COMPUTER DOCTORX

This was the first time I had ever had to go for outside help on my pc. I was a little uncertain of trying someone unknown. No more. Wayne from Computer doctor was amazing. Punctual and within minutes had diagnosed the issue. Not only did he fix my known issue, he found and corrected other issues and software. By the time he leaves, you not only have a working PC, you also have a new friend. AAA+++

Wayne Hutchins was great! He not only fixed a computer but provided substantive help making software play nice with other software. Our confidence in the good doctor is the reason we hired him again to help with other computer issues.

Wayne Hatchins at Computer DoctoRx was absolutely great. He was personable while being effective at resolving our computer issues quickly. What a find! His company is the company everyone with computer problems should hire immediately.

Wayne came out and diagnosed my harddrive was dying which wasn't a surprise at all considering it's age. He helped me pick out a new computer (I'm a die hard Dell girl!) and came out and installed it since I was totally unfamiliar with windows 10. He was very professional and courteous throughout everything, even teaching me how to navigate windows 10 which I found out was not as intimidating as I thought it would be. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody.

Wayne diagnosed the problems quickly and got me back up and running in very little time.

The owner, Wayne, came and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It is an older desktop and had developed a software problem. Wayne wrote instructions for me to correct the problem if it occurred again plus installed some software that should help keeping the hard drive cleaned up. In addition he fixed a couple of problems that were browser related. Great job, very helpful and friendly as well as prompt.

HE SAW PROBLEM QUICKLY AND FIXED. HE WAS EXPEDIENT AND PROFESSIONAL, MADE CHANGES AND SUGGESTIONS TO SUIT MY NEEDS AND EXPLAINED ALL VERY WELL.

Wayne, the owner, explained everything so I could understand. He is very knowledgeable and so pleasant. He is the epitome of professionalism. Great service, punctuality and personality; a welcomed experience in the service industry. We have had him out twice with great results.

Arrangements were made for Computer DoctoRx to pick up the system at my home. They were very prompt. Unfortunately, repairs would be as costly as a new machine. So, at their recommendation, we will get a new laptop. There was no charge for the diagnosis!

My old laptop literally died and Wayne was able to pull all my information over and help me make the transition to Window 10! He was even able to retrieve my photo's from an older laptop that was no longer accessible ! Not being very techie I was extremely pleased and I understood what was taking place and how to use my new laptop with Windows 10! A good friend had recommended Computer DoctoRx and I am so happy they did! I will contact again for any issues I may have in the future! The ease in making the appointment and the punctuality was superb !

Wayne Hutchins, the company owner, spent two hours working with me. He was not only competent, but was kind and patient as well. I still have some less urgent issues that need resolving and plan to set up a second appointment soon.

Wayne, the owner, made the house call himself. We are at least 40 minutes from his business. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and trust worthy. Will definitely call him again!! We highly recommend Computer DoctoRx!!

This was an excellent experience.I was able to schedule an onsite appointment within 2 days of calling.Wayne arrived early to the appointment and stayed until my computer was updated and the wireless printer was connected .This was not only about solving a problem but was a learning experience as well because Wayne will answer any questions you have to the level of your understanding which is an awesome bonus.

Wayne was here about 5 min. before the appointment, listened patiently to my descriptions, went to work and fixed the computers. Thinking that our 6-yr-old Compaq was dead because the monitor stayed black, we bought a refurbished HP bundle. Because I know nothing about computers, I followed hook-ups from first computer to install refurb, and refurb did the same as the 1st computer; got it exchanged, still no luck. Broke down and called Computer DoctorX because of the reviews they had on Angie's List. Wayne hooked both computers up with the same VGA cords I had used and had them up and running immediately, took viruses off our old one, installed Office on the refurb along with a virus control. Seems the primary problem was ME and my inability to do computer hook-ups. Wayne is highly educated and trained in computers (all areas), very professional and personable and did all the above in an hour. They charge $80 for the 1st hour and give Angie's List members $10 off the first visit. Use them for any computer problems; you will not be disappointed. I'm only sorry I didn't call before trying to FIX the first one!!

There aren't any don'ts. There are only dos. Do use Computer DoctoEx for all you ailments because so far he certainly did help me out. I am extremely pleased with the company and with be using them again I am sure.

Chose the vendor from the monthly Angie's list magazine. Susie answered all questions and a time for pickup of the laptop was made. She arrived on time and explained the testing procedures and estimated cost for the service. I was assured I would be called before any out of the norm services were done. The laptop was returned with a written list of all testing and recommendations for upgrades if wanted. I was very pleased with the overall experience of using the Computer DoctorX and will use them in the future for any computer related services needed. Top drawer business.

He did a good job, got all my information. Unfortunately the damage to the lap top was fatal, so he couldn't fix that.

Once again, Wayne was great. We have a laptop and bought a printer/scanner but were having trouble getting the computer to recognize the printer. Wayne came out, was on time, as always, didn't laugh at us for something so simple, and had the computer and printer/scanner working within minutes. He also gave me a tutorial on how to use the scanner and suggested a few other things. I recommend Wayne highly!! He's professional, always punctual, has very reasonable rates, and doesn't laugh at our stupidity. :-)

Wayne came out and I told him up front that I probably just need to buy a new computer. He worked on it for over an hour and fixed the problem! He could have very easily done a couple of things, said I needed a new computer, charged me for the service call, and I would never have known the difference. This is the third time I've used Wayne and recommend him highly! He's very professional, always on time, has always taken care of my "issues," and charged me very reasonable rates. Also, he's a veteran, so I'm very happy that I can give him something back. Also, Suzanne is always very friendly on the phone and helpful as well. Use Computer Doctorx!! You'll be glad you did! As an extra -- There are two Computer Doctorx, and I'm sure whoever gave the F didn't have Wayne!

Computer doctor recommend I increase RAM. I did at a cost of $77.00. Did not help. Contacted Mike Bailey who corrected my problem eliminating viruses that computer doctor said I did not have

Wayne was right on time and performed services in a professional manner.

Wanye did excellent work and in a very timely manner. He was able to complete all of this work in exactly one hour. During that time he educated me on Outlook, adware programs, and discussed the possible lifespan of my computer. There is no doubt he knows what he is doing and is very professional. If I need computer help in the future I will certainly call him.

As usual, it went very well. Mr. Hutchins (the computer expert) has serviced my computer in the past and I now have annual computer checks (cleaning, upgrades, checks, whatever he thinks is needed). Also, Mr. Hutchins and I worked for the same company at one time and so I am well aware of his capabilities. Mr. Hutchins configured my email settings so that I can access my email by using Outlook. He also solved a problem I was having with my security software program. It was very involved, but Mr. Hutchins handled it very well. He then connected a router that will enable me to watch Netflix streaming videos on my TV instead of my computer screen. I asked Mr. Hutchins for guidance on changing my phone service; he provided insightful information. The meeting took about an hour and a half. When I told Mr. Hutchins that I had given him at least two very positive reviews on Angie's List, he said that he had not seen them. Perhaps I entered the reviews in an inappropriate category. This time, I simply typed in Mr. Hutchins' company name -- Computer Doctorx. I hope I'm doing it correctly this time. Mr. Hutchins worked for and deserves this review.

I have used COMPUTER DOCTORX two times in the past and would highly recommend them. I had a problem last week and called but they had had a sudden death in the family and the office would be closed until the 12th. I had to have my computer up and running since I'm self-employed so I called someone else. I'm writing this review after reading the review that gave them an F. They have always been very responsive, very professional, and do excellent work. Also their prices are very, very reasonable. Don't let the one F drive you away. Wayne does an excellent job and knows what he's doing.
