I do not feel qualified to give an honest review, I felt like there were things done, that did not need to be done, but again, maybe they did. The young man that came was very polite and punctual. I am old, I feel it hard to trust people. He took care of a problem with my refrigerator as well as my washer at our request, which we are glad to have done. The refrigerator was $176.00 and the washer was $297.17. Like I said, I am old and the price of things are hard to get used too.

AMAZING! Technician diagnosed the problem right over the phone. Then showed in great detail what the issue was and how he fixed it! JUST FANTASTIC SERVICE AT A VERY FAIR PRICE!

Two electronic pieces had to be replaced… The technician was able to diagnose get the parts and repair the refrigerator very quickly very efficiently. He was very polite helped me to know what he was doing and instruct me and how to make sure the refrigerator was working… I would bring him back for another repair anytime thank you.

He came same day and looked at washer and refrigerator. He was able to fix refrigerator, however needed part for washer. He scheduled a time to come back, next business day to install new part on washer. He was very professional and reasonably priced.

He found that the main motor is bad and that was under a ten-year warranty. Need to have GE finish the job..
