From the gentleman who came out to assess the problem to the men who came to take care of the process it was very pleasant experience. They were knowledgable and throrough and explained everythingto me.

I am so pleased with the work they did. They repaired the wall exactly as it was explained to me and they even fixed a crack that wasn't in the original scope of work. My stone wall looked great where it was repaired; a new flex joint was put in next to my house to give more flexibility in temperature extremes and the drain holes were cleared out. Beautiful work!

Bone Dry Masonry repaired cracked mortar on our brick home. Some of the joints to the gutter was difficult. I am very satisfied with the job done. The materials and service was priced at $995 and I had an Angie's List Big Deal Coupon giving me a $300 discount.

After calling them, someone came outgo give us an estimate. He told us about a discount available on Angie's list. We signed a contract. Bone Dry came out to do the work when they said and did the work.

A Bone Dry expert came to my home, listened to my concerns and then looked to see what work was needed. He provided a detailed list and estimate based on his findings; noting items that would be considered higher priority. Once I committed to having the work completed, the work was done quickly.

Everything was fantastic with the roofing job and the communication between the supervisors and staff at Bone Dry. They did a beautiful job on the roof and had it completed quickly. We are thrilled with the results! The only reason reservation is that the siding crew needed more initial supervision. Apparently that crew works between several cities and they did a few things that gave me concern. Once the supervisor was contacted he came out and rectified the problems and from there they did a fine job with the installation. Now our home looks beautiful and I am delighted with the new siding and gutters. We will be using Bone Dry to do some masonry work for us in the near future. I recommend their services.

It went poorly. They provided an estimate in July(ish). They did not do the work until December. In the meantime, Jon was not in communication about when we might expect them to do the work. I called roughly half a dozen times to try to get an estimated date. Most of those calls were not returned. When I managed to get in touch with Louie, he did not seem to think the lack of contact was a problem. So, if you don't mind a company that doesn't give a s*** about their customers, these are your folks. When they actually showed up to do the work, the crew was good. However, they left a large mess in our yard including pieces of shingles, sharp pieces of gutter, and other unsafe debris. Having used the company before, (in fact, days before the event that required them to come out and give an estimate), we were incredibly disappointed with the terrible service. We will not use this company again.

It went really well. They did a very good job, but this was not the first experience that I have had with them. I receommended them to several neighbors who used them.

My roof had been leaking in a 'dead valley' and another company had repaired it last summer when it was leaking. They obviously did not fix the problem, as the leak moved about 10 feet and soaked my garage ceiling to the point that drywall was falling off the ceiling and the garage wall drywall was wet. Louie Leger came out and did the inspection for my leaking roof and discussed the improper roofing that had previously been done on the 'dead valley.' I discussed with him what another roofer/contractor had stated could be done and he advised me, even if I did not go with Bone Dry, to not let them alter my roof -- it was just improper roofing. Bone Dry sent a guy out to fix the area, but found that there was a bigger issue and Louie was willing to replace everything for the bigger area for the same price just to ensure I would not have to deal with this issue again. He brought an entire crew out and they repaired it within a few hours. 3year warranty was a bonus! Very professional and easy to work with.

Guys came out promptly as promised and gave a comprehensive estimate. Pointed out that the design of the brick surround encouraged water retention and offered a solution. While seemingly correct, replacing the entire brick surround for our mailbox was not within the scope of this project. Guys were willing to just pull out metal box and reset a new metal box. Openly admitted that it wasn't something they do routinely but I was willing to take that chance (a home handyman could easily have done this with the time/materials). After a few weather delays, they set the new box. When I saw it at the end of my work day, it was obvious that they had used a smaller box as the replacement rather than one the same size as the original (an oversized). I called them first thing the next morning letting them know it was unacceptable, that we had clearly discussed obtaining the same size metal mailbox. The guys made no argument what-so-ever; quickly agreed to find an equivalent, reset and "make it right", which they did within a few days. This situation could have easily resulted in a very poor rating but the way they handled the situation made all the difference.

