Description of Work: Purchased 3 hours of A/V service for $99. Troubleshooted an existing surround sound set-up to diagnose existing static. Determined the speaker wires were pushed too far inside the speakers which was creating the problem. Quick fix. Happy he shared the cause of the problem with me. Also purchased a wall mount for a flat screen TV and had everything installed. Went well, except we did not have a power strip, so he could only plug in 1 accessory device. When I went back later to add the new power strip and plug everything up, the wonderful organization of the wires behind the TV was ruined. Wish I could have purchased one from him same day like I purchased the wall mount. Oh well. Service was fast and friendly. | |Service took approximately 1 hour. There was no refund or credit for unused hours.

Description of Work: Jason with Automated Living came to my home for a consultation. Based on our discussion he submitted a proposal. I accepted what he proposed. We set an appointment for the work. He arrived at the appointed time. He was efficient and professional. The price I ended up paying was actually a little less than he quoted. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely be calling him for future work.

Description of Work: Wall mounted a 50" flat panel tv. Their representative was here on time and did an amazing job. Very professional....I cannot stress enough how professional they were. My job was fairly simple for them, but I would not hesitate to call this company for any of my digital needs. I will be calling them to redo my security system just as soon as my current contract expires.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from them, 2 hours of their time. I needed my TV mounted on the wall and the cords run behind the drywall. They were a bit late but it was due to the east end blasting. Very professional, took two hours. Looks fantastic.
