Scheduling went smoothly. They were very efficient and very professional. They explained things very well and emailed the pictures and an estimate. This was turned around in a timely manner.

The appointment was easy to schedule and they were accommodating to my schedule. Everything went smoothly.

I had a broken vent fan and he repaired it. He found the original installer did not install the vent properly. They put sealant on top without putting it on the bottom. We have not had any leaks since they did the work. I did not give them my contact information so they were unable to call me. I followed up with them a few days after purchasing the deal and they were able to do the work about a week later. They showed up before I arrived, but my wife was home and aware they were coming. They introduced themselves and were dressed in clothing that identified them as employees. They made sure to take before and after pictures and saved it to a CD for future reference. If we get the money, we will definitely use them for some upgrade work we want done.

Wow! I am impressed with Don's professionalism. First of all he was on time; he looked at the inside damage and listened to my explanation of the work that had previously been done; explained what he was about to do; then he got to work. After doing the repairs he explained what he did and that he would send photos of my roof (which he did) and would contact me in a few days (after a good rain) to see if there were any other problems. Maybe best of all, he said my roof is still good, that it would last a few more years and did not try to sell me a new roof. Wow! I will not hesitate to contact him at a later date to discuss other house improvements that need to be done. I found my go-to home repair guy!

Don Young arrived as scheduled and provided exceptional service, on time and on budget! Don was awsome to work with and he quickly identified what the issues were and promptly resolved them. I definately will use them for any furture needs and highly recommend Eclipse Contracting.

Don Young of Eclipse Conyracting provided the services that I purchased as an Angie's List "Big Deal" Don made an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. He was punctual and professional. Before Don inspected the roof he ask if I was experiencing any leaks or other problems. With the heavy rains in my area, I had developed a leak. Don found the leak and was able to fix it without additional cost. He resealed several areas and fixed many nail pops. After the work was preformed he explained the condition of my roof, reassured me that I did not need a new roof at this time, and told me to call if the roof leaked again. Shortly after the service, I received the report with the pictures. Don was great and I will certainly use his company again.

Wow! After having 6 other providers on my roof, I have found the last one I ever need to call. I'm pleased. I'm thrilled. I'm impressed. The recent rains had brought back two leaks in our roof we previously repaired. We thought... Don Young from Eclipse Roofing showed up, asked several questions and then spent an hour or so on our roof. He repaired the leaks. He found popped nails and unsealed nails on roof vents and flashing. He dubbed the valleys. In short - he repaired and extended the life of our roof! He documented everything he did with photos and e-mailed them to us. He spoke with me about the future of my roof and potential problems we may or may not have. This was the best experience I have ever had from a roofer - period. Contact him with confidence, it will be done right!

This company was very quick to respond to our call. They arrived, assessed the roof issue we had (previous contractor was a moron and used the wrong sealant and roof cap wonderful stuff!) Don made sure he took pictures of the previous issues, didn't try and sell us anything just fixed the issue and was very informative. We will use them again if our roof leaks and have already sent them to one of our other properties to quote some work for us. All in all a wonderful job from a great company. Thanks!

Great! Dan showed up on time for all of our appointments, was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions thoroughly and followed through with additional requests. His crew was fast and professional and left my yard clean.

Came out the second day after request to give a bid. A bid was submitted several days later. The bid was higher than another roofer's bid, so I went with the lower bid. On the phone, the personnel seemed very professional and responsive.

I was happy with the call for 149.00 but it wouldn't be worth the 600.00 it was supposed to be worth.

Despite a few minor delays due to product delivery everything went very well. The workers from Eclipse are smart and efficient and do top notch installations. They always checked with me regarding changes that we or they made....big deal to me for a really reliable company... no money required up front.

Fantastic, Don was professinal in every sense. Answered all questions, educated me and potentially saved me some money! Does not get any better. If I have future roofing needs this company is first on my list.

All in all a very good experience - from the time a call was made to them to the finish of the job. Don, the production manager came out and inspected and repaired various parts of the roof. He did a great job of explaining what and why as well as taking photos of before and after - then emailed me photos. Will definitely use Eclipse again - very professional as well as personable.

