Wanye did excellent work and in a very timely manner. He was able to complete all of this work in exactly one hour. During that time he educated me on Outlook, adware programs, and discussed the possible lifespan of my computer. There is no doubt he knows what he is doing and is very professional. If I need computer help in the future I will certainly call him.

As usual, it went very well. Mr. Hutchins (the computer expert) has serviced my computer in the past and I now have annual computer checks (cleaning, upgrades, checks, whatever he thinks is needed). Also, Mr. Hutchins and I worked for the same company at one time and so I am well aware of his capabilities. Mr. Hutchins configured my email settings so that I can access my email by using Outlook. He also solved a problem I was having with my security software program. It was very involved, but Mr. Hutchins handled it very well. He then connected a router that will enable me to watch Netflix streaming videos on my TV instead of my computer screen. I asked Mr. Hutchins for guidance on changing my phone service; he provided insightful information. The meeting took about an hour and a half. When I told Mr. Hutchins that I had given him at least two very positive reviews on Angie's List, he said that he had not seen them. Perhaps I entered the reviews in an inappropriate category. This time, I simply typed in Mr. Hutchins' company name -- Computer Doctorx. I hope I'm doing it correctly this time. Mr. Hutchins worked for and deserves this review.

I have used COMPUTER DOCTORX two times in the past and would highly recommend them. I had a problem last week and called but they had had a sudden death in the family and the office would be closed until the 12th. I had to have my computer up and running since I'm self-employed so I called someone else. I'm writing this review after reading the review that gave them an F. They have always been very responsive, very professional, and do excellent work. Also their prices are very, very reasonable. Don't let the one F drive you away. Wayne does an excellent job and knows what he's doing.

Wayne was quick to respond to our call, very personable, knowledgeable and helpful in teaching us how to use our new computer. We will definitely call again.
