They did a great job and were very careful with the furniture. They wrapped each piece and used moving blankets as well. The were careful not to bump the walls or door jambs and trim. There were a couple of pieces that were really heavy and they handled them very well.

They quoted us 6 hours and it took them 8. BUT...we have more furniture than the average house and it's REALLY heavy.( and on 3 different floors). These 3 men worked almost non-stop. (Only stopping to rest twice and they told my husband when they were stopping and that we were 'off the clock'). They were so nice and as a woman I felt completely at ease when I was in the house with them myself while my husband was at the other house. They also did not hit one single wall or damage anything of ours. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Paul, Michael, Kyle and Deon came on time. They were very professional and courteous. Handled furniture with care. All of them worked very hard and efficiently and at the end beat the time estimate by half an hour. We are truly happy with their service and recommend them highly. Note: If you pay by credit card, they will charge you 5% penalty and I think Matt Neutz should tell the customers in advance.

It took three men to do the job. I gave each of them a tip and a hug! They were very good natured about helping a 74 year old woman in distress. I also was quite impressed with the way the office help handled the job. They kept me up to date on everything. They did the job the mover I had hired to move all of my furniture would NOT do nor would that mover help me solve my problem. It took me THREE MONTHS to find a way to move this piece of furniture which I thought was outrageous.

We have used multiple movers to move us around louisville ky we rehab a house live there for a while and move again so I know what we've come to expect from a moving co. Edward Neutz raised my expectations these men (Paul and Mike) we're very professional when the truck got stuck in my alley (we moved after a terrible ice storm I wanted to save money so I ask them to use my alley) they apologized because it took a while to get the truck moving. The furniture dressers, chests, night stands and three upholstered beds was bulky and awkward as my stair case was narrow and had a difficult turn on the landing. They brought it too our new home and moved it to second floor. The job took 4.5 hours I was quoted 4 and expected it to take 6. Not a wall, door frame or wood floors were scuffed or marked a first for us...I felt bad because I didn't feel the $100 tip was enough since that was all I had that all they got...I will use them again

It was a great experience all the way . They did it on our time schedule with a dedicated truck . Moved us out of Kentucky and into our new home in Maryland in 3 days. Everyone was prompt, courteous , and respectful. This move included a piano and some antique furniture as well. They all arrived perfectly. I can definitely recommend this company .

Scheduling was pleasant and accommodating. Two trucks each with 2 men arrived simultaneously at the two pick-up locations, loaded up, and arrived together to unload at the destination. They worked steadily, professionally and with a positive, cheerful attitude. No challenge or request was too much trouble or undoable. Communication was excellent. They finished 1 1/2 hours quicker than estimated saving me a nice amount of money. I selected Edward Neutz entirely because of good recommendations from others on Angie's list and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Based on my experience I highly recommend this company to others.

They did a great job. Were very careful not to bump walls coming up from basement. Very patient with my questions.They worked at a good pace. He didn't try to add on any extra time. Price was for a move from my home into storage with a donation drop off. Furniture only no boxes or packing. Dion was my mover.

I called Neutz movers to get an estimate for moving a large industrial work table (which was made into a bathroom vanity), and a 270 lb cast iron claw foot bathtub from my garage up to the newly renovated bathroom, and to move the old double vanity down stairs and out of the house. Dion and Fred arrived exactly on time, went over the paper work and got signatures needed and required. They then went right to work giving me an estimate of the time it would take them and they were exactly on time. 45 minutes from start to finish was amazing considering the items they had to move, the stairway that had to be negotiated and the size and weight of the objects. They were extremely careful not to hurt a wall or stair banister. The price was spot on with no extra hidden fees and we did tip both movers who really earned and deserved it. Great job. This is an excellent moving service!

Went very well. Communication was great, showed up on time and finished early. Only a few minor scratches which they fixed without delay. Workers were capable, hard working and easy to get along with.

