I was very pleased by the courtesy and professionalism from the start. Jeff came out to do the estimate and he was knowledgeable and thorough. The install guys that came out were polite, considerate and cleaned up any mess they may have made. They did a great job. The girl in the office was also very friendly.

They were very honest and came out and gave me an honest quote for the work that needed to be done. They took the time to come inside the home and gave me an accurate explanation for what they were going to charge me for. I was happy with the pricing and they also knew exactly what insulation to use. Overall it was a very good experience working with them.

It went pretty well. They were much less than the other quality foam insulator in town. My energy audit showed that they did a good job sealing my attic. There is one spot that wasn't fully sealed so I will have to take care of it with a can of spray foam from Big Box (so, not a large spot) and they spray foamed over my shut off valve for the back yard water faucet :-( but otherwise, they did what they were hired to do. I am satisfied.

I thought their price was high, but comparatively about middle way. Not the cheapest, not the highest. Everything went well, my attic is not the easiest space to get to, yet that did not bother the guys. They had to remove everything from a closet to get access to the opening and they did a great job getting everything put back together. I have not been up in the attic to see what was done, but I have an inspector who works for LG & E coming to look this week. But most of all they were HONEST. While cutting around something in the attic, they cut into an electrical wire which controlled the wall outlets in the family room. I did not notice any electrical outage until they told me what happened. I called an electrician friend, he came and taped off the wire until I could get someone out to make the repairs. The repairs were made and Energy Savers reimbursed me that expense. I realize that accidents do happen, but Chris with Energy Savers was upfront with me and I appreciate his honesty. By being upfront with me I was able to get the repairs done quickly and not be concerned. By the way, the electrical said they - Energy Savers- did a nice job in the attic and I gave him their number.

Only complaint was over spray in the basement. They over filled the cavities.I would have to trim excess if i were to refinish basement.

Had LG&E do an energy audit on my home. Used Energy Savers to make the changes LG&E recommended. Energy Savers were punctual, professional, and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needed this type work done.

Agent showed up several hours late without calling. I did not end up using their proposed insulation solution, as I preferred blown cellulose to fiberglass.

He looked in our attic and found the insulation wanting. He described how the government evaluates heat loss or gain by using R values. I think he did a good job.

Everything went better than I expected it to. One complication (which is purely just a nature of the material they used) was that my fiance and I (heretofore referred to as "we") had to essentially evacuate the house for 24 hours after installation, which was really only a problem for our cats. They (the cats) sure seemed to enjoy the cat hotel they stayed at, but that's probably outside the scope of a review for an insulation company. Another point that's worth mentioning is that these guys (the insulation guys, not the cats) have a minimum price for spray foam, so if you are getting less than like $1500 worth, they won't charge any less than that. This ended up making us do the basement as well, even though we were only trying to insulate our attic. Basically we had to choose between paying their minimum, which would have been a lot more than the insulation was worth, or pay a lot more than that for a lot more insulation. In the end, even though the attic would have cost just a little over $1000, we spent about $2500 to do all of the things. That definitely hurt, but at least we have some super great insulation everywhere now. Compared to other businesses, these guys have really reasonable prices, so any complaints about price aren't really directed at these guys in particular. The process was pretty painless, otherwise. We started by moving all of the junk we have in the basement out of the way. I mean, it's a basement, where else are we going to put our junk? We can't just pile it all in our bedroom or just out in the yard like we live in Indiana or something. The dudes then covered everything in plastic to protect all of our precious junk (I was super concerned about all that junk). Then we hung out at the coffee shop around the corner while they got to work with their fancy equipment. I kind of wish I could have at least watched them work, because it's probably super cool, but I would have just gotten in the way. I expected the whole thing to take all afternoon, and we planned a whole thing around that concept, but I got a call only a few hours later that they were just wrapping things up. I'm not about to complain that they got the whole thing done too quickly, but we were on our way to Schlotzky's when we had to turn around to meet up with the guys back at the house, and I was really looking forward to getting some Schlotzky's. All in all, I don't really have any complaints about the whole thing (but only because "did they stop you from going to Schlotzky's" isn't one of the criteria that Angie's List rates businesses on). Seriously, though, the Schlotzky's is way on the other side of town where I usually am never at so I don't often get a chance to eat there. In conclusion, it was kind of expensive but super quick and easy. Not a single piece of junk was harmed, and the cats had a pretty exciting 24 hours. We ended up going to Schlotzky's a couple weeks later, so basically everything is right with the world.

Someone came out to go over our house and make recommendations. He was nice and seemed to have a good bit of knowledge. However, it also seemed clear that he was a salesman and not someone who would actually be performing or supervising the work, which turned me off. I ended up going with Gisco for a traditional insulation system rather than spray foam. In part this was because I didn't quite trust foam being sprayed everywhere, and in part because I got a better feel for the representative of the other company, and he oversaw the work. However, the price was good for Energy Savers, and we did end up paying another company a good bit to spray our band joists anyway, which of course would have been cheaper if we had Energy Savers do everything. There's a minimum charge they have for a job site ($1500), so it makes sense to do a lot at once if you can.

I was amazed he recommended nothing. Apparently he's one of a small group of completely honest repair people.

The second time when I wanted to pay with my credit card, they wanted to charge me a 3% surcharge that they did not charge the first time I had used them. The guys were very professional. They did a very good job as it appears to me, although nobody from the company has come out to inspect it but they did an excellent job. They cleaned up very well and were very courteous. The only really bad thing that I had with them was when they made such an issue of taking a credit card when they had the ability to take a credit card and then they charged me an additional 3% to use the credit card. I was blindsided by that, I can’t imagine why they would do something like that.

It was okay. I think their work was fine. They were alright. We had some scheduling issues. They came out pretty quick and discovered that we had some issues in the attic. We didn’t get any adjustment for the $150 big deal price. This visit was a little disappointing because the guys didn’t speak real good English and nobody ever came back to check the work to see if it was done correctly. It appeared to be okay.

The salesman, Jeff, was very thorough and actually made a special trip to our home to answer follow-up questions from his initial visit. The workers were prompt, professional and did all the work in two hours. There was one opening in our ceiling around a vent that was overlooked. Energy Savers set up a time to come back and corrected the situation. This was a positive experience for us.

They've done outstanding work and I was happy with those guys. Those guys came in about a week before Christmas and they suck out all the insulation out in the attic and suck it all out and and blew it back in. They were personable and courteous. I would definitely use them in the future again. They were great.

Things went well. The crew got here around 9:00am and they were very cordial. After review of the areas to be insulated work commenced very promptly.The job was completed professionally and in a timely manner. The spray foam is amazing. The temperature in the house stays very constant and very comfortable and my energy bills have decreased. I would highly recommend spray foam to anyone.
