The gentleman that came out was extremely polite and courteous and gave me quite a bit of information above and beyond what I had initially asked for. I did not however end up replacing locks at the time. If I do in the future I would have no problems going to Cooks.

We were very pleased with both the responsiveness and actual work performed by Cook's locksmiths. I would definitely recommend them to others. The price was very fair and the technician was very thorough & professional!

The young man who did the work was professional and kind. He sympathized with the loss of my lawnmower and tools and worked hard to reassure me that the hasp and lock he replaced would keep my belongings secure. He offered a number of options for me and helped me choose one that I could afford and that would be safe. I was impressed that he was critcal of his work and returned with a better fitting hasp for the door. He made me feel that he was really interested in making sure my garage would be secure. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and its professional employees.

I called ahead but was not told that I had to have ALL keys with me to be reprogrammed, so when I got there, I had to turn around and go home. I returned the next day and all went fine. On both days the staff was a little brusque, but all were busy. The main advantage is that it saved me about $100 over going to a VW dealership! I recommend Cook's esp to VW owners.

The Ford Focus seems to have a bit of a problem with their ignition lock (ie. the part you put your key in when you go to start the car) and the company has yet to issue a recall on the problem. I found out about this problem shortly after my key stopped working in my ignition. I called a local dealership and they knew the exact problem and happily said that it would run about $600 to fix it. I called Cooks and they said they could do it for under $100. The guy at Cooks just took out the old ignition and keyed a new ignition to my existing key, installed it and I was off in about 30-45 min.

We lost the key to our garage, so we called them to make us a new one. The guy was very professional & quick. He had everything he needed in the van & made a new set of keys for us within about an hour. They were very reasonable priced as well.

I'VE USED THEM BEFORE. I LIKE THEM, AND I KNEW THEY WERE REPUTABLE AND FRIENDLY. I LIKE THEIR PERSONALITY, AND THEY HAVE FAST SERVICE. THEY ARE AN OVERALL GOOD COMPANY. AND THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION.

IT TOOK HIM 30-40 MINUTES. IT TOOK THEM A LITTLE LONG BUT IT WAS A SUNDAY. HE DID REQUIRE US TO VERIFY THAT IT WAS OUR HOUSE, SO THAT WE WEREN'T BREAKING INTO THE HOUSE.
