Kevin was very responsive and fit me in his schedule quickly to remove the trees in order for me to put up a fence. His team did great work and I would use Kevin again in the future.

When I first called, I was advised it might be a week before they could give me an estimate, but Kevin called back within a day or so and came right out to do it. He listened carefully to what I wanted and made some suggestions. He couldn't promise when the work would be done because weather hadn't been too cooperative, but ended up getting to me the next week. He had said they would be at my house in the morning and didn't make it till the afternoon, but things happen, and he was apologetic. Kevin and his crew were very professional and friendly. Each time I had a question, whichever worker I asked was polite and helpful, and seemed happy to answer me.. They cleaned up so well you would have never known they were here if it wasn't for how much neater my yard looked. Kevin also told me that if staking the evergreens didn't save them, he would come back and remove them for me at no additional charge. I will certainly call them again for any tree work I need, and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Kevin bid the job and was very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. The crew was hard working, friendly and took great care cleaning up. Felt like their work was a good value and will call them when I need more work done

I'm sorry about getting to this review late. We had some health issues and are just getting around to this review. It was a relatively good experience. We purchased a deal for $111.00 for $200.00 worth of service. I was suprised when the representative came out and quoted the job. It was a bit higher than I anticipated, but the work was done professionally and we are happy with the service. I probably won't buy a coupon again without a quote.

Kevin was delightful. He cleaned everything up and did an excellent job. I was so grateful I did not have to cut down the tree and that Kevin was able to remove the branch with the termites. Later that August I even saw green leaves growing from the area where the branch was removed. He is a certified arbhorist who knows his trees.

I had purchased a Big Deal for the work, and I believe I had them do a little extra for $50. I asked them to trim two other trees that wasn’t initially part of the deal. I thought that they gave a really reasonable price at an extra $50 because they were already there. They were very quick and very efficient. They didn’t waste any time. I thought that everything they did was excellent, even on the pricing. It was very subjective, according to the advertisement. When they say that they can give me $400 worth of service for $200, I as the consumer really don’t know whether it is $400 worth of service. So they can come out and be very selective and say that normally will cost $400 but they would do it for $200, but in all effect it probably wasn’t a $200 job but they make it sound like it. The only way I know that is by word of mouth talking to other people who have had tree work done and what is the going price, but in general, I just don’t know and I don’t have enough to base it on. They pretty much stuck to their business and they knew what they were doing. They had a foreman that basically did the TR with me as far as what I was looking for and what I was expecting to get done. As soon as his employees heard our conversation, they pretty much grabbed their tools and went to work. They don’t let the grass grow too long. I can understand they have a lot of work to do and as many as they can in a day’s time to make it profitable.

I contacted Abundant Tree Care Services after finding them on Angie's List. Kevin, the owner, and I discussed what was needed and agreed on a price. I was impressed that he is a certified Arborist. They showed up on the appointed day and did everything they were supposed to. They even took care of a couple of extra things that I asked them to do without an extra charge. Overall I was very satisfied with their work. They were courteous and professional. I'll use them again and will recommend Abundant Tree Care to my friends.

He was very responsive. Everything was taken care of. It turned out great and he cleaned up everything after he was done.

They did a good job. They made recommendations on how to proceed with a few trees in our yard and educated us on how much was a good idea to trim and which trees needed trimming. They were very professional and did a thorough job. We would use them again.

Work was completed very quickly and they did a great job of removing debris. Contacts were very easy to deal with and provided timely estimates before work began.

The service was satisfactory. There was nothing negative about the experience, but I am not sure if I got a good deal. He was very nice and everything.

They were good. They didn't charge me additional price but I think I didn't get to use all of the services. I think we had the split up because of timing when they could do certain work. I think it was worthwhile. It was fine.

Scheduling was prompt. I called them first to get details on the deal and to check their availability. He was able to come out the same day. The service worked out well.

