Didn't have what we wanted in stock nor could they order it. Wound up finding what we wanted at another shop.

At the store things were fine. They had the product I'd been reading about in May looks/finishes & were happy to have me borrow their samples. I didn't know this initially but, apparently, the estimator was way off on his days to completion estimate. Once the main installer arrived & pulled up the old carpet, he could tell there was a lot of leveling and repair work that was needed on the subfloor. He said it was going to take a lot longer but I was ok with that. I'll give the main installer credit, he worked hard and well. He did an amazing job cutting the ends of the planks to fit the uneven edges of my stone hearth. The problem was he couldn't stay on site to finish the job. Besides my house, already had one ongoing project and a new one about to start. So, I got the B team. There were two guys left to finish my floors. One seemed ok but the other one was completely green. He admitted he was usually on the selling side of things & had just started laying floors. That was obvious when he grabbed planks to lay down. It's vinyl so the patterns repeat. You have to mix up the boxes and patterns so it looks more natural. He was just grabbing the next plank out of the same box. I mentioned this to him twice and thought he understood. But as I was working from home in my upstairs office I couldn't watch every plank go down. There are now three areas that have matching/identical planks lying right next to each other. By the time I'd come down & caught the problems, another 49 sf had been laid. Neither of the two gentleman knew quite what to do with my quarter round/baseboard. In some spots they took it al the way to the doorways & in other spots they stopped at the door baseboard. Thankfully, the seasoned installer stopped by and fixed that. With time and furniture placement, I barely notice the problem areas. My fear is that if/when we go to sell the house those problems will stick out like a sore thumb. I already know there's no ROI with vinyl (it's strictly convenience for our way of living) but I don't want it to be a liability because of a bad install.

No issues at all. Installation was great and the quality of the carpet is exactly what we were looking for. We have had that room carpeted twice in the last 12 years. Neither carpet proved to be of good quality. We had one of those re-stretched twice. We have had NO issues with the quality of this carpet.

Terrible! I hate the installation. I feel like this flooring has devalued my home instead of being an upgrade. The installation was awful. The installer was late showing up, when I called the store hours after he was supposed to have arrived, he showed up in a hour saying he didn't know he had a job that day. He had his two sons with him, they were in their early teens. I thought they were there to carry and clean up, help move furniture, because that is what they did the first day, when the carpet was being removed. I was okay with this. The next day when the flooring started to be installed everything looked okay. Whenever I looked the boys were just standing there watching. When they left that night the I was okay with the job they had done. The next day they things were going okay, but I went in to see how things were going and the older boys were in the living room installing the flooring. I asked what they were doing and they said "working." I asked where there father was and they said he went to Lowes. So, he left two kids to install my flooring. When they were finished and cleaning up to go, there were some unopened boxes of flooring, I mentioned this to the kids, I was like, "wow, extra boxes, I can return them and get a refund!" Nope, when they told me they put the extra wood in the garage, it was only pieces from opened boxes that we either cut or damaged. The unopened boxes were not there. I did call the store during the installation but the saleswoman was not helpful, she said someone would be out but no one came. There are gaps in the flooring, edges are sticking up all over the place, we have gotten cuts on our feet from where they are too high and sharp. Some of the slats have splintered. No attempt was made to fill in the nail holes from around the wall. Also the walls are now dented from this installation. When I contacted the store about the quality of the work and need for repairing some places, someone did come and agree that there were places that needed repairing. I asked that someone other that the original installer come to make those repairs and was insured that they would send someone else. However this was not the case. The original installer came with the man who told me they would send someone else but he would stay with him the whole time. It wasn't because I wasn't was afraid of having the man in my home, it was the quality of the work he had done here. Needless to say, he was left here cutting out a board to replace it while the other man went to Lowes to buy a screw for another part. When they came to make the repairs they said most spots would only need for the them to use a mallet and hammer the board in to make it even with the other board. One plank they needed drill a hole and screw the slat down and the hold filled in with putty. Another piece had to be totally cut out and a new one installed. (this one later popped up and needed repair again) Also the nail holes around the walls were not filled in. Some were but not most, no furniture was moved or closets entered so only the ones I could see were done. Still I didn't think they did what they needed to make the flooring safe. After contacting the store a few more times someone else came and told me that it was "normal" for the flooring to have gaps and some places would be higher in places that others and the splintering was not there fault it was just a part of hardwood. Upon contacting the store again, they sent the owner out. He told me the flooring looked fine, he would send someone to fill in the holes and he did send me a check for the full boxes of flooring that I should have been able to return. Nothing else happened! I made a few more calls but still nothing, it was like I was paid off by this measly check for something I should have been able to just return. Months later, I received a call from someone in the store asking me how things with my floor were going because he had an open file about it on his desk. He did come and look and decided that yes, If this was the flooring job they did in his home, he would also not be satisfied. He told me he wanted to make things right and would be back again with a representative from the flooring manufacturer. This did happen. Pictures, measurements and temperatures were taken, the man even went into the crawl space to check out the conditions there. I was told I would be contacted in a few weeks. Well, months have gone by, about 18 of them, and still nothing, Calls are unanswered, emails too. I have given up hope that Carpet One will ever be correcting this flooring. I am sad everyday that I look at it. I get angry at Carpet One when my diabetic husband cuts his foot on it and doesn't realize that he is bleeding. Who knew that getting new flooring could be life threatening? Two of the things that helped make my decision to use Carpet One was the rating they had on Angie's List. The second was they had a Christian symbol on their advertising. These two things gave me hope and confidence in this company. I hate this flooring, but I am stuck with it now. Will I suggest Carpet One to anyone, NO! Only if it is to suggest that they go to another place.

