Abundant Tree Care Services

It was really good. The trees are gone. We were all happy. There was an additional $600 which really put me where I would have been anyway. It was somewhat a saving but not a big saving. He did a good job. He was very personable. I liked him a lot. When he got here and did the service, it was good. It was just that because of the weather, there were a couple of days where he said he was gonna get it and he didn't because it was storming and I wouldn't want him up in the tree either. That was the only negative and that's something he didn't have any control over. The service was doe to my specifications. He did what I asked him to do and it was fine. The clean up was good. He left the tree but I'd asked him to. Other than that, everything else was gone. There weren't any branches, leaves, or any fall dust of anything. He was very professional.

The tree trimmers arrived on time and did what they said they would do do. Good job cleaning up.

Had some problems with getting the work done, they have limited hours available during the work week. I wanted to be present while the work was being done and that was a problem because I work during the day. They had to cancel a few times and I was tempted to go with another company. I wish I have watched the work being done more closely, the gutters on the back of my house, right under where the largest limbs were removed were hanging loose and not noticed until a few weeks after the work was done.

They were prompt and very professional.

I love this guy. In the last 9 years I have live in this house I have had 12 trees taken down by 7 different tree guys. Kevin is knowledgeable about trees, he gives suggestions, he is very neat and cleans up the area where he works, he is responsive to my calls. The men who work for him are all nice and courteous. His prices are very reasonable. He helped me with talking to the insurance when I had the mini burst. I will always use Abundant Trees for any tree related problem.

They’ve done pretty well. They were just really responsive. They seem like they really knew a lot about what they were doing. Anytime I ask questions, they give me detailed answers and really kind of came out from the perspective of here is what you want to do and here’s the best approach. So they really worked hard to kind of inform the consumers to like why they wanted to do what they wanted to do which makes somebody who knows nothing about trees feel a lot more at ease about why they’re asking to do certain things and what it’s going to cost.

We got the estimate in a timely manner and did not have to wait long to schedule the service. It was really neat to watch the crew work, and they were very nice, careful and thorough. We did have a slight mix-up with the stump grinding (it had to be scheduled separately), but that was easily resolved.

Kevin Bold was very responsive and professional. He came out, thoroughly evaluated our trees, and provided a detailed estimate. He was great about scheduling a time to do the work, and his crew did an excellent job. Kevin really knows his trees! I would absolutely use him again.

The estimator seemed very knowledgable. He looked at one tree over fence from about 15 feet away. When the crew started to trim the tree, I was shown a weak place that indicated the tree should be removed. The other tree was to be reduced in size and trimmed away from the house. The crew asked me to direct the trimming. I felt they should know what to do without asking me. It was left much larger than what I indicated that I wanted. The estimates were high even with the reduced list for the Big Deal. I will try another company before using this one again. They were easy to contact and arrivied on time.

The service went fine. They appeared to know their job and what needed to be done. They gave us an estimate that was a little high but they were able to take away a little of that by decreasing some of the service. They are willing to work with you. The service was a little pricey but they will work with you to adjust that.

Provider bid the job with several options. We chose 1 option. Provider came wjhen promised, did the work, and left a generally clean job site. Overall a good experience, although I thought the price was a bit steep considering that no trees needed to be felled.

I called Abundant tree care for a estimate on removing the tree. He was my third interview, I hired them within minutes of talking with Kevin. He was so assured that we were making the right decision, informed me of information about the tree we never could have guessed . The tree was 10yrs.old , and had been a house warming gift, so I was having a hard time in making a decision on letting it go. Within a few days the crew showed up on time removed a huge section of wooden fence, had the tree gone within a couple of hours , cleaned the carnage up, replaced the fence like better than before, yea the darn thing appears more uniformed, ( who knew)! !!! Anyway my neighbors were happy and pleased, the tree had to be felled on their property, with a huge deck that could have been damaged if not from the expertise of this company, Kevin's crew are so nice and professional, as well as uniformed and work like a team of surgeons, everyone seems to know without question what steps to take. Trust me you don't have to wonder, who are these people on my property , I liked the professional look of them .We have all seen tree removal companies , their are five vehicles parked on the street and the workers are a hodgepodge of men no one could guess who they are, I saw this a block away at the same time my tree was being taken away . I can say that this company is the only one I will reference to my friends and neighbors. I see nothing but great success for them. One more statement the price for their work is awesome and Kevin stays in touch thru out the process . Kevin is a super professional and very educated about trees and plants, he informed me on how to save my wonderful plants that needed to be uprooted in order to do the job.

