Description of Work: They were polite and professional. They did all the right things. They did put dents in my hardwood floor though. They came out to clean my air ducts, but there is still dust in the air. They came out twice to assist me as well.

Description of Work: MY DOG HAD BEEN SICK ON THIS RUG IT WAS BAD, I TOLD THEM TO EVALUATE THE RUG AND LET ME KNOW IF IT WAS WORTH CLEANING. THEY DID CLEAN IT AND SEAL IT UP FOR STORING. WHEN I OPENED IT UP IT WAS SO BAD WE ROLLED IT OUT ON THE DRIVEWAY CLEANED IT WITH A SHAMPOO RENTAL.

Description of Work: We called Coit the week of May 14 and requested that they clean our carpets on the following Monday, May 21. They were happy to accomodate our schedule. The young man named Charlie S. came as scheduled and worked by himself for 2 hours cleaning our living room, dining room. hallways and three bedrooms. We had a very sick dog which left terrible stains on our light colored carpet. Charlie was able to completely get rid of the stains. Our carpets look great. We have used Coit many time before and have always had great service and great results. This was the first time that Charlie did the work and we were very pleased. I would recommend Coit to anyone. They have never disapointed.

Description of Work: REALLY FAST SERVICE. I CALLED ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, AND THEY HAD OPENINGS FOR THE NEXT DAY! THE GENTLEMAN WAS POLITE, AND DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING OUR LIVING ROOM CARPET. I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR, ALTHOUGH THEY ADDED A $14.00 GAS FEE, BECAUSE WE LIVE OUT OF JEFFERSON COUNTY. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN WHENEVER I NEED CARPET CLEANED.
