Bryant Heating & Cooling realizes this, which is why we are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Because at Bryant Heating & Cooling, we aren’t comfortable unless you are. Bryant Heating & Cooling has been your neighbor since 1940. We are family owned and operated and our family’s reputation is on the line every time we come see you. This means if for some reason you have a problem with our service, we really want to know about it because all of our work is 100% guaranteed. We are a full service heating and cooling company staffed by experienced, trained professionals. We can help with repair, cleaning (including duct work), remodeling, or new construction of your heating and cooling systems. Bryant Heating & Cooling is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer; however we service all brands of furnaces and air conditioning systems. We are licensed, insured and bonded and our technicians are factory certified. Our technicians are licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the North American Technician Excellence (NATE), which is the leading certification program for technicians in the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry. NATE is the only test supported by the entire industry

We offer residential heating and cooling service on all brands of air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, fan coils, and thermostats. Description of Work: Came out to perform a/c and furnace inspection on furnace installed this past winter. When we purchased the furnace it was after a routine cleaning. The tech showed me a device that supposedly picked up a gas leak. He said we needed a new furnace. We went ahead and purchased one because of the gas scare. When Bryant performed a recent check up on our a/c we were told the freon was leaking, we had the wrong coils installed and the freon alone would cost approximately $500.00. He said they had put coloring in the freon before and there was an obvious leak. When I asked what a new unit would cost, I was quoted a price of between $7,000.00 and $12,000.00. When I told my husband he called another company for a second opinion. He was told the freon was fine and there was no leak. He also said he could install a new unit for $3,000.00.

Description of Work: I paid angie's list for this service. Bryant heating and cooling contacted me and said they did not service my area. They wanted me to contact angie's list for a refund. I have numerous times and still no refunded. That is why i cancelled my service with angie's list. They can keep the $55 i will not use their services again.
