Description of Work: I purchased carpet for the upstairs of my home and was given a bill for the total amount. I would have preferred to have the sq footage charge by room but I didn't ask for this before my purchase and never got it after. When I called after installation to ask for it I was told I would have to call and speak to Mr. McDonald for that information but I didn't call back for it. I was told the carpet would be installed in "about" 2 weeks and was given a number to call for scheduling date. When I called that number, they were unable to install in 2 weeks. I spent approx $4,000 and was very happy with the carpet and installers. In any case, carpet was delivered and installed perfectly within 3 weeks. Three installers arrived at 8:30am and finished at 4:30pm on 8/2/11. About midway through we thought there was a problem with one of the rolls of carpet and I spoke with the owner who said he was coming out to look at it. He said if it was wrong. he would order me new carpet and reinstall. Luckily this didn't happen and the owner also honored a $300 Homerama coupon I had received. I will definitely use this company again. I purchased Tigress carpet in Sweetwater color and it is very soft, plush and beautiful.
