Fixed problems that Spectrum had giving up on.

Jason was very courteous and fast. He arrived early and got the job done. The final costs were a little more than I was expecting, but I think it was worth it. The mounts they used tilt and swivel and he informed me of the additional tv size each would handle.

Perfect, very professional and knows his stuff, would recommend to everyone want to "cut the cord" to subscription TV

Excellent job by Jason. He was on time,and got the job done very professionally,and advised me on what needs to be done to have a great home theater experience . Will definitely call him back for more work in my living room.

Later in the day, the system stopped working in the basement and on the deck. Jason came back and spent another hour or two trying to correct it, even getting on the phone with BOSE. It was finally determined that it wouldn't work because the BOSE equipment was bad. We sent it back and are waiting for the replacement to come back and then we'll call Jason back to complete the job. We have since incurred another problem and we will have him fix that as well. A very bright young man and very professional.

All the details?? I was excited to have Automated Living inspect the sound system connected to my television//vcr/DVD. The email I received before I set up the appointment clearly stated that the tech would test the sound system and define any problems and help me with any questions I may have regarding using the system. Did not happen. Two techs arrived. Immediately went to components cabinet. Tested the central speaker (which I had told them via email was not working), tested a few other components. Told me they would be sending me an estimate of repair, and then they left. I received an email from them that evening with an estimate of over $3,000 to buy all this new equipment. They absolutely DID NOTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IN THE PRE-APPOINTMENT EMAIL. THEY WASTED MY $99 AND MY TIME. i THINK THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THEM. Shirley Carmichael

Jason is extremely knowledgeable audio visual issues. I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call whenever I need something if this nature. So glad I used him.

He promptly responded to all of my emails and showed up on time for the appointment. Also, he recommended a heavy duty bracket which we purchased from him. He did a great job and always took his shoes off when he came into our house.

Arrived on time. Asked me where I wanted it and then went about installing it. One person, completed in about half an hour. Put all wires in paintable receptacle on wall. Very impressed with professionalism.

WE did not use them because his quality caused him to have a large back log - maybe next time

Tech arrived on time, introduced himself at the door - wore company logoed shirt. Took off shoes at door and went to work. Double measured EVERYTHING before even attempting to attach plate to wall. Placed drop cloth to cover electronics and carpet. Was competed install in just over an hour, cleaned and wiped down face of tv. Showed us how to tilt, tighten down screws. Very professional, clean, knew what he was doing. Only reason for the B in responsiveness - would have preferred an earlier appointment but take what you can get. Definitely would use Automated services again.

Extremely Professional with Excellent Timely Service. They know their job inside out. They even vacuumed the carpet once done going that extra mile to leave the place in as-is condition. They do much more than just installing Home Theater and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Two service men worked quickly to get things installed and then spent time with me so that I understood how to operate everything moving forward. Excellent customer service. They were very friendly and definitely had a solid understanding of what they were doing. They even removed their shoes before coming into the house. I would definitely contact them again.

Very communicative and accommodating. Jason was very prompt and courteous. TV looks and works great. We will use them again to install other equipment!

Provider was wonderful. Plan on using them again in the future.

9They were a few minutes late. They called to let me know. When they arrived they took off their shoes before coming into the house, a good sign. They mounted the tv with. O problems. When it came time to hook up the internet, I showed them the wiring in the basement and explained how the room they were wiring had a concrete floor. The man told me it would be 193.00 to hardwire or some lesser amount and he would go back to the warehouse and pick up two wireless units. We opted for the hardwire. They got everything done in 3 hours, including setting up my wii and blurry player, as well as Amazon Prime.

Contractor showed up on time and it was completed pretty quickly. Cleaned up well and communication throughout was great.

Overall I'm NOT happy. What I'm not happy about was the total lack of communication regarding the installation strategy... Let me start by informing you that I work from home, and was at home during the initial contact, as well as the follow-up day to complete the job - thus available for questions both days the work took place. When Jason arrived I went over both rooms and what I wanted done in each. On the downstairs room, I asked that the speaker wire & TV cables be hidden, and showed him the locations of where I'd like the stereo components be housed - then I left Jason and his helper while I went back to work myself in my upstairs office. When I returned to check on things, the shelves were in a different location on the opposite side of the fireplace. I was fine with the alternative, although a little surprised I wasn't consulted first, but Jason assured me that was the only location it could be done. I left the room, and their work resumed. (To be fair, It was only AFTER he left for the day that I thought to realize that the location he hooked everything up to was on a 3-way SWITCHED outlet - meaning that anytime anyone would walk into any of the 3 entrances to the room and hit the light switch, it would turn everything off! However, had I been consulted first, the downside to the location may have dawned on me sooner.) Back to the installation - I had supplied the TV mounts, which were missing some screws. Jason made two local trips to find suitable substitutes, but was unsuccessful. So we had to schedule a follow-up day for the job completion. It was during the interval between his 1st and 2nd visits that I was walking up my front steps only to notice conduit in an alcove of the front of my house - 2 feet away from a front door! I was NOT ASKED nor was I TOLD that the "only" way he could hide the cables was to cut holes in my new fiber cement siding and run conduit out one side of my house and into another! *IF* he would have CONSULTED or ASKED, I would have told him NO WAY would I authorize that! I mean, who would want holes in their new siding & ugly conduit next to their front door in order to hide only 3 ft. of speaker wire? When Jason returned, I asked him about the conduit and told him I wasn't happy. His response? "Sorry, I had to do it that way to hide the speaker wire." Really? Hide speaker wire by cutting holes and running 2 in. conduit in the front of someone's house WITHOUT ASKING? It'd be one thing if I wasn't able to be reached, but I was home the WHOLE TIME! What really upset me was that if I hadn't noticed, he would have never brought it to my attention. When I asked him if he was leaving it up to me to caulk the holes in order to keep the vermin and moisture out, his response? Nothing - he said nothing, but it was obvious he had no intention of caulking and that was going to be left up to me. I told him I had purchased a special Entertainment Center extension cord to run to a different outlet because of the 3-way switch. I *THOUGHT* he would phish it through the existing speaker wire conduit he had running along the baseboard or at least swap the conduit out for a more accommodating design. To my dismay before he was about to leave, I found the extension cord lying on the floor along the wall. When I asked about it, "no, can't be done." So in summary, if you hire Jason be sure to ask him questions BEFORE he starts because it doesn't appear that he'll think to ask questions/permissions from you along the way.

They are very responsive and of very high quality. They were right on time and professional. I would use them in the future.
