The guys at Eclipse are great to work with. I had worked with Mr Reynolds previously, and he was great to work with again. Another one of his guys Marvin was super nice too. The quote they gave me was a great price. The windows and the door came in and there were some issues. Its an older house and I didn't want anything to happen to the woodwork. But it wound up being a necessity, and when they notified Marvin he came right over and talked to me about it. He explained why it had to be then when the job was done they put wood in and stained it to match. I was very happy with the overall experience, you can't even tell. There was also an issue with the door, the wrong size was ordered and they corrected that right away as well. The installer was so nice and very careful in installing the windows, I was very pleased with him. He was great in answering my questions, and the installation of the siding and windows made that part of the house look like new. We had the house appraised after the work was done and even though the part we had the siding put on (The rest of the house is brick) was original to the house (1911) the inspector thought it was brand new. He was impressed with the work. Great guys to work with, and i will use them again

Marvin worked directly with my insurance company, and was there to meet the insurance adjuster as well, to advocate for me. After the insurance part of the project was completed, Marvin had his crew out at the earliest available time, weather permitting. Marvin?s crew showed up bright and early and was more than half way done by lunch. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned as they worked. The crew completed my entire roof before the sun went down. By the time they were pulling out of the driveway, you would have never guessed that they had just replaced my entire roof?except for the beautiful new roof! After the roof was completed, Marvin called and scheduled a follow-up to check out the roof and address any concerns that I may have had. I have already and will continue to recommend Eclipse Contracting for any roof issues.

They didn't charge me. I was shocked. He showed up before he said he was going to be there. My big thing is I love people that come when they are supposed to come and actually show up and do the work. That's the biggest reason I use Angie's List, I don't like when people don't show up.

They did the work included in the big deal and they found more damage to the roof. They helped walk me through the insurance claim process. The service was great. I was impressed with their attentiveness; they were always willing to talk through any of my concerns and addressed them very quickly.

I saw before and after photos which were very helpful to me as I would never get up on the roof to see. The experience was very good and I will use Eclipse in the future. I purchased their coupon from Angie's list that included minor repairs and roof evaluation. I called and got an appointment to my liking within 2 weeks of calling. I did this because I had a small leak in my garage and was worried in general with the condition of the roof. Don arrived a little before his scheduled time and quickly began assessing the roof after getting my concerns. He was here a little over a half an hour and then he came in and told me what he fixed (several nails that were loose, a loose fascia, some shingles that needed nailed, and some areas that need caulked). He explained that I have several years left on my roof, despite another contractor telling me I needed one asap. I definitely got more than my money's worth and was impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Don. Another added service is they also email pictures of the problems they noticed with the roof and the things they repaired. I will put them at the top of my list when I am getting bids for a new one. This experience was a nice change from the normal contractor experience.

Value was to be $400 in leak repairs in addition to the roof inspection. NOTE: We currently live out of town and our daughter made the appointment. The Eclipse Contracting inspector was very thorough and explained everything well. It seems we will need a new roof, which we will contract out in the spring, and this company will definitely be considered. We received our $49 worth for a very thorough inspection. (Inspector had to return a second time to check inside of the roof because our daughter had an appointment. He did not object to the second visit.) Seems to be a very good company.

It went great. It's been awhile but I wanted to wait for a couple of good rains to make sure the leak was fixed. There have been 2 big rains and after yesterday I say a big YES!! Not sure of the names but 2 guys came but they were very professional. They both went up on the roof, took pictures to show me where my leak was probably coming from. They were up on the roof a good hour and 1/2. They replaced vents and sealed leaks around vents and put on some new shingles. One great thing, they did not try to sell me a new roof. My roof is about 25 years old. When I do get ready to put on a new roof, I will definitely call Eclipse Contracting. They even sent all the pictures that they took to my email.

Extremely professional work, with batches of pictures to illustrate his observations of what was going wrong with our roof. They also managed to patch up all the urgent situations up there, it seems. We hope to employ Eclipse Contracting again in the spring for the more extensive work it will take to fix the underlying situations on our roof.

They came and checked over the roof and nailed down loose shingles. They gave suggestion of further work but I declined for now but the leak was stopped due to their work.

Everything went great. They were prompt and professional, and took pictures of the work they performed. We have not had further problems with leaks since the repair.

We had the appointment within a week from us calling him. He was right on time. He surveyed the roof for problems, fixed some minor problems that he thought was causing the leak. He thoroughly explained other things that his company could to to help further & sent us a follow up estimate by email within a couple of days of his visit. We were very happy with his work and his estimate.We have not had the extended work done as yet, but will probably call his company back when we are ready. I did feel it was worth the money.

This was my first experience with purchasing a coupon deal from Angie's List and my first experience with Eclipse Contracting. I am extremely pleased with both. I purchased a Roof Maintenance including Leak Repair coupon. Very shortly after I purchased the coupon, I was contacted by email by Eclipse and then I talked with a very nice young lady on the phone and told her the problem and confirmed an appointment. | We had been having a small roof leak which seemed to be coming from around a roof vent. Don Young of Eclipse arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I made sure he understood the problem and he went right to work. He inspected the entire roof, took pictures of trouble spots and possible trouble spots. He explained to me why this particular roof vent was leaking as it had never been properly sealed. Next he went about effecting repairs and when he was finished, he took pictures of all repairs he had done. Don then emailed me all the pictures the next morning so I have them on file. | Also, while he was here, we had an older satellite dish on the roof that we no longer use. He took that down for us and properly sealed the area where it was affixed to the roof. | We have had many rains, from showers to downpours, since Don was here and I am thrilled to say there are no leaks! Also, he said the repairs are guaranteed for 1 year. So, I feel confident in his work, but should there be a problem I know they will take care of it.

They did a very good job. They discussed what they were doing and why they were doing it. Their knowledge was very helpful. The repairs they made will hopefully extend the life of my roof. I would recommend them.
