Description of Work: They provided an estimate for a new heater and air condition unit.

Description of Work: They came to do a preventive maintenance and clean my HVAC. I was told a valve was bad and the total to fix everything was over $2200. I got a 2nd opinion from a different provider and I'm thankful I did. I saved myself a ton over money. Other than my issue with the repair estimate, I don't have any issues or complaints

Description of Work: New AC unit

Description of Work: On a positive note, it was a tough time to have a furnace go out. Weekend, right before a holiday. Luckily, they were able to come right out and take care of it the next day. They replaced my old furnace with a new one. | |Negatives- When they were replacing the furnace, they scratched up my floors and made several dents and nicks in the wall. They forgot to clean up after themselves well, and left old furnace pieces on my front porch. They did not mention they had scratched and dented floors and walls. I noticed it immediately after I left and called. | |They sent someone out to check out the damage, and I guess it was good timing since I was getting ready to redo my floors. They covered part of the expense for the damage. Overall the furnace is working well, I was merely disappointed in the care they took for my home.

Description of Work: The technician came out to do a maintenance inspection. He indicated that it need two capacitors priced at $223 for each, since we had a capacitor that was leaking. I told him that I thought the price was too high and not to do the work. After spraying the coil he came in demanding the money and was upset. He got the money and left. I went out to check the the unit and found out he had not put the cover on the unit. I called Bryant and they sent a technician to replace the cover. I found out that he had disconnected the water hose from the house. Later the house was getting warm and we discovered that the AC Unit was not working and the house was getting hotter.We called Bryant and they sent a third technician, who discovered that the outside electrical power switch was not replaced properlyso the AC unit would not run. As soon as it was properly placed, the AC unit began operating. The second and third technicians were fine.in the way they acted and performed.

Description of Work: Routine Furnace checkup

Description of Work: OVERPRICED. I believe this coupon is there opportunity to come in and provide very basic maintenance and overcharge for service. it's that simple. They tried to charge me $575 to clean my furnace, I called another company and had same done for $240. They charge $75/lb for coolant, not sure if that is competitive but if I had the time I would have competitively priced.
