+ -1 moreThe company sucks you in on their low prices and adds hidden costs and gas fees after they get there. Beware don't leave someone that doesn't know business to let these guys in they will take whatever cash they can. I WILL NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND EVER!!!
Description of Work: Called company was given an excellent price for cleaning a rental house carpets and stairs, guy arrives on time but refused to clean carpet saying it had pet stains on the carpet unless we paid $185.00 more for him to clean the rooms and stairs. My son was there, just to let them in, when the guy calls his boss at the office telling him the problems on speaker, the boss tells the guys to try and get a hold of us and call back he tried but being in a cancer treatment area they don't allow cells to be on, couldn't get a hold of me, calls his boss back and he demands that he take $20.00 cash from my son, who doesn't own the house and the service isn't in his name, for his gas and then tells him to go on to the next house 8 miles away while on speaker. I did get his $20.00 back in a check 10 days later...lets hope it clears the bank!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the service provided. Deluxe had previously washed and treated the carpet in a rental property where pets had been. Unfortunately, the apartment sat vacant and enclosed for a year, causing some of the odor to return. When I called about the problem, he explained to me that this can cause even a small odor to be magnified over time. He agreed to again treat the carpet and gave me instructions to keep the air circulating. He was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I will definately use this company again.
Description of Work: I was dealing with bad pet odors in carpet in a rental property. Deluxe got rid of them.

+ -1 moreThe qualities you get from these people depend upon the service man that comes out. Some are real good and the last guy was very knowledgeable. I have never had a bad job. The last guy that was here knew the business. They have contract with guys. I have been pleased with what they have done. I have used Stanley Steamer before and they are a little less sophisticated customer service. They were adequate, polite but one thing they do was that they try to sell these extras. The basic they quoted was $80 for several rooms and they added Teflon protector for $45 which I knew was overpriced. The total was $145 for few rooms. The steps are time consuming and I don’t use them regularly. I use them once a year. They have a lady who calls regularly.
Description of Work: I have been using Deluxe Carpet Cleaning for a long time. They clean our house twice a year and clean certain areas. The last time I used their services was about a year ago.
