Description of Work: We called with a request to get some tuck pointing done quickly and Bone Dry responded so well. Since it's January, we had to be careful of the weather and they came out the first available warm day and got it done. The workmanship was great and the customer service was excellent. We will use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: We had Bone Dry do some work previously and it was great. Very well done. The second time was less that stellar. I believe that the recent storm taxed their resources so much that their customer focus was somewhat lacking. I would recommend them for work, but I would also encourage anyone who uses them to be prepared to follow up several times if needed as they currently lack consistency with their customer facing side of the business.

It took a couple of days for them to return our call, but after that, we were visited promptly by a representative, obtained an estimate (used the online coupon) and scheduled the work. They completed the work ahead of schedule and took great care to match our specialty mortar. Would use again!

Description of Work: I used the Angie's List special deal of $150 for $300 worth of work. Aaron came to my house within 24 hours of my contacting Bone-Dry to give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Although they were very busy and making appts several weeks in advance, they were able to complete the work in less than a week. Jeremy completed the work. This included repairing a large hole near the foundation and drilling out and filling some large cracks in two other places. He did such a good job that it is almost impossible to tell there have been repairs. He returned the next day to make sure the work had set properly. This was such a good experience that I have decided to have more masonry work done. Aaron and Christian came to my house within 24 hours to give me an extimate. As a member of Angies List , they gave me a 10% discount this time. I anticipate this will again be the same wonderful experience. The ,greater your fexibility in scheduling work, the faster the work can be completed. Bone-Dry is superior in working with the consumer.

Description of Work: We needed to determine if our roof needed repair or replacement after we had leakage in the great room ceiling of our home. Bone Dry Roofing was honest in it's estimates and advice and we decided to repair. Bone Dry Roofing was extemely professional with communication, timeliness and work rendered. We decided to use them again for some masonry work around our chimney and will not hesitate in the future to use or recommend their company.

Description of Work: He redid the downspouts coming from the gutter to the sewer. He ran another downspout and connect it to the gutter downspout for better water flow. Now it does not overflow.

Description of Work: Although there were a few issues with getting the work done, in the end Bone Dry stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. Taking into consideration the severe weather that rolled thru, mine was a small job and they could have easily let it fall thru the cracks. It took a little complaining on my part, but they showed how a quality roofing company works. I will definitely consider them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: What a wonderful experience with this company! Their representative actually went up on my roof, and he was the only roofer to do so. He then explained to me in detail how Bone Dry would do the job and showed me pictures of each component and explained why it is used (features/benefits). Having spent 20 years in sales myself, I was impressed with his knowledge and approach, and he accomplished his goal of having me feel that this was a partnership with his company. He made one suggestion that was an additional cost, but I felt comfortable in taking the option. Since I had made my financial situation clear, he did not try to have me upgrade my shingles. One of the other vendors I interviewed led with an upgrade pitch! Every representative from this company arrived on time, were polite, and performed as promised. My plants and deck were thoroughly protected and the work was completed in one day. Only time will tell if I chose the best company, but I am tickled by how confident I feel about their work and long-term commitment.