Good on the carpeting. There were some problems with the laminate. My hallway where part of the laminate was laid is only 3 feet wide. When laying the laminate the installer kept hitting the wall with his shoes. Now the whole wall, which was just painted a year ago, needs to be repainted. Also they did not do a good job where the bedroom carpeting meets the hallway tile. It is all lumpy at the bedroom entrance. (This was existing carpeting in one of the bedrooms off the hallway.) I am so used to contractors not doing an excellent job, that I didn't bother calling back. I'll just correct it some day myself.

My husband and I used Carrell Rogers Carpet One & Flooring for all our new construction needs. We met with Ken Martin on multiple occasions discussing our vision. He even came to our build to help us make some hard design choices. He was amazing to work with. He gave us his honest opinion regarding our selections and offered us lots of options to choose from. We had them install all our hardwood floors, carpet in bedrooms, beautiful tile throughout multiple bathrooms and my laundry room. We also had Carrell Rogers Carpet One & Flooring install our kitchen back splash. I can't say enough how enjoyable our experience was using this company. Everyone with Carrell Rogers to include the installation team were very professional. I would highly recommend using them for any projects you may have.

EXCELLENT! I called 2 weeks prior and needed a Saturday date as I was coming in from out of town. They said no problem, contacted me in a timely and efficient manner and had a crew out there who were clean, hardworking, and efficient. Excellent price as well. They run a GREAT business, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. The quality of the carpet was excellent and so was their work. They went above and beyond - they even took my son's bed apart and put it back together for us! We would definitely use them again. They were WONDERFUL!

While I was frustrated with the problem, Carrell Rogers stood behind the product and their service. It would have been easy for them to "blow me off" and claim that I was doing something to cause the problem or that the problem was with the subfloor. I spoke with Ken Martin, owner, and he assured me that they would do all they could to get the problem resolved. And, they did! For me, Carrell Rogers displayed integrity and "old-fashioned" professionalism in the way they handle my problem. I will definitely use them again, even should it mean paying a little more for the product. Carrell Rogers is a company I can trust.

workers arrived at specified time to remove carpet & pad from basement. work was completed in a timely manner with all materials removed and space cleaned up neatly. then workers applied anti-microbial cleaner to floor. after 24 hr drying period installation crew arrived the following day to install the selected carpet and pad. all work completed and area cleaned up neatly.

It went very well. They actually were less expensive than a lower grade carpet from Lowe's!

My experience with them was fine. They were fast and courteous. They were prompt.

The experience on the initial contact was not good. They didn't come across very helpful and I have decided to no longer go forward with this company.

This company has their own installers who worked long and hard to do the job well

This service went very well from beginning to end. The sales person/designer came to my house to measure, brought many carpet samples and advised me on making a selection. The installers were prompt, did an excellent job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Carrell Rogers has an outstanding warranty on much of their carpeting. If you dislike the carpet after it has been laid they will replace it free of charge.

Carrell Rogers did a great job provided us the best options for our new homes carpet. We worked with Rebekah Logan and she provided us multiple options. Ultimately we found the carpeting that was within our budget as well as in stock. The carpet was delivered and install on time before we moved in. Thank you Carrell Rogers for doing such a great job.

I thought the carpet they brought was the wrong shade so I contacted the salesman. He assured me it was correct. The installer cut a small piece for me to put against the wall so I could be certain it was what I ordered. The installers wasted no time and did an excellent job.

I've used Carrell Rogers for years. They consistently do a wonderful job on carpeting as well as area rugs. Synthetics as well as wool. Love them!

They were excellant. They were very clean and very prompt. I saw multiple samples and I was very pleased.
