It went well, I'm happy with the service. Price was a little high.

Our initial cleaning was acceptable. The cleanings they performed afterward were not as good. I had to remind them to do certain things like move furniture and clean particular areas. I basically had to double check everything to make sure they were thorough. Also, when they came in for estimates they were very forward with trying to sell everything they had to offer. Even if I had declined, they kept pushing something else. They took longer to finish the job because they only brought one worker. They were not always on time and they didn't call to let you know they were running late.

They did a good job. They followed up with no additional charge. I'm very satisfied with service.

I would not recommend them. They didn't mention a $15 extra travel fee, so it cost more than what they had quoted.

They had a specific certification to remove certain allergens, that made me choose them to help treat my allergies. Their pricing was comparable to other places we checked on. They were very professional. We would use them again in the future.

They arrived at the house. The two men gave very friendly greetings. They moved from room to room with the equipment and cleaned 13 ducts in the upstairs and basement. They were very willing to answer questions and acted very professional.

I have been very happy with them. They made an appointment and showed up when they said they would. They did a good job. They were prompt in coming. They sent someone out ahead of time to assess and give me an idea of what it would be and that's what it was. They quickly and promptly cleaned the area rugs. They cleaned them very well and they brought them back in time for Thanksgiving. It took about a week for the rugs and I was very pleased. The price was reasonable for what I asked. I would definitely use them again.

They came when they said they would and they did a nice job. We had carpets that been here since1970. I think that was the first time we got them professionally cleaned.

I was really happy with the price that they charged. They did a great job. They negotiated with me on that. I thought living room and hallway was most important because Christmas is coming. I had a lot of stuff which I could not move so I asked them to do half the dining room and he said he will count that under the hall. It seemed pretty good to me. They charged me for one living room and two hallways. I felt they were quite reasonable. They were prompt and courteous. They did a nice job with the carpets. I told them specifically that I did not want any spot washed in the carpet. I told him that I did not want anything left in my carpet and I wanted it clean. He asked me that I did not even want the stain there and I said no. Sure enough we came home later that day and there was one spot that was there. I rubbed it off with a paper towel and it literally came up a little rough, but I could not see anything. They made sure they had taken care of the spots that I had specifically asked them to. I will use them again.

They didn't make a mess when cleaning the air duct. They brought in a machine and sucked it out of there, it was a very clean process.

We've used them in the past and they have been very good. This last time there was a foul up and they didn't show when they were supposed to because one of their employees hadn't made it to work but they rectified that and got somebody out here very, very quickly and did a good job.

When we called Coit about 10am and the receptionist stated that she could have a team to our home by early afternoon and they would give us an estimate. The technicians did not arrive at my home until after 5pm but did call twice to say that they were still working at other jobs. When they got in they asked repeatedly if we were going to file an insurance claim. I found the pricing very high but I assume it was based on the normal allowable charges for most flood insurance policies. One of the techs asked if we wanted them to salvage the carpet. I said yes that is why I called for the estimate. He continued to explain that we would have to sign a wavier since it was flood damage. I asked him what service would they provide if I didn't want the carpet salvaged and then he proceeded to raise his voice and began to repeat verbatim the same speech about the wavier for flood damaged carpet. I stated I understood that part but still did not understand what service (besides cleaning) my carpet they could provide. He turned to the other tech and told him to figure in salvaging the carpet into the estimate. They then gave an estimate of over $2,000. We have had issues with flooding in the past which caused us to replace the carpet one year ago costing us $500. We told them no thank you and they promptly left.

I would never use them again. The reason I called was because in a prior house when I had animals I had duct work that truly needed to be cleaned out. The owners before me in this house had animals and I had a cat and I was just hoping to cut down on some of the dust. The sales rep supposedly did some duct work looks and said I could definitely use it. When the technicians came out he actually said I didn't really need to have it done, it wasn't that bad. I guess the upfront honesty about how bad I needed the service or how much I needed wasn't there. Secondly, the actually procedure of cleaning out, I noticed several things on their video after they did it and where they talked about sealing off vents and they did not do that. The technicians kept asking if I needed my furniture or area rugs cleaned and the furniture was 2 months old. I felt it was all about the sale.

Was great! I submitted a form on their webpage and someone immediately contacted me to set up a time to get an estimate. They also went ahead and scheduled the services, in case we decided to go with them. We were on a pretty tight schedule, but they were very accomodating. Everyone came right on time and did excellent work.

We hired COIT to clean my mother's carpets for her after a huge renovation as well as clean out the air ducts. They did a superb job pleasing my mother (impossible in my opinion) and she was very impressed with the price. They even offered her a coupon that she wasn't even aware of! That's customer service to me.

They did a fine job. They were on time, friendly and professional. I spent between $300 and $400. There were no problems and they were fine. I would use their services in the future too.

I was concerned about having the work done because I was afraid that it would mess up my outlets but everything worked just fine. I was very pleased with them. It cost quite a bit. They did a fine job and they were very careful about how they took the outlets off and they showed me what they were doing. They were very good. I think it is a fine outfit. They came on time. I've used them a lot.