It went great. Ed was wonderful, as was all his crew. We have a marble-topped table (very heavy), and he came out and made measurements to make a crate for the top before the move. The two crews that moved us were great - very polite, very friendly, and very hard-working. Even when I changed my mind on places I wanted something, they were always very agreeable. One of the legs of our china cabinet which had been in storage was broken when it was delivered. No problem. They took it back and Ed fixed it in less than a week. When it was returned, we couldn't even tell which leg had been fixed. We had a few marks on a couple of our wooden pieces and Ed went around and touched them up so well you couldn't even tell there had been a problem. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Our family had been evicted from our home without notice on 1/24/2013. We called Edward Neutz Sons & Daughters Moving to find out if they could come out the same day and package/deliver our belongings to our storage space. We called them at 0830 that morning and they were at our home by 1200 noon. They also had boxes to package our belongings, since we were evicted, we hadn't packed anything. There were three guys, the driver Paul, and two others. They were great! It took them a little over 7 hours to pack, load, deliver and unload all of our household belongings that had been thrown out onto our driveway and into the garage. The price also wasn't bad for having to have them come out last minute and for all the belongings we had. I would definately recommend them and use them again for moving.

This was the second time I used them. Their customer service stood out.

ROB AND DION ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME, IN THE RAIN, INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AND DID A WALK THROUGH ON WHAT I WANTED DONE. THEY WORKED STRAIGHT THROUGH, QUICKLY, WITHOUT TAKING BREAKS-THEY KNEW I WAS ON A TIGHT BUDGET.. THEY HELPED ME DECIDE WHERE FURNITURE FIT BEST IN THE NEW HOUSE BEFORE LEAVING. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NO DAMAGE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Edward Neutz has customer service down to an art, and runs his team with ease and efficiency. From the initial phone call and estimate to the moving, the entire team operated in a very professional, friendly, and thorough manor. In a time were customer service seems to have fallen to the wayside, this entire team went above and beyond to provide a stellar moving experience. I highly recommend this company for all of your moving needs!

They broke a lot of things and only fixed a few of them. They also scratched a lot of my belongings and just did not do a good job with the move. One of the things they scratched was a desk of mine that they took to get repaired and he has not brought the desk back to storage and I am hoping that they do return it. One of the things they broke was the plastic corner of the frame of my television set. They said they were submitting it to insurance and I still have not received anything yet. They were pleasant and courteous but just did not do a good job with the move.

We had the company scheduled to move at 9am, however we needed a later time and the company was very good about changing the time as requested. The men were a little late, almost 45 minutes late. They were traveling about an hour away from their location. They did a run through of each floor to see what items they would be moving. They went right to work and were a very fast moving crew. They made very good use of their time while on the clock. They wrapped most pieces before removing them from the home. We noticed very few flaws with furniture after the move, but you have to expect a knick here or there.They finished the job within 5 hours. The guys were very friendly and worked well together. Overall we would use them again. We did have a slight issue, that the company has yet to contact us about.While moving the dryer from the laundry room the dolly they used ripped the vinyl flooring. One of the crew members gave us the details on how this issue would be resolved with the owner. We were told the owner would make an appointment to come and look at the flooring and then they would either patch the flooring or replace it for the entire room. My husband signed a Customers Declaration of Value and was told the owner, Ed, would call us on Monday. On Tuesday, following the date of our move, I contacted the company and was told Michael handles these issues and he has yet to return my call. After further reviewing what my husband signed, and in the fine print it did state the option would not cover interior or exterior of the home and an example would be vinyl flooring. This was a situtation where the new owner was taking possession the next day, so it would have been nice for the company to have at least contacted us.

They did a great job considering it was on/off rain and then tornado warnings during our move. FInished in about 5 hours. Overall pleased and have referred friends to them.

They went above and beyond. It was great experience. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. It took them from the hours 9:00 am to 7:00 pm to move from one location to another. They helped move in all of the big pieces into my new location. I would recommend their services.

I have used their services two other times. Their prices are reasonable. Their quality is great and they are professional. I recommend their services to others. I will use them again in the future.