They did a great job removing 2 trees that were very close to my house and cleaning and trimming brushes, they were very knowledgeable and helpful; they answered all my questions and concerns. They cleaned up the areas very well, they were in and out in the time provided.

Arrived when scheduled and got right to work. They took extra precautions on the trees that were next to my house and finished on time.

AWESOME !!! Kevin and the 'Guys', O'Neil, foreman, Nathan, Justin and B.J,. were charming, professional, did a 1000* job, and cleaned up every leaf and branch they cut, really, I love All of the people I have used from Angie's list, but, Abundant tree service was by far the very best experience I have ever had !!! Their pricing was incredible, the way Kevin climbs those tree's... he could walk a tight rope in a circus :) I never have to worry about a wind storm again. I am just so beyond thrilled, I now have sun shining in my back yard, and Kevin and the 'Guys' are coming back in October to cut back a huge Magnolia, a big Water Maple in front of house, and trim back Crepe Myrtles. Also, would like to note that Kevin is a certified arborist, honest, forthright, and could have charged me much more for the huge amount of work they did. Both trees were nicely trimmed, and the clean up was excellent. The only issue I had was that it took the company a while to get out to my house but they did give me a cheaper price than what was first quoted so that was greatly appreciated and professional. Once again the work was great. Thanks

I've used abundant tree care before. kevin bold (the owner) is very knowledgable, professional, punctual and personable. i would recommend abundant tree care services to anyone needing any kind of tree work done. you wont be disappointed. quality work for a reasonable price.

From the get go, he was soooo professional! I loved his honesty and information on why we should cut certain trees down. We were in a new neighborhood and the roots had died :-( Sadly we lost all of our trees. But with the help of Abundant, by the time they were done it was like nothing had ever been there! I will definitely use them again!

Responded promptly to initial inquiry, arrived on time for the estimate, and emailed the estimate within 3 hours of visit. Listened to my concerns and included everything that I needed. Arrived early for work to be done. Went straight to work. When asked to do a little extra pruning were reasonable with cost on the spot. While working when discovered some of the proposed work was not necessary, adjusted the price instead of charging us just for the money. When we discovered a couple of stumps that were not ground (hidden under the ivy), promptly returned to grind the stumps, even after payment had been made. Very pleased with customer service and work.

David, the arborist, was prompt, professional and knowledgable. Took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Kevin, the owner, was out within the week to do the work with his team. Lots of branches removed; covered the driveway and yard. All debris was cleaned up very nicely! The trees look wonderful. I was very pleased with the end result!

The guys were very helpful explaining what they were going to do and did what the said they would.

Never got to use there services as I was forgotten and that shows a lack of caring as far as I'm concerned.

I purchased a coupon for $199 for $400 worth of tree service. I immediately received an e-mail to schedule an appointment, and they came out a few days later. The estimate was for $450, so all I owed after the coupon was $50. This was lower than other estimates that I had received. The work was done about a week later while I was out. They removed the tree and left the area completely clean. A few days later they ground out the stump. This is in a landscaped area with brick edging, and they left it nice and neat. I was very impressed, as I've had stumps ground out before and it left a mess. I have recommended them to a friend, and would definitely use them again.

. They came on time and worked non-stop until the job was completed. Kevin, the owner , and 3 of us employees were pleasant and polite. I enjoyed talking with them and was most impressed with their knowledge of trees. Kevin has both a BS and Masters degree. I'd highly receommend to you. Infact, a friend of mine saw my work and called Kevin. Kevin has trimmed his trees.
