My wife and I decided to have the windows in our home replaced and evaluated several companies. Not only was Atlas the lowest cost but in my opinion it also had the best product. Steve, our sales rep was very professional. He arrived on time, explained his product, and patiently listened to my concerns. During his presentation he fully explained his product and never once slammed his competition unlike presentations from other companies. Other companies tried high pressure sales techniques where the price is extremely high and they offer a discount but only if you sign up today. With Atlas there was none of that and I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor or friend instead of a big company just looking to make a deal. Once I signed the contract I was told that it would be 5 - 6 weeks before installation. If I had one criticism it would be that after 5 1/2 weeks I had not heard anything. I then sent an email to the company and was told that they could schedule my installation for the following week or since they had a cancellation they could start tomorrow if it would work for me. I was able to work it out and they began the next morning. Martin led the installation crew, they were very professional, they removed all window treatments and put them back when they finished. They crew did a fantastic job they picked up all of the debris and put everything back. During installation Steve the sales rep stopped by to make sure that everything was going OK. I am very pleased with the new windows and how they were installed. I will definitely recommend Atlas to family and friends.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and explained everthing in detail. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. His estimated date of when the work would begin was quite accurate. The work crew was extremely meticulous,professional, and friendly. They worked well as a team and completed the job in a timely manner. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the worksite nicely and the foreman diligently instructed us on the use of the windows. When ordering the windows, I had asked the company if the manufacturer could pay special attention to the mitreing where the panes meet. The salesman made a special note on the sale invoice. To my surprise, the mitreing for each and every window is perfect! There are no imperfections at all! Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with the final product!

I have used them several times and they were wonderful. They were very professional and punctual. They have also done siding for my house previously. They would remarkably stand by their work. I had got my tiles painted and had a problem with the paint in one of the front columns. I had the siding done easily fifteen years ago and they were the company who made the painter come out here and fix it. I would recommend them to everybody.

They came out and did a good job. The price was lower than anybody else. I would use their services in the future too.

They contacted me. They were friendly, professional and quick. I have a house that I am redoing. It will be a rental or I will be selling it. I am not sure which. For the price of the house, the windows were very expensive. The big issue was with the price of the house and the location of the house that I was putting them in. They did not have a window that fit my needs. They were very expensive but that does not mean that they had a bad product. It was not a price that I would put in a house that I was going to rent. I would consider using them for my own house and look into the kind of windows that they did sell.

I got five bids and they were the cheapest. They have a good product and the salesman did not try to tell me everything about the window business. They beat the next closest bid by over $1,000. They have measured and I've given them a down payment. They will be doing the work soon.

Salesman was helpful, appeared honest and was not at all pressuring. He explained his product never once discounting any other company's product. He just showed us what his could do. We were offered triple pane with argon gas for $5,000 less than a very high profile company which insisted "no one has triple pane in Louisville." The work was done on time with little disruption to our daily life. One window came broken and some screens were not totally secure. Those were all fixed within a few weeks. Work was done in March. When checking over the work I noticed 4 windows had some very slight chips on the sash, some screens were not as tight as I would like them to be, and 1 window had a slight imperfection in the frame. Work responsibilities did not allow me to contact Atlas until mid April. Mr. Story came out looked over the needs and then was willing to wait to take care of the repairs until after Derby because we were having the kitchen remodeled. (We still owed a $500 balance) They have since come out and completed all of the repairs with absolutely no hassles, including replacing an entire window for the imperfect frame and changing 4 windows that had very slight chips. Screens were tightened and weatherstripping was added. I was made to feel that the thing that mattered to them the most was that I was happy with what I had purchased and with the service they had provided.

I have used them twice and referred them to many friends. They have a great product and terrific installers. I would highly recommend.

Steve was our sales representative and gave us an estimate for 8 windows. He recommended the triple pane, argon filled (R value 6.67) with a lifetime warranty since I was especially interested in energy efficiency. He explained that it had a full warranty as opposed to a pro-rated one. He also explained that the vinyl windows were reinforced since I had concerns about the strength and longevity of vinyl as opposed to fiberglass or other newer products. We were pleased that the windows were ready for installation earlier than expected. Two installers completed the installation in one day. James returned the next day to complete the exterior trim, an aluminum molding. I like the look of the trim, with its clean lines. The color also matches the rest of the exterior trim. I had also gotten estimates from Andersen and Pella but they were much higher. I thought this was the best deal since the windows are much more energy efficient. Atlas is also a local company.

Atlas was probably the best contractor I have ever worked with, especially on a project of this size. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly, honest, and no-pressure. I priced three companies and Atlas was the cheapest price, best quality window, and friendliest. They are willing to do anything to make the customer happy. They were always prompt, never missed a promised date and time, and cleaned up everything after they were finished. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

I DIDN'T ACTUALLY COME IN CONTACT WITH THEM, MY HUSBAND DID. MY NEIGHBOR USED THEM AS WELL AND SHE IS CHOOSY. THEY WERE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD ON PRICE BUT PRODUCE QUALITY WORK SO WE WENT WITH THEM.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME AND TOOK THE OLD DOORS OUT AND REPLACED THEM. THEY WORKED HARD AND FAST AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN NO TIME. WE SELECTED THE NEW DOORS AND THEY DID THE REST. THEY WERE JUST TO HEAVY FOR ME TO DO ALL THE WORK MYSELF.

THE SALES PERSON TOLD YOU LIKE IT WAS, HE WAS NOT HIGH PRESSURE. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, VERY NICE TO WORK WITH, VERY ACCOMMODATING. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK, THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME. THEY WERE PROMPT, WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE COMING THEY CAME. THEY SAID THAT THEY STAND BY THE WINDOWS FOR LIFE. WITH THE LIFETIME GUARANTEE THEY WILL REPLACE ANYTHING THAT BREAKS AND THERE'S NO COST TO THE HOMEOWNER.
