, THEY COME OUT TO FIX IT FOR YOU INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF BEING ON TIME.

THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED AND HAD IT FIXED THE SAME DAY. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND COMPANY. I TRY TO LET EVERY0NE KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

I was able to easily set up an appointment online with a General Electric repairman. They came out right away and got the job done quickly. The fridge has been running smoothly since. They were a bit pricey, but I'd hire them again if ever needed.

I have been dealing with GE for quite sometime and the one thing I learned is that they stick by their word. Whenever I have a problem with something under warranty they come out immediately to fix it no questions act and the people that come out are very friendly and professional.

This is the only time we needed to use GE since we bought our dishwasher from them years ago. They did a very good job and they're very professional. The charge includes the labor and motor. We've had no problems since.

I was very happy with the service provided by General Electric. My freezer was still under warranty when the seal went out they were very quick to get someone out to fix it. The work was done very quickly and I have not had any problems with my freezer since the repair of the seal that was bad.
