I can't say enough good things about Bone Dry. Very professional. Arrived when they said they would. Quality work and very fast. Even my neighbor said she'd never seen a roof job go so quickly. Two days later I came home and noticed the gutters were done. Now I can't wait for a good steady rain!

I was most satisified with Bone Dry Masonry. We actually had a roof repair done the previous week and were satisfied with thier work and results also. Jon gave 3 estimates dependent upon simple repair to complete replacement of the chimney We chose to have the bricks that were damaged repalced and fabrication of a new concrete cap to prevent leakage. The crew was on time, polite, protected my blooming magnolia by building the scaffolding around it and up an additional 4 stories. After the work on the first day was completed, the top of the chimney was covered by a tarp to protect the new masonry from the predicted rain. The crew cleaned up to my satisfaction and Jon inspected the work at the end of the second day. Holli followed up by phone to ensure we were satisfied with the team's work, which we were. We highly recommend this company for all roofing/ chimney needs.

Came out on time for the estimate, got up on the roof and inspected, measure made recommendations about how to improve based on newer building materials that were not available when my home was build. Supplies were shipped in the day before the job started, and the morning the job was to begin a full crew showed up and really went to town on completing the work. The work was completed in the time that was quoted and for the price quoted. Clean up was thorough and the job was then inspected. They even called me to see if one of my landscape lights was already broke or if they had broken it and if so they were going to give me some credit for having broken it. They did not break it, it was already broken.

Excellent service, described all details. After 6 repairs by a different company, the roof around chimney is finally not leaking. Could not think about using anybody else.

I discovered the leak and called Bone Dry on Friday. Louie Leger came out on Tuesday to give me an estimate. He was both professional and friendly. He showed me pictures of the damage and really walked me through what was going on and what needed to be done. I had other estimates but cancelled them after meeting Louie. I was really impressed by the time he took to make sure I understood what repairs were needed and why. The next day, Lance Selkin called to see if it was ok for him to come on Thursday to do the repairs. He showed up right on time (9:00) and was also very professional and friendly. When he finished, I couldn't even tell anyone had been working on my house as the clean up had been done that well. The price matched the estimate and seemed to match the amount of work done. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I have had with contractual work. My roof was repaired less than a week after I called and Louie and Lance made it all that much better. These guys know how to do it right!

On the day of the roofing, the supplier dropped off the materials by 8 AM. Felipe and his crew from Bone Dry Roofing arrived shortly before 8:30 AM and started work immediately by tearing down the old shingles. They were a kind and happy crew and I have never seen anyone work like them. They worked extremely hard. They did everything that was promised in the quote. Carl supervised the install and made sure all of my questions were answered and all of the quoted upgrades were installed properly. By 3:30 PM that day I had my new roof and a written warranty in my hand. The crew also did a thorough job cleaning up the surroundings and Carl even painted minute scratches on the gutters caused by ladders. Felipe and his crew inquired as to my satisfaction of the job and left as happy as they were when they arrived. Overall it was a great experience. Companies should operate this way where they treat you like you are their only customer and Bone Dry did just that. The office followed up the next day to find out how the job went and to make sure all of my questions were answered. I could not have been happier. In the end I realized if only all of us could be as happy as Felipe and his crew in doing our everyday jobs, this world would be a much better place. Hats off to Bone Dry Roofing and their wonderful crew.

The work went very well - they answered my initial call and came promptly to provide an estimate. The estimator found shingle scraps in the valley and was honest and straightforward telling me that this might be the cause of the leak so I could do a "wait and see" no that the scraps were out if I preferred. While I appreciated being given this option, I elected to proceed with the repair option since water marks on my ceiling indicated a more serious problem might be possible. Bone Dry gave an esitmate on the spot, a good description of the work to be done, and a realistic schedule date of two weeks out. They came when promised and performed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well. They did find the source of my leak, (it was not just a few shingle scraps in the valley), and identified some additional flashing needed around my oven vent which they did at no additional cost since they were up there anyway. The gentleman I coordinated with was polite and professional. I felt the cost was in line with what I had paid for similar work of similar scale at our previous home. I would definitely call them again for any roof repairs or replacements.

Very satisfied with Bone Dry Roofing and their employees. I quicky got service with my leaking roof with an emergency Tarp. The receptionist seemed as though she cared about my emergency. Louie, the project estimator, was very professional, prompt, and informative. I believe I received a fair estimate. Carl, the project supervisor, was very professional, and prompt. Carl and the crew showed up on time and completed the job same day. The crew did a great job on the roof and a great clean up. Carl followed up with me in person, explained all the work and personally made sure I was happy with their work The bottom line is I was I felt like they cared about my roof, were always professional, and performed an excellent job. Quoting process: Bone Dry was one of four companies that I called to come out to my place. They were the most professional of the companies that I called. I have a 100+ yr old house with a complex roof and some companies came out and gave me crazy prices. Louie and his team gave me a very detailed breakdown of the work. Different options to consider along with the pros and cons. Everything was upfront and there weren't any surprises when it came to the install. Installation process: Once I made the decision to move forward the installation was scheduled promptly. The supervisor called the day before to make sure everything was a go and called the morning of when they were on their way. Most of the work was done in a day and a half. A couple of guys had to come back on different days to wrap up work on the masonry after things set. The crew was very professional. They talked with my neighbors when a little trash got blown into their yards and kept me in the loop with how they were doing or if any concerns came up. Masonry and roofing was all coordinated together so it made things real easy. Everything was hand nailed and I inspected a lot of the work during different stages and the attention to detail and workmanship was great. They cleaned up very well and I had very little problems with nails or waste in my yard. The supervisors came by and checked on the work frequently and made a point to check in with me when they did. All in all the experience was great and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

The company called ahead and advised of their arrival to begin work. They went right to work with no hesitation. The work was complete in approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris and trash. Very pleased with their service and would recommend to anyone need roofing repairs.

