Couldn't be happier. They were quick to respond after an angies list inquiry. Got estimate appointment couple days later, with estimate given on site. Work day came as scheduled, they were efficient and clean. you couldn't tell a tree was removed (normally lots of misc. sticks/leaves/etc. on the lot). It was not just a good tree trimming experience, but a great customer service experience overall from any business.

It went great. There was a minor timing adjustment for weather but they came when they said and did fast excellent work.

Overall our experience with Abundant Tree Care was excellent. The quote was quick and fair. The crew arrived on time, completed the job in less than 3 hours, and carefully cleaned up the yard before leaving. ATC returned 2 weeks later to grind the stump. Only complaint, could have done a better job cleaning yard and nearby sidewalk of wood chips. Online quote, invoice and payment was very convenient. I would recommend this company and use them again.

The cut approximately 7 trees most of them they did an OK job. They were supposed to remove the trees and grind the stumps. This did not happen the same day. They came back to grind the stump at a later day and busted a pipe. They also planted trees in the wrong place, which I later asked them to be removed. The one tree that we kept died!!! Save your time and money!!!

Do not hire! We paid for removal of six trees, trimming of one tree and several bushes, and planting several trees and bushes. They came to remove the trees and grind the stumps, this was all suppose to happen in one visit. Initially everything seemed to be going OK until they left without completing (i.e. grinding the stumps) the job. When I asked about grinding the stumps, they told me someone else would come back and do that. A few days later when they returned to grind the stump, (I was at work) they cut through my irrigation system. They attempted to repair the irrigation system but failed to do so. I had to hire someone else to fix something they broke and was never reimbursed for their mistake. Also, the bushes they replaced had to be2 removed due to improper placement. With the exception of one tree, this was a complete waste of time and money.

They came out and give a quote for the condition and also the removal of the tree. I was looking to find out the overall cost of this being done. They prompt and efficient. They told the condition of the tree and how their estimate of how long the tree would last along with a quote.

they had to use a crane because tree was between 2 sheds and neighbors yard. they did a very good job and were on time and finished in the lotted time that the estimator said it would take.

He is awesome. We are getting ready to sell our house. We had a couple of trees, one in the front and one in the back that needed the branches trimmed away. They were growing over the roof. Then, we had them remove some trees that had frozen, some crape myrtles. They did a great job. They always do. They are awesome. Kevin has done a lot of jobs for me. He doesn't over price. He is a certified arborist. Several of his guys are. The first time I hired him 3 years ago, we have an oak grove forest that's not maintained behind our property line and one of the trees dropped a 30 ft. branch in our back yard. It was still just hanging on. It hadn't completely broken off. Literally, it filled up the whole back part of our yard, it was so long. Of course, my neighbor, who thinks he knows how to do everything, wanted to come over with my husband and use a chainsaw and cut the branch off and I said no. I made sure that I hired a certified arborist. Kevin comes out and he's adorable. He said, "You're lucky your husband didn't do that because if they had tried to cut that branch, it could have snapped back and killed them both." When he came out with his crew, I think I video taped it. These guys, they throw a rope, this is a 100 foot tall pen oak, and they repel up the trees. They throw a rope over a branch and they have these little seats and they literally trim the whole tree. They said it's got another 50 years at least to live. The guy who came out Friday, it wasn't Kevin, it was one of his guys, Luke. I said, "That tree is in it's thirties as far as life." He said, "I give it another 50 to 100 years," which will make it like 200 ft. high, but who cares, I'm moving. I already bought a new home in Nashville.
