They were great. I called and made the appointment. They said they would come the next day at 9:30 and they got here a little early. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and he told me a couple of things that I should probably have done in the future but I didn't have them done right then. They didn't try to put anything on my or anything.

They were great, very prompt and quick. They analyzed and isolated the problem in a few minutes. He had the gear that needed to be replaced in his truck. Replaced the gear and rollers. He cleaned up after himself and was out of there in 30 minutes even after arriving early. Absolutely outstanding.

Person showed up in the time frame promised, worked quickly and efficiently to solve the problem.

I contract them based on a $99 special to get general Garage Door Maintenance and to replave the rollers. During the maintenance, he indiated that a part in the garage motor was bad and indicated it may go out soon. He quoted a price for me, then upon permission, went ahead and replaced the part. The garge door is now significantly quieter and open / closes great.

problem: garage door would not open, motor made grrrrr-ing sound. called son, suggested a couple of things I should try: still no success. checked Angie's list, called Absolute Overhead Door Service, technician arrived within 2 hours. technician listened to sound, determined it was stripped gears, replaced them, and it worked! happiness at my address! Way to go, JR!

He did a really good job. He also pointed out something that needs to repaired. He did not push anything on me and told me I did not need to address it right away. They did a great job and I have no problems with the service.

When I called to arrange service for my garage door, Absolute Garage Door was ready to come out the very next day. The service technician arrived promptly as scheduled, completed the work as expected, explained the problem I was having with the opener and suggested options for repair or replacement. Just his fiddling with the receiver got the thing working again for now, but when I'm ready to replace the old unit, I will definitely consider calling Absolute.

Technician arrived within the time specified and immediately went to work. While performing service he answered all my questions and pointed out where I might expect to have issues in the future with my door. After he was finished with replacing the rollers the door functioned better than ever.

After the call to set up the appointment, he came as planned and even called to see if he could do the job early. I was all for that. He came in, introduced himself and went to work. He was finished and out in no time,

I spoke with the two men, nice fellows that explained what they would do and informed me the problem I was having was due to wrong size springs, however, to their credit, no big sales pitch, just a frank assessment and cost to replace them, should I deside to some day.

This company proved to be very prompt. They came out the day after I called to make an appointment, and showed up right on time. He got right to work and finished the job very quickly. While he did the work, he explained problems he had found and told me about problems I could expect in the future based on what he had found. If I do have future problems, I will call this company because I was very pleased with the job they did.

Not only was the work done right, it was done beyond my expectations. They even installed the rubber barrier on the bottom of the door at no extra charge.

On time, work done just as they said in the amount of time. Friendly.

Vince arrived promptly. He was professional and friendly. He completed the work quickly and thoroughly, and he took the time to educate me on the mechanics of my overhead door and gave me tips to properly maintain it.

They did a great job on 1 garage door with 1 exception. When resetting the limits on the garage door opener, they reset all of the remote codes. Now I have to teach 5 remotes the code, again. I hired these guys to come back following day to replace the weather stripping on both of my garage doors and the work was done timely and reasonably priced.

I could not believe when I called and got scheduled for the next day! It was wonderful! Vince arrived early and got to work immediately. He kept me informed of the process and answered all my questions patiently. He told me how old my garage door was (very old!) and gave me a brief history of overhead garage doors - it was pretty interesting! My rollers were not standard, so he could not replace them as per the coupon. He was going to refund some of my money, but we had wanted a remote access keypad to get into the garage from the outside. He had a universal one with him, so installed that! We are going to have to replace our garage door in the near future, and we will almost certainly go with Absolute Overhead Doors. I was very impressed with the entire process.

Arrived promptly. Got to work immediately. Contracted work was completed. Bonus and very valuable to me: took the time to educate me re: how the door and it's component parts function and what maintenance I need to do myself and things to watch out for. Excellent in every way !!!

Work was done as promised and was professionally installed in short time.
