Very happy with the whole process. They did an excellent job, they were very pleasant to work with and the job was done quickly.

Job went well, was done quickly and efficiently. We ran into a few complications specific to my site (continued leakage from the center, rather than the sides, of my basement floor), and Champion was very responsive in coming back and working with me to address the problem without additional charges. Today my basement is dry as a bone, regardless of the weather, and for that my whole family is extremely grateful.

We had 4 companies come out to take a look at our basement water problem. I had no problem with getting a hold of Champion, and they were able to come out 2 days after I called them. I did not feel that the inspection was very thorough; he did not look around the outside of our house for points of water intrusion and did not go fully into our crawl space where the water seems to be originating from. He did provide a quote on the spot and was gone in 20 minutes. He stated as he was leaving that I could have my husband call him because he would probably be able to explain the problem/solution better than the "homeowner." I am a woman, and I am the one handling all repairs, the one who has met with all the waterproofing companies, and the one who went into the crawl space and felt all around the foundation where the water is pooling. So while I appreciate the offer to answer a call from my husband, I was able to explain everything just fine... Champion was out of consideration even before I discussed with my husband. In terms of their quote, it was the lowest we received, but the solution they proposed was the least extensive. And after having been in the crawl space myself and personally felt where the water is, I have no doubt that their solution would have probably prevented the water from getting into our finished basement area but would not have corrected the root cause and would have caused larger issues down the road (moisture would still be an issue which would end up impacting the wooden support system under the house). We would prefer to spend the money now to solve the problem fully so we don't have larger issues later.

Met with Brian for an estimate. Got 2 other quotes, Champion was the least expensive so I chose them. Initially I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could do the work but an opening. Came up and they moved me up. They were very flexible and got work done in a timely manner.

Bryan arrived promptly. His worker was very efficient and cleaned up everything. I am extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend this company.

I was not there, but my neuters were very happy with their works. They were very professional, lifetime warranty & transferable.

Champion did a great job. After quoting the job there was a rain and it was evident one wall crack needed to be repaired in a different manner. Bryan stepped up and offered to do that at no additional charge. Champion completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Bryan was there multiple times to check on the work being done. I am confident if we have any issues in the future that Champion will stand behind their warranty. I highly recommend Champion and think Bryan is a great representative

Bryan met with my husband and provided us an estimate. He also provided a solution to a drainage problem we have been trying unsuccessfully to solve (he suggested re-routing our sump pump to street & draining to sever). Other companies that came to give us estimates never suggested this as an option. That sold us immediately!

It went well. They arrived on time and finished the work in good time. Very courteous.

Technician showed up on time & gave estimate, workers showed on time, work completed and area cleaned up very neatly.

Service was excellent- Mgr reviewed all work, prior, during and after install.

Brain was on time, courteous & professional. Estimate was quick & reasonable scheduling was a bit slow (I had to call multiple times) did a good job cleaning up (though I did have to sweep up afterwards).

The work was completed within a day. Very clean and professional. Consuelo dug the hole then fixed the crack and refilled the hole.Exceptional work and it is hard to tell work was done. No leaks!

Great! I called on Wednesday, champion came out that day, gave us an estimate, and scheduled a time to complete work. They came on Monday morning- when they said they would- they completed work in a timely manner, and left everything like it was. I am very pleased with the entire process.

Champion was fairly responsive after each flood. The owner responded within a day or two. However, their trouble shooting is suspect. The end of my basement discharge line was buried underground. As a result the system expelled water next to my foundation rather than eject water a safe distance from my home. This water seeped into my crawlspace and contributed to 3 floods. Only after the 3rd flood was this flaw in Chapmion's system discovered... BY ME!. In addition my crawlspace continues to flood and the owner refuses to perform additional work to mitigate the flooding. Very efficient and quick response. Attention to detail to maintain the valve of the home. Proactive design to make the system reliable and reduce maintenance.

Brian and his team were on time courteous and kept me informed as they progressed. Cleaned up beautifully.

Champion did a great job. Bryan Taylor was the project manager and he stayed on top of everything. They were always on time or early. The owner of the company, Luke, came by several times to check on the project. The thing that speaks volumes for them is that they are committed to making sure the customer is satisfied. I sent them a "punch out" list and they were at my house the next morning at 8am and spent two hours making sure it was all taken care of. I highly recommend Champion Waterproofing.

The workers arrived on time; verified what work that was to be performed; workers faced many difficulty than usual because there was sheet rock below huge structure. Cleaned up well.

Jason, who bid the job, was very nice and knowledgeable, workers were polite and the job was done in the amount of time they said at the beginning.
