Deluxe Carpet Cleaning

I was quoted a price for a through cleaning of heavily soiled carpet with urine stains. They arrived on time to clean the empty residence. They spent 45 minutes cleaning and charged additional money above the quote for a total of $318.00. Their air sayscarpet would dry in a couple of hours. 24 hours later the carpet was so wet it squelched when walked on and several stains remained. When I called to ask them to come back per their 100 satisfaction grantee, I was told that my husband was told to replace the carpet. And they would not come back. We rented a small carpet cleaner and removed a huge amount of soil the "professionals couldn't get out.. I wish I could post photos of what they cleaned and what we cleaned over the same area.😡

Work was done in a timely manner and done well. The reason they received a B rating was estimate versus final cost. I was given an estimate for the hard wood cleaning. However, when it was time to pay, they had added $300 in labor charges to the original cost. There was no mention of labor charges when discussing the work to be done. What is cleaning a floor other than labor? They finally took off the additional $300 charge.

All went well.I was very pleased. The owner of the company was here the day that my carpet was cleaned and he was very to the point on what I could expect when the work was completed in regards to the fact that my carpet was older and it had some worn spots,but all in all I was suprised at how well it cleaned. Very satisified..would use again and recommend this company.

They arrived on time with a great attitude. I have over 20 yr old carpet and a 12 yr. old dog who has unfortunately "gone" on my carpet over the years. I see no sense in buying new carpet while we still have our dog. They used something other than the standard deoderizer to pull out the odor rather than leaving it damp & dank while bringing all those odors to life! Yuck! Dave (I think was his name) has 3 dogs of his own and recommended this treatment. My carpet has never looked better and we were not left with days of damp dog stink as we were with other companies in Years past. They did a really good job! Plus they took care to place plastic protectors under the furniture legs.

I couldn't have asked for more considerate care from a company or technician. Daniel explained the process necessary to salvage and restore our property. He made recommendations after his explanation, giving me options where I had them, and worked out an affordable arrangement for us. Ultimately, having been soaked twice some materials had to be discarded but he restored what was salvageable and agreed to give our water-proofer time to get in and check-out what they would have to do before proceeding with putting things back the way they had been. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and considerate. Deluxe Carpet Cleaning "saved the day" as far as I am concerned. They turned a nightmarish situation into a solvable problem of far less magnitude than I ever dreamed. What I saw under Daniel's uniform that second evening was indeed, armor. I hadn't recognized his knightly status because he had arrived in a van instead of on horseback. You can bet I'll use the services of Deluxe Carpet Cleaning again. I hope I never have to use their company for emergency water extraction again, but if I do, I won't waste my time calling anyone else.

The service went perfectly. Fast. They thought they were going to have trouble getting in the house but they worked around a truck that was in the street and made the work happen. They were courteous but the only reason this is getting a low grade is for the price screw up.

I asked how long it would take so I could come back before he left. He said 4 hours. I came back in 2 1/2 hours and he was already gone. None of the areas of concern looked any better. When he arrived he told me he had to go to the store to buy carpet cleaner. He was very nice but I was not happy with the carpets.

Worker did an excellent job of cleaning the sofa with only limited attempts at up selling.

Deluxe Carpet Cleaning was excellent. The technician looked over the two room's carpets needing cleaning and talked about how the process would work. Suggestions were made on what type of cleaning would be the best for the heavily soiled carpet. Both carpets were cleaned so well. I also received a suggestion for the large wool carpet that needs cleaning. I will contact Deluxe Carpet Cleaning to clean that carpet in the future.

The provider did a great job. What makes me angry about this transaction is that Angie's list cost for cleaning 3 rooms, which was supposed to be a "bargain" cost $111. When Deluxe provided the services, the real cost was only $69. Why did I overpay by $42?? The provider would have charged that much less if I had purchased directly instead of through Angie's list. Definitely will not making any more purchases through this website without checking cost directly with vendor first! What a ripoff.

Angie's List ran a Big Deal special for a deluxe carpet cleaning including scotchgard. I contacted the company prior to purchasing the deal to make sure they could respond within our time frame. I was assured that they could and purchased it. Upon purchasing I was informed that I was outside their normal service area and would have to have a travel fee added to the cost. Agreed to that and was informed that one of the rooms was larger than normal and would count as 2 rooms. This was in spite of the fact that the total square footage was well under what the special advertised. The cleaners showed up on time and were very nice. They did not charge me for the "additional room." They were efficient and seemingly did a good job. I was told that the carpets should be dry in a few hours. 2 days later the carpets still were not dry and waves began appearing. Apparently it is not uncommon for the water to cause stretching in carpet - but this seemed excessive. I had to contact another carpet company to come and stretch the carpet to flatten it. They said there seemed to be excessive water left behind. The carpets are cleaner but there are quite a few spots still left and overall I don't feel that the job was that good.

Our carpet looks worse than it did before they came. They came yesterday and it is still wet today. It was supposed to be dry in a max of four hours. It took them an 1 hour and 20 minutes to clean the air ducts, move all the furniture, clean the furniture and clean all the carpets. Only one person did the whole job. They didn't even put anything under the feet of the furniture so they don't rust and won't hurt the wood. They weren't on time, they were 30 minutes late. He also spent about 30 minutes trying to sell us sanitizer for the furniture and the carpets which we regretfully paid for. If the carpet looks as bad as it does, I can only imagine what our air ducts look like. I am more embarrassed for people to come over now than I was before they came out.

It went fine, I just don't think it looked as good, when finished, as some other companies I have used in the past.

I was not at all pleased with the work. The carpet did not even look like it had been cleaned and he left a large stain in one corner which I was later able to clean easily with Oxiclean. As soon as the technician walked in the door he began pressuring me to purchase a protectant for the carpet and sofas. I finally agreed to let him apply to the sofas and it left a water stain on one of the cushions which I still have not been able to get out. The technician also nicked the paint off my walls in the hallway and took a small gash off the door trim. I chose this company because they were affordable but it ended up costing more than other companies I have used with much poorer quality work. I will definitely not use again and would not recommend this company.

Excellent job. Technician very polite, very fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable about his craft. We will call on them again soon.

Over all it was a good experience and I will use them again.

I have used many other carpet cleaning services in the past and was never as satisfied with the results as I was with Deluxe Carpet Cleaning. He was able to get spots clean that no other company was able to do before that have been there for years. Super impressed with the work done and the professionalism of the individual. Last but not least, The price was lower than any other company I have used before.
