I got this work done awhile ago - early 2019. I wanted to a decent period of time to lapse and multiple heavy rains to occur before I made my review: I'm very happy to say that my basement is still bone dry after a full year! Champion was neither the least nor most expensive option, they were approximately in the middle of the estimates that I got. Everybody I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. I want to say especially that the installation crew did an amazing job cleaning up after a messy, muddy job. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!

They did an excellent job waterproofing my basement! I had major issues that required jack hammering my basement and placing panels to filter water to my sump pump. They were extremely professional! Thomas is easy to work with and extremely friendly!

This is not the first time I have used Champion Waterproofing for a project. They were prompt with an estimate, reasonably priced, and assertive with their solution to the problem. It was refreshing working with a contractor that was able to confidently and competently evaluate the problem and recommend a solution while standing behind their work with a warranty. I would happily use Champion again and would recommend their services to friends, family, and clients.

These guys not only understand and know what they are doing, but they are priced as well if not better than anyone else in the industry and they follow through with their work. Would recommend them time and time again.

Champion is my go-to any time myself or a client/friend needs waterproofing or crawl space/foundation repair. They are always very professional both in their interactions with me and my clients. Their work is always done with the utmost care and they always offer a fair/competitive price. I would recommend Champion Waterproofing & Piering to anyone that needs waterproofing, crawlspace, or foundation work.

He was quick and efficient and a few days later we had a heavy rain and absolutely no leaks. Not even a trickle. I would hire him back for any waterproof job needed. Excellent work!

I couldn't be happier with Champion. This is the 3rd time that I have used them. They have everything that I need in a contractor: great communication, fair price and timeliness. Each stage of the project was explained and preformed on the dates provided. I will definitely use them again if/when one of my rental houses needs a repair. I highly recommend using Champion for your needs.

This is my last resort as the owner has now blocked/ won't return our phone calls. I want to share an awful experience I had with Champion Waterproofing and Piering and its owner Luke Haire. We paid Champion to replace our entire back patio as there were visible cracks, and Luke indicated they were "experts with concrete". The job they did was absolutely horrible as the finish wasn't right, the patio was poured sloping towards the house which caused water to accumulate against the house, and there are small puddle areas throughout. Luke agreed the slope was bad and would fix it. After weeks of back and forth, the pictures attached are his version of an acceptable fix for a brand new patio that we paid thousands of dollars for! Luke is now claiming that this occurred because I didn't seal the concrete yet and mud had washed on it. I have confirmed with several other concrete contractors, as well as others in the construction industry, that mud MIGHT stain the concrete, but would not cause it to settle or disrupt the finish. My experience with Champion Waterproofing and Piering and particularly with Luke, was nothing short of horrendous. This post is a fair warning, the work performed at my house and the subsequent bs I've gone through to try and get it corrected should be your expectation if you ever use their services.

You need to STAY AWAY from this company at all costs unless you want to go to COURT to get your money back or get them to fix the WHOLE repair... (Jefferson county docket # 18-Ci-004584) to receive ... I hired Champion waterproofing to fix the foundation/ cracks and do 11 helical piers to stabilize my 1951 home/rental property.... The work was done over Memorial day week and it was NOT exactly aesthetic pleasing to the eye Champion” tuck pointing “ looked my 5 year did it on the home’s exterior and left sand and rock all over my backyard while driving over my neighbors backyard to get to my yard . ( Professional ?) I was assured by Champions representatives people would come back to make the appearance look better . They did 4 weeks later after repeated calls .. I listed the house on the market June 22 and we had significant rain or over the next 12 days and not only did Champions poly paneling barrier walls FAIL but in multiple place in the basement . While I was out of town my realtor made calls EVERYDAY for 4 days straight to never talk to anyone other than the secretary . After get a hold of mike brown would said the Owner would meet at the property more than a week after the initial leak. The owner “Luke Haire explained that Mike Brown his head manager for this job “ should have done” some things that were not done and that he did free admit “ I did pay for water proofing “ . But out of principal and philosophy I would not give Champion and extra 1200 to fix mistakes they made and waterproof 80% of the basement. Champion ruined my 1500 dollar brand new carpet and would not even pay to clean the carpet. Last thing the owner said to me “I WILL FIX IT, I DON’T FILE INSURANCE CLAIMS I WILL FIX IT “… I waited 4 weeks for Champion / Luke Haire to do the right thing . He refused and that says a lot about the company and the owner. I have had to take the home off the market and sue Champion in court. Sincerely, Mr. Tarreck Yennes

Estimate was timely & work was scheduled within 2 weeks. The technician arrived on time, efficiently completed the work, & cleaned up. The repairs are working as expected.

Bryan Taylor spoke w/us each day and sometimes more often to explain the process, the guys doing the work were punctual, hard working and neat with the exception of the concrete sub contractor, but Bryan's guys cleaned up his mess. All in all an exceptional experience! The communication between us was the best I have ever had to date. He always responded to our calls, questions and concerns.

From start to finish Champion was courteous, helpful and complete professionals. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Crews were on time each day, finished ahead of schedule. Price was reasonable. Few dings from concrete removal but minor.

The repairman was prompt & very thorough. He cleaned up after the repair & explained the process. We've had heavy rain since the repair and no leaks. I would highly recommend this company!!

They came promptly to give us an estimate and advised a drain system. WE were able to locate the crack and they decided to just correct that problem.

It went great! The estimate was completed when scheduled with the process being explained completely. Once I accepted the estimate, the work was scheduled very quickly. When they showed up to complete the work, everyone was on time and very courteous. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the work that was completed.

Champion was great to work with. I had originally received an estimated 6 months previously but was unable to have the work done at that time. When I contacted them again recently they were able to locate the original bid and schedule the work in short order. The technician showed on time and was very professional. Work was completed quickly and effectively. They had to remove some plantings to repair the area and cleared the debris and cleared the area nicely. Very pleased!

Introductions & evaluations went very well. Estimate came quick but was a bit vague. Several unnecessary piers were installed, poly was unsecured and trash was left. Owner refused to send anyone out for further inspection or removal of debris. Structural framing was removed due to rot, but was not replaced.
