Description of Work: Cleaned all ducts from register to trunk. Cleaned all air returns. Service took about 1 1/2 hours | Cost was a little expensive but they removed two filters worth of debris and dirt from the vents. T he cost was based on the number of registers and returns we had. The workers were excellent and professional. Initial service tech was a little quick to count registers rather than evaluate our situation uniquely e.g | We had a new return and runs i.stalled that had never been used yet we were charged for cleaning them and they were cleaned as the others were. Just not necesssary. | | |

Description of Work: They tore a 13 inch top border of pleats in my curtains and had to reconstruct them from a photo....horrible experience....wouldn't have them back in my home....had had another bad experience with them, but thought I would give them another try....wrong decision

Description of Work: It started with the driver calling at 7:30 in the morning and telling me he was going to be at my house within 15 minutes on a Saturday that wasnt suppose to happen until 9a.m. Come to find out, he was in the wrong location all together and after many phone calls he arrived. He then wanted to charge a $15 fuel charge that was never mentioned. The area rug went to Coit where it was to be cleaned and deodorized. The rug was picked up and upon rolling it out it wreaked of our dogs and dog urine. That was why it needed to be cleaned. I had to drive it back across town to drop it off and have it redone. Never again.
