Abundant Tree Care Services

Service was performed according to request. Additional services requested beyond the special were to costly. Everything else was fine.; however cannot afford at regular price.

I had requested a quote from abundant tree care to remove a large maple tree from our back yard. They were very prompt and professional in getting me the requested quote. Howvever, there price was one of the more expensive quotes we received so we chose to go in a different direction.

The work went very well. They did a really good job with the clean up. Their truck didn't fit in my backyard so they had to do a lot of work.

I had a good experience with them. Everything went fine. They were professional and courteous.

It went great. Work was scheduled very quickly and was completed in a couple of days from my initial call. The maple tree which was an eyesore looks much better now. All limbs and other material were removed and the area cleaned up very nicely. At the time that I scheduled this work, Abundant Tree Care Services was offering a couple of prepaid services through Angie's List, so I took advantage of this by purchasing $400 worth of services for $199. As a result, the $675 job actually only cost me $474.

I contacted Abundant last fall and searching Angies List and they came out and gave me a consultation on all trees in my yard. The next day I received a written estimate vis email that was good for 1 yr from date of estimate. I call Kevin, owner, next day and thanked him for prompt reply and told him I would probably wait until spring to do the work. He was friendly and said that was fine as estimate was good for 1 yr. I contacted Kevin in early March to schedule day to have job done. He was very flexible and accomidated my schedule. I also used a daily deal that was on Angies List for the work and he honored this off of the estimate that was done previously. They arrived ontime and did an incredible, professional job!! I was very impressed with Kevin's skill due to the trees being near my home. They consulted with me as needed and allowed me to watch the entire process from beginning to end. I was very impressed that they did the entire job in 1 day and only came back to ground out stump next week. I would highly recommend Abundant Tree care and would use them again.

This company did a nice job on our trees and we were so happy to use our Angie's big deal to save 200.00. I gave the price a B only because it was comparable to all other estimates, not cheaper. Good company - would certainly recommend them.

Kevin Bold and his crew were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were a pleasure to work with.

Kevin responded very quickly to my phone call and gave me an estimate right away and also confirmed it by email. I had to wait for about 10 days due to the weather before he and his team were able to come to do the job. They (Kevin and 2 other workers) came promptly and completed the job in about 3 hours. Most of the trimming Kevin did himself. He is a certified arborist and knows a lot about trees and the way to trim a particular tree. The work was done very professionally and competently. I've should have taken a picture before and after. They cleaned up the area before they left.

I contacted them by email to set up an appointment. They responded within two days. An appointment was set up for a Saturday, when convenient to me. They called to make sure we were scheduled, then called a few hours before the appointment.

I highly recommend this tree service. They did a great job. They were very respectful of my property. I was worried about damage to my yard because it was so wet from rain. They took the time to cut it in small pieces and wheel it up to the drive. They are so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was so happy for the coupon it really came in handy. Thanks guys you were great.

My experience with Abundant Tree Services was great -- crew was professional, polite and collaborative. We discussed in advance exactly what cuttings and prunings were to be made. And, they cleaned the yard completely free of all cuttings, limbs, etc.

Came quickly for an estimate.Gave me a verbal price then e-maied me the written estimate. I agreed to the price. We set up a time for the work to be done. The crew arrived promptly and completed the work in a very efficient and timely manner.

After a very windy day I discovered that a large tree had cracked and was up against my house. I wanted to get the tree removed ASAP to prevent any further damage to my house. Abundant Tree Care responded VERY quickly to get me a quote and removed the tree the next day. The other services I contacted were not able to commit to removing the tree in any acceptable time frame. Abundant Tree Care was very professional, performed a great service and cleaned the area when done.

I purchased a $99 or a $200 a tree worth of coupon. They gave me a one full estimate. Because of the situation where the tree is, they haven’t completed the work but I think I’m going to use them for tree service from on. I just really thought they were great. They did part of the work. They can't bring down the entire tree because it's impossible for their large machine to put it down right now. They did cut out part of the tree. They gave me several quotes for different work and they did part of the work. They did it right away. They were excellent, had good communication and great to deal with. I though they're marvelous. I'm looking forward to deal with them in the future. They were just wonderful.

Lee was quick and got an estimate back to me in a couple days. I wasn't in a hurry due to a delayed closing date. I had an Angie's List coupon for $200 off tree service. I paid a total of $455. I thought it was a bit high, but the quality of the work was worth it. I had them grind 2 large stumps and 2 small stumps, cut off a dead branch from a corner tree, as well as pruning a holly tree (not a bush, it's like 25 feet tall!) from 5 ft down to the ground and clear the fence that borders my yard (shrubs, trees etc that were sticking out) needed some major pruning. They called to remind me of the appointment, they showed up when they said they would and did a great job of cleaning the fence, pruned a tree as well as stump grinding. I noticed they forgot one small stump, I called and he came out the very next day to grind it down. He apologized for the trouble and them missing it and like magic, after work I looked and NO STUMP! Great work! I'd use them again, just hope I'd get a discount for a repeat customer! :-)

Very well. Kevin let us know what they could do and what they recommended. It was done very professionally and cleaned up very nicely. It was a 2 day project. They got the whole tree down the first day and cut it up and removed it the second. They accommodated our schedules and tried to cause as little disruption as possible. They succeeded. Will call them again whenever we need more work done and highly recommend them to others.

It was a pleasant experience and went very well. They arrived on time and went right to work. All work was completed on the first day, except for grinding the stumps. They came back and did this, when the said they would. We definitely will use abundant, again.

The service was excellent. We are not in Louisville full time and it was necessary for Abundant to work independently. He stayed in contact and did all of the work we needed. They are a professional team and we highly recommend there services.

They were prompt in responding to my initial call, took their time in answering my many questions during the estimate visit, quickly followed up with a written estimate, and completed the job within four days of my giving them the green light. The job was done professionally, and they did an excellent job of clean-up.

The work crew arrived at the scheduled time. The crew leader had me walk him through exactly what I wanted done. He offered a couple of good suggestions, which were adopted in the work plan. Each of the crew went about completing separate segments of the job. Addition crew arrived and joined in. I was consulted at various stages of the work, especially re: the Holly trees. All limbs, branches and trimmed hedge pieces were ground up in an industrial size chipper and hauled away. The yard was raked and driveway blown clean (cleaner than when they arrived, thanks to the wind recently).

All work was done in a very professional manner. Owner and crew were very prompt and courteous. Would recommend highly.

I called and within a couple of days I was given an estimate. They came on time and did not leave a mess. I was not home but they did a beautiful job and I am well pleased. The holly trees were trimmed exactly how I wanted them.I was billed the correct amount. I will call again when I need these services or any other tree issues.

I purchased a deal for the tree service and called several days later to arrange for a day. After telling Kevin what I needed he called back later in the day and said he could come the next morning. We did not think a first visit was necessary. He arrived a few minutes early, explained what he planned to do and quickly got to work. Kevin and his crew were efficient and professional. They collected and chipped the limbs and cleaned the whole area before they left. I would certainly hire him again and recommend Abundant Tree Care Services to others.
