Came out promptly and killed the moles in one day. Couldn't ask for more.

My home has 3 very huge oak trees that I am not willing to cut down. Unfortunately, we have countless squirrels. I heard scratching in the ceiling over my bathroom. I heard it again the next few days. I recognized the sound from about 20 years ago. I found ACT Wildlife Management Specialist on Angie's List. I explained we had had had a new roof put on our house 2 years ago, a the squirrels had found a new entrance to the inside of our home! So I called Mark True, explained the situation, and he told me this is the breeding season for them. He explained all that he would do, gave me the charges, and gave me an immediate date that he would be here. His charges were reasonable for our budget. He came when he said he would, he examined the house, agreed with where we suspected the squirrels were getting in, and installed a trap. The trap is humane and couldn't cause harm. Mark told me to keep checking it. When we got a squirrel, he would be here within 2 hours. While he was here we saw several squirrels on my roof, running along the sides of the house, and in my yard. My husband and I checked the trap many times, but no squirrel. We decided that Mark had installed the trap while they were out of the house. We called Mark several days later and arranged for him to remove the trap and repair the hole. We were lucky that the squirrels were out of the house at the time of his arrival. We did not catch any. They were too busy outside when he arrived to put up the trap. They are still here, but they cannot gain re-entry. Plus we didn't have to relocate any that were caught. We are lucky to have found Mark on Angie's List.

Thought we had squirrels in the attic and called for help in removal. Mark suspected it was a family of racoons. He was correct in his judgement! He placed a very loud recording of animals in the attic to get the animals to move about, then made a one way trap door so that when they left the attic there would not be an access back in. A few days later I saw the last of the racoons leave. He then closed the access areas with metal; replacing the screen we had in place. He also inspected the roof and placed a heavy screen wire around the openings. I was so please with his work and attitude of really caring about the problem. He was great in follow up and professional in all areas. I really hope not to need him again but will surely call him if I have further problems.

I called several people and ACT said he would come to my house that Sunday afternoon.I told him I wouldn't be home then.He said he would still come and take care of it and send me a bill later.He did a great job for a good price and even trusted me to mail him the money.If I have any other critter problems, he is the first person I will call.

Overall, it went very well. I would use them again. We had to have a tree removed by a separate company in order to resolve the problem, but he also repaired damage the raccoons had done to our roof. They also did some preventative work on the roof to make sure the animals were not able to enter in other locations. He recommended the tree removal.

The only problem is the day they caught the animal we were having a kids pool party. At first they didn't think they could come to get the animal before the party but they worked it out.

After tolerating a destructive mole for 2 weeks, I called A.C.T. Mark True answered my call and said he'd be out by the end of the day. He quoted $79 flat charge plus $45/mole removed. He came out within a couple hours, set up 5 traps and said he'd be back in two days. He found himself in my area the next day and stopped to check the traps. One had sprung and the mole was dead. He took the traps and left me a written 30 guarantee to return if more moles appeared. Cost would be just the $45/mole.
