The contractor was easy to reach by phone and he scheduled the work for the next business day. On the scheduled work day, he called ahead when he was on the way to the house. When he arrived, he did the work carefully and professionally.

Mark was timely and able to get to us the same day. Diagnosed mouse infestation in the attic, and found the portal of entry. Caulked and set out bait. Whole job was less than an hour to reach a solution! Outstanding job!

Mark was knowledgeable, courteous and skilled. He was able to come the same day we called, did the job quickly, and made sure to warn about the dangers of the situation.

The mole was caught while the traps were being installed. There have been no issues since the removal of that one mole.

Set trap. Relocated 3 squirrels from the entrance way attic. Closed up squirrel entrance hole.

Took about 2 weeks and promptly removed the squirrels once they were caught. Price a little high but They had to travel a long ways each time he came to my house.

Perfect. They did the job in one day. Caught the mole and resolved my problem in less than 24 hours. It does not get any better than that!

He came out and checked for entry points and put up an exclusion trap where my gutters were. Closed the hole on the other side of home said i a nice size gap between roof and gutters making a draft. Said once they smell the draft they chew holes to get in. Said I hear anything in attic or guttters give the squirrels time and they will come out on their own. Took about a little over one week and caught 4 squirrels. He said to call anytime and will remove the squirrels caught. I had 3 in one trap at one point. Very professional and honest. I would reccommend him. He also stated the trim that I recently had done by Tree-Tech was great, they did a good job compared to many he has seen.

This guy is the mole-whisperer. He catches the mole(s) while he is there;i.e., immediately. Seems to know right where to look. Has 30 day coverage. Moles seem to know how long to stay in neighbors yard until 40 + days then re-invade.

Mark did the job, and he got rid of the squirrels. He was very kind and helpful and asked me to call him if I ever heard any squirrels even if it was on a Sunday.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with. A gentleman all the way. He discussed the way ahead very directly and the options with up front pricing. After he returned to complete the job (needed to wait a few days for the squirrels to exit the building) he brought the same price sheet out and we went over it to ensure it was what we had signed up for. Absolutely will recommend ACT to anyone in Jefferson County that needs critters removed.

Mark showed up the same day we called, put out traps and caught the skunks over a 2-3 day period. He told us he released them into a and quot;city approvedand quot; release area and let mother nature figure the rest out (made my wife happy.) He even gave my neighbors a free bat-in-the-chimney evaluation while he was at our house. Very pleased with his services and will use him again if need be.

He killed my cat. My friendly pet cat (with collar and tags with my address and phone number on it) was trapped by Mark True of Animal Control Tactics (ACT) in a neighbor's back yard while he was attempting to catch possums. I called him and validated that it was my cat. He says it was "lost from his truck" miles from my house at the Shelbyville Road Plaza. He said he had no obligation to look at the tag or call me because the cat should have been on a leash. He was was incredibly insensitive and answered my shock and dismay at his action with an invitation for me to "come over and show him how much of a man I am". After this conversation, I fully believe he enjoys killing animals and especially pets. His website talks about how he is a Christian but says "Jesus didn't say anything about loving animals" and indicates that he does not kill defenseless animals, but that he "aborts them" because the US government has permitted abortion of babies since 1973. He is crazy and needs to be shut down. Please please do NOT give him any business.

ACT was the only company that was willing to come on short notice. Called around and other companies were only willing to set a trap and hope - he came out within the hour after giving the description of its behavior and caught it in 5 minutes. I was somewhat surprised at the cost; however, a potentially dangerous animal was removed quickly and professionally which is more than I would be willing to do on my own.

I could hear birds somewhere in my home. When Act Management came, he was able to tell birds were entering in a bathroom vent. He enclosed the vent with wire. He did such a good job it is not noticeable at all from the drive. I'm so glad I called before the birds built a nest inside my home in that vent. He was very polite. I recommend this company. It was a small job but he didn't mind.

It went well. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, and his solution has proven to be effective since the squirrels have not returned.

See above. I just did a search. You need an and quot;I only did a searchand quot; button. That way, you won't think I'm ignoring you and I won't have to go to this much trouble again. Though it was good thumb-typing exercise. :-)

Went very well. Man came out the day I called about the squirrel problem. Gave me an estimate of possible charges over the phone, and then again once he came to the house. Set up a squirrel trap and kept in touch with me during the week. No squirrel was caught. It must have vacated to look for food right before the man came, and then couldn't get back into the gutter, roof area. So after a week, the trap was removed, the entrance area sealed, and so far, no more problems. Appreciated the quick response.

Total of 4 raccoons; mother had to be tempted out and trapped first; then the 3 kits caught one by one; then Mark repaired the 2 places where they had entered. This required several days, several visits.