Kevin was very prompt and professional. Although I did not use him for this tree job, I will keep him in mind for future projects.

I called Kevin to get an estimate for the work I wanted done and he responded immediately. He came out and gave me a very reasonable proposal. I checked with three other companies and decided I wanted to give the work to Kevin. The work was done professionally and I did not worry about a thing. Kevin gives a nice discount to Angie's list members. I met Kevin in person to discuss the work and I found him to be professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you talk to him about any tree work you are considering.

The staff was very professional and friendly and they showed up on time and worked swiftly and cleaned up the mess from the branches. I would definitely use this company again.

Beware of this tree service! Use at your own risk! They dropped a limb on my front picture window awning doing significant damage. I approached several awning companies and all agreed that the damaged one could not be repaired, and would have to be replaced. Furthermore, the awning specialists all stated that any replacement awning would not match the other two on the front of the house, and advised me to replace all three to preserve the curb appeal and integrity of our house. Long story short, Abundant Tree Service refused to compensate me for the full damage that they did, and only gave me enough to cover the replacement of the one they damaged, plus another $100 for "the inconvenience," as he put it. His explanation was that "accidents happen" and he could not be held responsible for the damage that was done to the integrity of our home's appearance - nor to it's curb appeal - nor to any loss in resale value that might occur due to the mismatched awnings!! It?s a small house and mismatched awnings are an eyesore. UPDATE 1-26-14 Mr Bold?s reply to my review of his service is inaccurate. Although his insurance adjustor quoted a replacement cost of $511.07, the best price I could get from an awning manufacturer was $650.00!! If you do THE MATH, Mr. Bold?s compensation amounted to only $65 more than the actual replacement cost!!!! And as for his PROFESSIONALISM, if he and his crew had been such, they would not have dropped a quite large limb on my awning causing a LARGE dent - not a small one as he stated, one clearly visible when standing on the side walk in front of my house!

It went well and scheduling went very smoothly. They cleaned up well after themselves and the service was offered at a decent price.

Abundant removed a huge Maple tree which towered over my 2 story home. Tree was very close to house and damaged and was a danger to the house. Tree was in a very tight spot between house and overhead power lines. I had contacted 1 other tree service which would not even look at job because of where it was. Kevin was very prompt when returning my call and was able to come out within few days . Work was scheduled within 2 weeks of initial meeting. Crew arrived exactly when they said they would and began working on what was a all day job. Crew was very professional and seemed to work very well together. I was nervous about some of the larger high branches but the crew took their time planning and discussing each limb and proceeded to cut and lower to ground by rope each limb in a safe efficient manner. The base of trunk they backed truck up and cut large pieces which fell right into back of truck bed. After completion the crew cleaned up the area to my satisfaction and returned in 2 weeks to grind out the stump. Overall a very good experience, Kevin kept me informed and did exactly what he said he would and did job when it was scheduled. The tree crew worked hard and did it in a safe manner and seemed to be a good group of guys. I would highly recommend Abundant as a tree service and will use they again if needed.

Abundant tree care was very professional and did the work on time and very quickly. Kevin Bold was honest on what had to be done and the price was very fair. His crew did a professional job and left the lot in better shape than when they came. All debris and then some were picked up. I will use Abundant Tree Care in the future for all of my tree service needs.

It was really good. The trees are gone. We were all happy. There was an additional $600 which really put me where I would have been anyway. It was somewhat a saving but not a big saving. He did a good job. He was very personable. I liked him a lot. When he got here and did the service, it was good. It was just that because of the weather, there were a couple of days where he said he was gonna get it and he didn't because it was storming and I wouldn't want him up in the tree either. That was the only negative and that's something he didn't have any control over. The service was doe to my specifications. He did what I asked him to do and it was fine. The clean up was good. He left the tree but I'd asked him to. Other than that, everything else was gone. There weren't any branches, leaves, or any fall dust of anything. He was very professional.