I purchased the Big Deal for Eclipse Contracting and within a few hours they contacted me via Email. I called them and we set up a time for them to come do repairs. They were able to come that week and do the repairs. The gentleman was on time, polite and professional. I was very pleased with the transaction. Thanks Angie for another great Big Deal.

Wonderful! I asked to have gutter guards to be placed in my gutters and also had noticed that there were shingles loose and blown around on the roof. Marvin came and estimated the costs for gutter guards and then examined the roof and found hail and wind damage. He marked the areas of concern and then took pictures for me to turn in to my insurance company. An agent came out and did not think the roof needed replaced. He authorized repairs to be done and then we would look at the matching, etc. Eclipse did the repairs promptly and found more damage and the shingles did not match the old roof well. The agent returned and Marvin and Don, were there to aid me in my concerns with the agent. All went well and a new roof was authorized. The knowlege of the staff at Eclipse was second to none. They really new what to look for and what should be done. The roofer were wonderful. They finished the job in two days and left everything immaculate. This was a very professional company that I was lucky to come across. They support you the entire time.

They arrived on time, completed the inspection and repairs in a timely manner, and provided pictures, an explanation of the condition of the roof, and estimate for replacement within a day or so. The estimate was slightly higher than another estimate, so we went with the less expensive provider.

The service was awesome. They came right away. They were there. I do not live in town. I am with my son right now, and this is not my house. They came immediately. He sent me pictures of the trouble and the estimate. There were extra charges to the big deal because I agreed that there were some more work, and they did that for me. At first, it did not work, but he kept trying until he got something that worked. He was very persistent in fixing the problem. He tried more than one way to fix it. He did not give up, and that was very important to me. So, he was very dependable. He did what he said he was going to do, and I would recommend him to anybody. I did not have anything to compare the price to, but in my mind, I had a set price and I would say that it was within my budget. The quality of their service was good.

It took them a couple of days to get back to me - I think Angie's List even contacted me to check to see if they had been in touch. At any rate, 9 days after I purchased the Big Deal they came out and inspected the roof. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They climbed my fairly steeply-pitched roof and took photos of the various places and showed them to me immediately. They emailed me them as well. They pointed out where some relatively poor work had been done in trying to patch the skylight, and talked about the proper way it should be installed and sealed. They also provided me a quote for repairing the skylight a few days after the inspection. I'm not sure they are the cheapest providers out there, but I was very definitely impressed with their knowledge and would have complete trust in them performing work on my roof.

They were wonderful. They called me immediately upon purchase to schedule an appointment. They showed up on time. I was told what they were going to do and they did it professionally. I felt very comfortable with them and would definitely use them for a complete roof job when the time comes. They did not try to push any service on me. They did their job and left. It was great.

Very professionall and complelte. Took notes on everything to be done and present me with a very detailed estimate a few days later. We have contracted to do this additional work within a few weeks. Outstanding company at this point....will add more reviews when it is completed.

Absolutely wonderful job. Eclipse was prompt, installed a beautiful new deck and went the extra mile to include details. My neighbors are jealous!! The gutters and gutter guards have stopped leaks and look great. The privacy fence was installed with two large gates and lovely hardware. All price quotes were met and each job was thoroughly explained and discussed prior to installation. The installers were polite and efficient. The clean-up was immaculate. Just about when I had given up on fair, honest, precision work...I found Eclipse!!!! Awesome company.

It was great! All of the workers showed up on time and were extremely efficient and quick. They cleaned up their mess and I was more than satisfied. Over the years I have had lots of projects done to my home, and this experience, was by far the best!! Extremely professional, competitive pricing, and a local company with tons of experience. I will be calling Eclipse Contracting for all of my home improvement and remodeling projects from here on out. I have already referred them to several of my friends and family.

Everything went well, except we had some confusion on the date of the appointment. I wasn't able to be on site, but they went ahead with the repairs and sent a solid report. Way more than I would have expected for the price I paid. When our roof comes due for replacement in a few years, I will certainly be calling Eclipse.
