.Greg and Jimmy called ahead and were right on time!! After asking me a few questions about my air conditioner they went right to work. They cleaned out the ac coils and tested the unit for proper operation and freon charge. They answered all my questions and offered plenty of suggestions as to things i can do myself to increase the efficiency of the air conditioner unit as well. I would highly recommend Cotton Service Company to anyone who is looking for professional friendly service at a fair price. Thank you

I purchased the "Big Deal" for Early Bird Furnace Tune Up or End of Season AC Tune Up. I used the Big Deal for a tune up of my 21 year old high efficiency gas furnace. Greg of Cotton Service Co. arrived promptly as scheduled and attentively listened when I told him that I had noticed recently that the furnace was running too frequently. He cleaned and checked out the furnace, taking time to thoroughly and completely perform the service. He found no problems other than a dirty air filter (which caused the furnace to run more) and he made no attempt whatsoever to try to sell me a new system or even hint at it. Such honesty is very refreshing after other contractors in previous years tried the ?hard sell.? By the way, Greg?s diagnosis was accurate; I changed the filter and the frequent cycling disappeared. I was very impressed with Greg and Cotton Service Co. and highly recommend them. I plan to enlist their services again.

I purchased a deal for the yearly furnace maintenance for $59. My unit was purchased last winter from another retailer. Since it was so new, there was not much to clean/fix but the service agent w cotton showed my some issues with the original installation. While I probably could have skipped this year's annual check, I am still glad that I paid the money are did it.

The man was in and out in 30 minutes. I assume he did a good job. My furnace is working fine. He was prompt as well.

I have used Cotton Service Co. twice since the bad experience I explained in my 12/12 review. Both of these service calls went very well. The service technician was very professional--thorough and meticulous. He explained things. He seemed to take an interest in his work and a pride in workmanship. I would unconditionally recommend Cotton Service Co. to anyone needing HVAC work.

The owner showed up on time as we had planned, and was able to come in to our home and improve the ignition timing with some cleaning of the burner. As this is an older home, we were glad to get this aspect checked off early in the fall to avoid an emergency in the winter. It was a very brief appointment, but since no significant issues were found, that's alright.

They came in and inspected my furnace and AC unit just like was advertised. He showed me everything that was good and made some suggestions that were easy for me to do myself. Everything was explained thoroughly . I will call these guys again for repeat business.

Setting the appointment was great. He came by on time, as scheduled. Very clean and efficient. Explained what he was doing. Gave advice on the system. Great service overall.

The AC repairman was very knowledgable, very professional, very helpful, very explanatory, and fixed the problem the same day called.

We have American Home Shield home insurance, and this is the company they sent out. The experience went very well overall. They were efficient, clean, and nice folks to work with! I would recommend them.

The service technician called 30 minutes before, and arrived on time. He wore booties, and was friendly and informative. The service was well priced.

We called the HVAC company about our A/C not working, they could work us in for "same day service". The service guy came out to our house, found the outside unit dirty, he cleaned it, found it low on freon, and fixed it! He was very nice, very clean, and very respectful. We will definitely use this company again and refer them to family and friends.
