Everything went well and works great

Went great. We had an older door, so some of the modernizations meant that it doesn't go all the way up anymore. But they called me, talked me through it, and gave me the option to continue or not. Very pleased.

The representative of the company performed in a manner to make their company proud. All work done promptly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction. This was my third door in fifteen years. Their technician worked to corrected a problem others said they couldn't and then recreated the situation to see if would fail, it did not. Bravo Absolute Overhead Door.

I was given a time to expect someone to come fix my garage. He showed up on time! I showed him the problem and he got right to work. Suggested replacing the cable on the other side as it was close to breaking too. He spent the time to make sure everything was adjusted and the door was opening and closing smoothly. He took my payment info and I had an invoice and CC receipt in email almost immediately. If I ever need garage work again, I will be certain to give Absolute a call. Jeff

The service person was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and recommended the best solutions, along with other options. We agreed on what was need to do and he promptly got on it. Very satisfied with their/his services and communication.

Felt that the package I purchased was a waste of money. The guy that came out called and told me he was going to be 20 mins late, which was fine. When he arrived, he looked at my door, asked if I had any WD40 because that's all it needed. I didn't so he went up to the gas station to get some. When he returned he sprayed the wheels and within 5 mins he was done. I asked him if that was all he was going to do and he said yes since my door didn't have the old spring system. I told him paid $89 door for a tune up package and he said "well I guess I better grease some more." After another 10 mins of "something" he said ok I'm finished. I thanked him and even let him put his company stickers on both of my garage door. Feel like I was misled to be honest. I could have saved $85 dollars and just sprayed the wheels myself. Will think twice before using Angie's List again. Considering I am a new home owner I am sure I will need things in the future.

It went well. It took most of the day for the installer to complete the job. But, he worked consistently and was pleasant. In a week or two, the garage door started creaking and making a noise we knew wasn't right. We quit using it until they could get someone out there that day. Since then, it was worked well and with no problems.

They did a great job; I would hire them again.

The door works better than it did when it was new!

I had just about given up on this 60 year old door. It was coming off the track; the closer was disconnected; and I was opening it manually with great difficulty. I bought the Angie's List deal for a tune-up and roller replacement, figuring that I should give it a try and expecting them to find it beyond repair. But their friendly technician came out on time, got things back in line, replacer the rollers, and even repaired the hanger strap on the closer. To my great surprised, the door closed smoothly, the closer "purred" and the safety stop worked perfectly. Best $100 ever spent.

The cost was similar or better than other companies. The tech was pleasant, professional and friendly as was the phone personnel. The door is installed and works great. This is not the first time we've used this company. It was years ago when we used them the last time. The work then was done very well and the tech educated us about what he was doing and why.

It turned out well. There was a mix up with the keypad. I did want it. There was an issue with the keypad and the type of system that I have. So, what they did was, instead of getting the keypad replaced, they put new rollers on and just kind of checked it out. I didn't get the keypad because there was some issue. They provide universal keypads. I talked to the manager. I was sort of upset. Originally, when the guy came out, he didn't think it was the keypad. He was thinking it was just replacing all the rollers and lubrication. I told him, "No" and then he left and I talked to the manager. He explained the fact that they used an universal one and that it was not compatible or something. I accepted it. It wasn't so bad. I was looking for a keypad, but no worries. It wasn't their fault because they didn't know the door that I had. I thought that they would come out and look at my system and go and find one. It didn't work that way. I would have been upset if he had not been able to explain it to me. But after the explanation, I understood. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. This was the first time that I used them. The guys were very helpful. I asked about when I was going to get the new rollers. They've got different grades of rollers for the garage door. They were telling me that what they've put in are top-of-line type rollers. So I felt pretty good that they were giving me quality rollers. They did the work pretty quick. They tested and adjusted whatever needed to be adjusted. So, I was very pleased.

It was very good, he was prompt and quick and everything you could want from a provider. I highly recommend this company.

They were good. It took them about two minutes to get the work done. I thought the price was high for what they did. They were very serviceable and presentable. They were here on time. There were no additional charges for the service. I thought they were going to replace all the rollers, but they only replaced one. The service was good. They were very professional and did their job. I just thought they were going to do more than what they did for the price. I would ask them first on how much everything would cost before I would use them again.

Everything went fine. They techs arrived right on time and worked quickly. They were able to get me scheduled right away, faster than I thought, which was nice.

All the details is simply that Vince did a great job! We had picked Absolute from a list on Angies List 2 years ago when we needed a garage door tune-up. Absolute also had a coupon we could use. Vince, again, did a superb job. We are overjoyed with Angies List and the service you provide.

It went very well! I really needed to have someone come out the day I called, because, with the way the door was acting, I was afraid it was going to stop working all together. They were able to accommodate this request. The tech called me a few minutes before arriving. When he arrived, he found the problem right away and fixed it. He also checked everything else to make sure there were no other issues. He had it fixed in just a few minutes, and had me come out and open and close it to ensure i didn't see any other problems. The price for the service was also very reasonable, and I really appreciate that they were able to get someone to come out and fix the door the same day that I called.

It was good. I was very satisfied with that. I would highly recommend them.
