They are fast, friendly, and thorough, and I highly recommend them. They are really good.

It went great. They found a hole in the old furnance heat exchanger. Received an estimate that afternoon and installed the new furnance the next morning.

The service man arrived on time, stated what he was going to do, then went to perform the service. He returned and gave me a report of his finding then offered possible solutions to the problems.

Bryant's price was reasonable compared to others and they did a good job. They were friendly and professional, they did exactly what they said they would. We had a problem with one of the thermostats and they came back and fixed it.

I just saw them in neighborhood. The experience went pretty well. Usually, the cost is $59.95 for a regular maintenance repair, but we can pay for both services i.e. winter and summer. The quality was pretty good. They responded pretty well, and they even sent reminders. They were on time.

They come no matter what time, day or night. They even send the people that I request because there are two guys who know the house better than the other guys. They are super responsive. They do not charge overtime rates. They charge flat $60 to come out and diagnose the problem. If it is an easy fix, there is no charge. Last year, I had just come out of the hospital and I was on oxygen. I called the people who had serviced it before and they told that it will take two days for them to come here. I just hung up on them and I called Bryant Heating & Cooling and they were here within two hours. I never had any problem with them. I would use their service in the future too.

I spend $170 a year on them. They are good and friendly. I saw their name on a flyer. I have not had any problems with them. I will continue to use their service in the future.

They came out and checked the situation because my house is over 50 years old. They found a crack in the furnace and told me that they would absolutely not allow me to use that furnace again. Then they took care of it and put in a new one. They were very clean while taking out the parts of the furnace from the basement. I was pleased with them. If need be, I would use them again.

I used them because I was tired of my old heating and cooling company and I wanted to see what these people were like. One guy really knew what he was doing but the other guy wasn?t the brightest. They were responsive and they came on time. I?d hire them again.

The initial inspection by the technician revealed some rusting of the heat exchanger (without any evident holes or cracks) and a quick suggestion that the tandem furnaces be replaced rather than repaired. I felt pressured and was unwilling to commit to a $6,000-$9,000 replacement contract under those circumstances without a second opinion and competitive pricing. I opted the proceed with the $765 repair instead.

They did a great job. I have no complaints. They are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician came out and told me that my furnace was dangerous and needed to be replaced, that I was in danger of carbon monoxide poisoning or "flames shooting out" of the furnace. He proceeded to write quotes for an entire new heating and A/C system (the problem with my system is that the coil is very old and had leaked down into the furnace). The quotes were very high. When he left, I could not turn my A/C back on. I later found he had left the front off the furnace, which was why it didn't restart. I followed this up with a friend of mine who also is in the business (engineer who designs commercial systems). He checked the system and said it was not dangerous and I could continue to use it. However, the Bryant technician had also pulled out a censor and left it lying loose, and my friend said that was very dangerous. My heating is working fine without any repairs, and although I am going to replace the system, I am doing so at half the cost that was quoted by the Bryant technician, and at my own pace because everything is working fine. (Note: Bryant also installed my furnace originally, 10 years ago. When I replaced the previous furnace, after 9 years, I got the same story from them, but I believed it that time.)

Company scheduled quickly. Service tech was professional and gave us advice on a programmable thermostat.

They were very responsive to coming at a time convenient for me which happened to be either early A.M. first call or on Saturday. They replaced the part and handled all the warranty details. The cleaning was meticulous. I watched the technician do the entire job. He cleaned it so well that it looked like a brand new furnace when he was finished. I found their pricing to be somewhat high in retrospect but at the time we were pressed to finish the job quickly and I didn't have much time to shop around. I had a problem the next day with furnace ignition, but they came right out and made some adjustments and got it working acceptably.

IT IS A VERY EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO MAKE US TO GET A NEW SYSTEM. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE INSTALLATION.

THEY WERE TERRIFIC. OUR AIR CONDITIONER HAD JUST GONE OUT. MY HUSBAND HAD JUST HAD A HEART ATTACK, AND WE NEEDED OUR AIR CONDITIONER. NO ONE ELSE WOULD COME OUT, BUT WE CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR, AFTER HOURS, AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ANYTHING FOR COMING AFTER HOURS.

I HIRED THEM FROM A FRIEND'S RECOMMENDATION. THEY HELD MY HAND THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH IT AND THEY MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING I WAS DOING MYSELF, I WAS DOING RIGHT. THEY WERE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT I WAS GOING TO DO A LOT OF THE WORK MYSELF AND WERE VERY HELPFUL ABOUT IT.

IT WAS GOOD. IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF WINTER AND THE HEAT WENT OUT AND THEY WERE HERE WITHIN TWO HOURS. SO, YOU KNOW THAT WAS PRETTY GOOD. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY TRIED TO USE SCARE TACTICS ON ME TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE FURNACE. I DIDN'T REPLACE THE FURNACE. THIS WAS THEIR PRICE FOR A SERVICE CALL. I DID NOT USE THEM FOR THE REPAIR.

THEY WERE KIND OF HIGH IN PRICE. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OK, BUT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THE GUY THAT CAME WAS REALLY HEAVY AND HE COULDN'T GET DOWN TO GET TO THE EQUIPMENT VERY WELL. IT JUST SEEMED LIKE IT TOOK LONGER THAN THE TIME BEFORE.
