They have a great reputation. They do great work and have a reasonable price.

They provided a good service. Everything went smoothly.

I am always pleased with everything they do for me. Their customer service is excellent. What I like the most is the guy from the company came a year ago and he went through my whole house and gave me a price estimate for carpet cleaning and rug cleaning separately and those prices were good for the whole whatever. I called them six months later. They came and did it. Their workmen were very professional and I never had any problem with any of them. They came and did what they said they would do. I will continue to use them.

Coit Services were very professional. They did a fine job cleaning our air ducts.

I did have a spot that didn't come out and they came back and took care of it without any hassle.

I had a $75 gift certificate something that I bought it in auction. They did a good job. It was fine and we were happy. They got up stains and it looked good. I didn't have any issues with it. They didn't do anything spectacular. Their price was reasonable. They are more responsive than the most carpet places as far as doing it quickly and coming on time when they say they are going to come.

I don't remember the price but it was a good price though. Everything was excellent. They did a real good job of cleaning the carpet. They were efficient and everything was good.

Once I made the call, a Coit representative visited our home to give discuss what we needed. After discussing needs, I signed the agreement. A date and time was arranged for the work to be completed. I received a phone call within the agreed-upon time frame telling me the technician was on the way. Work was completed in a timely manner.

They were good. They took the rug a week before and kept it for a week and did a good job.

We used Coit to clean berber carpet in a rental unit that was empty. We asked if they were able to do it in time to show the unit to prosepective renters in the afternoon and they agreed that they would be able to complete the job before the afternoon. We made an appointment for early Saturday morning as the first customer for the day. They were an hour and 15 minutes late. Then they told us that they couldn't do the work at that time because they didn't bring the right kind of truck. They were able to get back several hours later. We had to cancel the prospective tenants appointment. The carpet was cleaned in the afternoon and was still very damp at 11 a.m. the next morning. We emailed Coit through their website explaining the situation hoping to get some response from them. No one has responded to us about the email that we sent.

Basement was cleaned. Upstair bedroom had had a mat under the computer chair. was not able to get carpet completely clean. Carpet only 4 years old and shoes were not worn on it.

Coit responded to our call very quickly and was able to clean our carpets and floors in very short order. They were professional and did not try to sell a lot of non-needed extra services. ONE COMPLAINT: They killed a patch of grass approximately 3 ft x 3 ft, presumably from chemicals. The patch is next to the street where the truck was parked. The hose into the house also left a streak of yellow grass. Given that we are putting our home on the market, I am not happy about the very noticeable yellow patch in the grass. IF not for the dead grass, I would have rated all A scores. UPDATE: COIT responded quickly to this issue, offering to fix the affected grass. I was impressed with the responsiveness and willingness to make it right. I now rate them an A.

They explained what they would do, what would and wouldn't be accomplished and completed the work quickly.

I have been very satisfied with their services. They were very efficient and did a good job of not scratching painting, I was very pleased with them. They were also very polite and professional people.

These jobs took 3 different crews. Blind cleaners took down blinds, cleaned, returned and rehung them. The vent cleaners cleaned all the vents as well as the dryer vent. The carpet cleaner cleaned all the carpets, upholstery and area rug.

Coit Services Inc cleaned the air duct in the whole house.

Overall everything went really well. Someone came by in the morning to give us an estimate and a few hours later they showed up to clean the ducts. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. Paid a little more than original quote due to unexpected asbestos, but overall a great experience with Coit.

The service they provided me was not very good. Their machine broke down and called a half hour before they were suppose to be here. They asked me to reschedule. I told them to call me back to let me know if they would be here and I never heard anything back. I wrote a letter of complaint and ended up contracting with another cleaner.

I have used this company several times in recent years and am always pleased with thier services.

They cleaned the carpet the first time on 4-4-12 but after allowing the carpet to dry , there were still some stains left. I called the office and arranged for a manager to stop by. He was very professional and decided they needed to use a more acidic solution and so the same person who cleaned it before came today (4-12-12) and recleaned it. He was very nice and the result is fantastic! I am so pleased that they do indeed guarantee their work and make sure the cleaning and final outcome are excellent. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND PLAN TO DO SO NEXT YEAR!!

The salesman was a fast talker and by the time he was finished trying to scare me about what could be in my ducts, we were well over budget AND he wanted to tack on $125 for sealing a couple of pieces of asbestos tape. We will not be using them for this service as the pricetag was well over $500 before their 33% discount (special running until end of March). According to him, they are one of only two companies in the Louisville area that are certified to do this work. But does that mean an automatic $200 increase from other companies for the same job?
