Description of Work: They replied to all my inquiries promptly. I think there may have been some confusion on the big deal. She called and wanted to schedule a estimate, but I told her this was an Angies list special, not an estimate. do appreciate their fast response though.

Description of Work: I had the attic and walls insulated. The only snafu was that the owner called me the day before they were to be here and said they had not ordered the celulose. I researched insulation and decided that celulose is what I wanted. They knew that two weeks before the date they were to be here. She apologized and they got her a few days later. |They installed rubber around the perimeter of the attic. Then they blew in the celulose. This house is using very little heat now. I am happy! |

Description of Work: Insulation and new heat pump. Brandon seems like a nice guy but clearly needs an assistant or something. I had multiple things go wrong, some pretty bad. Too much to get into on here and to be honest I'd rather block it out of my memory. They were never on time and were clearly overbooked. In the end they got everything working the way it should but it took 10 years off my life. It was one of the most stressful home improvements I have had ever done. Brandon ended up knocking 100.00 off the price to make up for my experience. It was a nice gesture but I can't in all good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They sealed the band board with spray foam, Sprayed 7 inches of open cell foam on the inside of the roof, sealed crawl spaces with sprayed foam and plastic sheeting, weatherstripped all doors, and caulked all windows, door frames, and fireplaces. They reduced airflow through the house by 1/3! They did an excellent job in a very courteous manner and cleaned up thoroughly!

+ -1 moreGood communication. Called and lowered the original estimate by 100.00. The installers were late arriving although the estimator was professional, prompt and courteous. Got the feeling my job wasn't that important as the estimator didn't even go up into the attic. Overall, I feel I got what I paid for, and that was additional insulation and a good price. Energy Savers estimate was the lowest of three I received. The job was completed quickly and they didn't leave a mess! I would use again.

+ -1 moreI got the company's name from Service Magic. Gary came out the next day and gave me an estimate. He also discouraged me from having unnecessary insulation added to my already insulated walls. While the installers were in my attic they checked for water leaks from the roof and took pictures of a water leak I have around a vent pipe. This was very helpful later when I called a roofer to have the leak repaired. The installer also connected my exhaust fan tubing in the attic that had become disconnected in the past. This was done free of charge.
Description of Work: I had blown-in insulation added to my attic.
