Description of Work: Tree uprooted, removed tree and ground stump. Returned promply following my call to level area.

Description of Work: They thinned some dead branches, cut off ivy vines climbing up trunk and installed 2 cables. I was very pleased with their work. The owner stopped by while work was being performed and made sure I was satisfied with their work, including removing some additional branches and hanging ivy vines. Kevin, the owner seems very knowledgeable and is easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Poorly. As stated in my complaint to you, I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She contacted Kevin Bold who told her that her residence was out of his work area. (There was no mention of his "work area" in the "deal".) He went on to say he had another potential customer in the area and he would take a look at the tree anyway. He and my daughter agreed upon an appointment time for him to look at the tree that needed trimming. He stopped by at a different time when no one was at home. He called her at work, not the number she provided to him as her contact number, and gave her an estimate to do the work (which was an additional $200+ over the "deal" price). She agreed to that. Kevin told her that after he looked at the other job he would call her back to set a date to do the work. He never called her back. I would like my money refunded. Rebecca Miller
