Champion Waterproofing came in a timely manner on the day scheduled and completed waterproofing in a corner of our basement.

Luke with Champions came out to give me the estimate. He was on time and his truck and attire was clean. He gave me two options to fix the leak, the first being an epoxy with a 15 year warranty and the other being the trench / barrier solution with a life time transferable warranty. Luke told me if and when I sell the house, an inspector would know the work performed would prevent water from getting into the basement. They were the same price, so I chose the latter. The appointment to do the work was not able to be scheduled for three weeks. The day of the appointment, the two employees were on time and ready to go. They told me the work would be completed in about 2.5 hours and it was. The two employees were polite and friendly. They could have done a better job with the clean up and one of them had dried mud in their boot treads that they tracked into the house. All in all I was satisfied with the outcome.

First off, I really like it when the owner of a company comes to check out the problem and suggest a solution. Luke was prompt, courteous, and professional. He thoroughly reviewed the problem and suggested a very reasonable solution. Unforuntately, my front porch was not built correctly. The person who performed the work was once again right on time and the work was completed as promised. Time will only tell if this work will be the remedy, but tearing out the entire front porch and reinstalling is not an option. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need. I could not be more pleased.

The provider suppose to fix the main beam in the crawl space, I told him initially to replace the main beam per the recommendation of the inspector, but he said that he will put 3 floor posts to support the main beam, and this is enough to fix the problem, after 3 weeks, he put 3 floor posts, charged me $1,200! And gave me 1 year warranty for waterproofing of the crawl space, which Champion never did!!!! And I brought 2 contractors after that, they told me what did Champion do was absolutely not enough to fix the mean beam!!!! I called Champion, discussed/argued that with them for a week, I was hoping that they fix what they did, but they said they don't and they can't replace the main beam!!!! Then I brought somebody professional, who replaced the main beam, and finished the job in 1 week!!!! So I paid Champion $1,200 and waited one month on them for basically doing nothing, what a waste of time and money!!!! Certainly I'll never go back to them again!!! I highly recommend that you guys go to professional people in the future!!!

We haven't yet decided whether we are going to use them or not. They did a good job. They seemed really professional. They left us a packet and a quote with a book of them of the work that they would do. They've actually followed up a couple of times just to see if we are still interested. We'd like to get another quote or few and just kind of compare before we go forward. I think they are basically going to install some trenching around the foundation and install a sump pump in case there is flooding or anything like that.

Service man arrived promptly and began work immediately. Thoroughly explained all that they would do and gave me periodic updates. Very professional. Even removed shoes when coming into home.

We got 5 basement waterproofing quotes. Not only did Champion give us the most detailed quote (so it looks like they're doing more for me), they were the cheapest and nicest! Super easy to work with, and it only took them half a day to finish the work. They left the basement cleaner than when they got there. They even cleaned my drain outside the basement door! Perfect experience.

Their response was good as well as their pricing. They came out timely and offered the best that they could offer.

Another company came in and started the job but half my foundation fell in and they left me so I hired Champion Waterproofing & Piering. He went out of his way to get a resolution and replaced my wall. He was very courteous and wanted to get the done job for me. He worked with me on price too. I was very fortunate to have found someone to help me out. He really cared about doing the right thing and getting us back in our home. He answered every phone call and called me to inform me about what was going on. He stayed on the job until it was done.

The owner looked at my basement and gave me his estimate. He said it would take 2 days. He was right on the money for all of it. I got a couple of estimates and Champion's was the lowest and they had the best plan. One company told me they would have to demolish my bathroom in the basement. Champion tunneled underneath it. They did great work and put everything back when they were done. A+ is the grade I give them.

Their sales rep came out gave me an estimate and they were right in line with the other 2 estimate I received. We scheduled the job the worker showed up on time was very professional; he covered everything I asked him to cover in my basement and left it looking very clean.

Excellent! This company was professional, took time to answer all questions, responded to phone calls, and did the work on time. They did an excellent clean-up afterwards for what was a dirty task with lots of dirt piles! They worked around my hydrangea bushes as much as possible which was a relief to me! All the workers were very professional and gracious. When window well covers were brought over that initially did not fit the shape of our windows, the workers identified this as an issue, did not try to install them anyway, and got the right sized well covers in. That the workers themselves incorporated an attitude of correct service to the customer was much appreciated. Several days after the work was completed, we received the promised warranty statement in the mail. When I called the company with a few questions on painting in the basement, one of the company co-owners answered my questions comprehensively and in detail. I would recommend this company to someone with basement issues.

I love the fact that the owner came out with the crew and explained the whole process to me. I did not have to pay any money up front because he wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. They are currently working on the job and have not completed it thus far.

Since the service, we did not have any drop of water in our basement. I am so pleased. When they finished their work, they used something to sterilized the floor just to be sure. But something was wrong with the machine they used and it smoked and my house was full of smoke. That is the only complain I have because throat hurts, my eyes burned, I had to get the dogs out of the house. That was really bad.

.So far what they did has worked fine. There work was very good. They did have a machine that they used that smoked real bad. They were neat besides that. They cleaned up when they were done.

They give us a lifetime warranty, and it can be passed on to any future homeowner. A few months after the job was completed we had a small problem, they came out quickly and fixed it at no additional charge. I was satisfied on all aspects of the work.