It was very expensive because they replaced a lot of wood on my roof that I don’t think was necessary but I didn’t realize they were doing all that because I couldn’t really go up and look. They did a good job, I am satisfied with the roof all-in all-, but I am not satisfied with the price. I paid an awful lot of money.

Overall, the install went well. I did have some issues with falling shingles left scratches and tar on the siding.

It went very smoothly. The material was delivered to my house on a Saturday when they said it would be delivered. The installation had to be moved from Monday to Tuesday due to inclement weather. A crew of approximately 6-8 men arrived on time with the crew manager. They got to work immediately and worked non-stop until all of the work was complete. It took about 4 hours which I thought was incredibly fast. Terrific workmanship - the roof is beautiful. The crew did a very thorough job cleaning up nails, plastic, and old shingles and they left my property spic and span clean. The site manager was terrific and handled a few last minute requests from me on the spot. The account manager - Louie - was outstanding. He did a great job from the very first inspection of my existing roof and estimate all the way through to the installation of the new house roof and new shed roof and final inspection with his manager. Louie was extremely patient, very professional, and he never rushed me when I had questions or when I didn't understand something. He provided excellent customer service and was very accommodating with some special requests that I had. I researched Louie's recommendations (i.e. type of shingle, type of vent, ice shield) and every reliable site on the Internet that I went to confirmed that Louie's advise was solid; Louie really knows his trade. I now have a roof with a very high wind rating and a long-term, transferable warranty should I ever sell the house. I am a very satisfied customer.

All of the double-pane windows in our house which had only one course of brick above the window frame were failing. We were advised by the window installer that as there were no steel lintels supporting these windows, the pressure of the brick was causing the seals on the glass to fail and that this could also cause potential problems with newwindows we were planning toin install. I contacted Bone Dry Masonry and they scheduled Jon Boswell to come our and review our situation. He provided me a written estimate by email within a day of his review stating both the anticipated cost as well as tentative start and completion dates. The installation crew arrived early advising us both one hour in advance and within ten minutes of their arrival time. Jeremy Marowelli reviewed what they would do and promised to come back the next day accompany us on an inspection of the completed work. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation and returned the next day to wash the brick. Jeremy returned the next day as promised and accompanied us on the inspection explaining in detail what had been accomplished and why. The work was completed on time and as estimated. The brick blends so well you cannot tell that anything has been done to the windows. I look forward to working with them in the near future on another household project.

I had contacted Bone Dry for a roofing leak that came up during a home inspection prior to selling my home. I was in town for two weeks prior to close to handle the neccessary repairs including the roofing issues. Roger came out on 4/1 and did a thourough inspection of the leaky area and determined the problem was not a roofing issue but a problem with the chimney. There were numerous cracks and holes in the morter and around the cap allowing water to saturate the bricks in heavy rain which then would transfer to the roof decking. He gave me an estimate and said the earliest they could get to the repair was on the 13th, one day after our closing date. I explained my need to get it done sooner and even offered to pay a premium to get moved up on the schedule. He said he would have to talk to the masonry manager who was out of the office that day. Roger called me back about 30 minutes after leaving and had contacted the manager be phone and said they would be able to work me in. They would email me a new proposal to sign. I was expecting a price hike but recieved the new quote which was the same price! I signed and returned the quote. The next morning I called to confirm when they would be coming out for the repairs. Jon told me they would be there in a few hours. He also told me of their Angies List coupon for $100 off. Here I though they would gouge me a little for my urgent need but instead they pointed out their discount! Jon and Jeremy showed up a couple hours later. They were both extremely polite, friendly, professional, and thorough. I went up on the roof to look at the work and they showed my all the problem areas and what they did to fix them. They also handled the minor roof repairs that were also needed. This was easily the best experience I have had with a home repair comapny. We had had some of the work they did, performed a year before and I could see the obvious difference in quality. Some reviews have commented on their higher prices, and while it was higher than what I had paid before, you clearly get what you pay for. Their service and professionalism made it well worth it.

They completely tore out the existing roof because of a bad installation done by another provider. They are wonderful! Their service was excellent and I am very blessed to have found them. I still have their sign in my yard. I nothing but great things to say about them!