Bone Dry used fear and my lack of knowledge against me. They tried to get me to do work and upgrades that I didn't need. They offered more expensve products with shorter warranties that the competition. Their total quote was 40% more with half the warranty of the nearest competition.

Overall, Bone Dry Roofing did a superb job. I called them several months ago to get an estimate. They were very courteous on the phone and extremely professional. This is very rare nowadays, when most businesses either do not even bother to answer the phone or to return calls, or if they do, they are rude and unprofessional, and make you feel like you are bothering them. Bone Dry Roofing?s staff (Carl) came at the pre-set time, they gave me an estimate, and then they performed the job as planned. They kept in excellent communication with me and let me know when the next step would occur, when the parts would arrive, and when the job would be finished. They were punctual, courteous, respectful, and very professional. I would like to commend, in particular, Carl, who oversaw and managed the whole project. Everything was done as planned, no extra charges and no surprises. They took a great deal of care in cleaning up the driveway after putting on a new roof, so that no nails or other debris would remain. Everything was perfectly clean. In summary, this was perfect service. A few weeks after finishing the roof, I discovered a problem that occurred during the roof installation (but was not directly caused by the roofers). Carl came to my house on the same day I called him, looked at the problem, and fixed it immediately, without any charge. He was genuinely concerned about the quality of his work and wanted to provide the best possible solution, which he did. I greatly appreciated his promptness and concern. I would heartily recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anybody who needs work done on their roof or gutters. They are extremely professional and competent, but they are also very courteous and respectful, and a pleasure to work with.

I called this company because our roof was leaking. A very knowledgeable young man came and talked to my husband who was impressed by the man's expertise. We were told that we had to get some trees trimmed before Bone Dry could repair the roof. After we did, they came out and did a very excellent job. They were very thorough and we've had no problems with the leak since. We were very happy with their service.

Bone Dry Roofing made a fair, although somewhat high, quote for their work. At first I was a bit suprised over the price , but they quickly won me over with their obvious attention to detail. The owner's son actually drove out to our house to double check our quote. It turns out I made a mistake. The time it took him to drive all the way out just to ensure they were doing the job that would solve out problem was really impressive. The actual work took a bit longer than they expected, but they stuck to their quote, performed the work professionally and stopped the leaking. I will be having them come back out and repairing the front section of our roof next time. A bit high priced, but there is a legitimate reason for that. Their work is A+ exceptional. I am very happy with the results.

They worked all day tearing off the old roof and on replacing the new roof. There were some old plywood underneath that had to be replaced. Night time arrived and they had to cover the small area that they did not get finished. They returned and finished the job.

I really liked them. They gave me a free estimate. I actually was able to use the home warranty but Bone Dry Roofing Louisville did a wonderful job. It was purely based on the estimate. I would definitely use them again in the future. The problem with the warranty company is that, they don’t let me really choose whom to use unfortunately.

Louie Ledger came out on 9-1-2011 and did an estimate and answered endless questions from me. He was knowledgeable, honest and patient. I had two other estimates but the men who came never mentioned ridge vents, insulation, rafter baffles or edge vents. My home was built in 1960 and I had none of these things. Even though I spent thousands more with Bone Dry, I feel like I got the whole package. The insulation was below minimum and now there is a difference in my electric bill and the overall comfort in my home, not to mention my peace of mind. The workers were courteous and professional. They showed up on time and left the yard clean. Louie also had great patience with me in deciding the roof color. He left samples with me and gave me addresses so I could look at the colors on the roofs. Even with all that I chose the black roof and find it to have a clean, crisp and timeless look. It won't be out of style in 10 years. It has been 3 months since this work was done and I am very happy. I like my roof. I like my electric bill and I really like this company. Thank you Angie's List. Without you I would not have known about them. Thank you Bone Dry for being an honest and trustworthy company.

The experience overall went very well. Even for it being only a small job, they took care of it promptly for us.

It went great. The guy was very punctual. He worked until dark to get it done. The only small thing I saw wrong was when they put the downspouts back together they could not put an allen screw into the inside of the downspout next to the house and when it really rains the water pours out of it.

Bone Dry wasn't the cheapest but their estimator was very thorough, identified what he thought were the problems and came in with a quote in the general vicinity of the others . . . BUT was much more thorough and professional than others that came. When the work was done it happened on time with a very professional crew and, even after there was damage to some of the slate on the front roof, they took care of ordering the replacements and having it completed in a short time with no additional charge. The clean up was thorough and there was a follow up to review the warranty and ask for feedback. Would highly recommend the company to anyone needing their roof replaced.
