They were honest, cleaned some areas very well and missed a few places.

Overall, everything went perfectly and we felt the service was worth the cost. Rosie and her helpers worked very, very hard for 8 1/2 hours (minus a lunch break). Rosie checked to see if we were sensitive to any of her cleaning agents before using them. The three workers were congenial yet professional and very nice to have in the house. Rosie took charge and they all seemed to work well together. We would highly recommend Rosie and her crew!! We are already planning to use J & R Cleaning Service on a regular basis at a more affordable rate than the "deep clean" rate. This was a very nice experience!!

We decided to sell our home, due to it is too big for us to maintain. The cleaning was more than we could do. So I went to Angie's list to find someone to clean. I met with Rosie and Arnold who were very professional and their cleaning was outstanding. The best I have had ever. I am continuing to use them every two weeks to maintain our home until it sells and then plan on their help in our new home. We would recommend very highly.

The lady who did the cleaning wasn?t timely and she started making excuses for being late. I had to schedule an appointment two times but she never showed up. The price that was charged was good. I would not use their services again.

I give her a little more than what she asked for originally. They get down to business when the come and are very focused with their work. I have appreciated their work very much.

I read the great responses of Rosie's cleans here, and after trying a "big chain" cleaner and not being satisfied, I decided to give her a try when we moved into our new house. I booked her for a deep clean and she took 2 days for a 3500 sq ft home - and it was fantastic! She is extremely detailed and thorough and the clean was so fabulous that we booked her to come every other week. I highly recommend her to everyone that is looking for a regular or a one-time deep clean. She's professional and always on time, very personable, and is very good at her job.

We plan on continuing to patronize Rosie and think she is the best around. We're preparing for our first child and so hiring a cleaning professional was something new for us. She has met and exceeded our expectations and has made our lives so much easier.

I wish you could smell my house. It smells fantastic. Everything is shining clean. It took 7 hours to complete but this is the cleanest my house has ever been. Well worth the money. I highly reccommend Rosie - she is a true professional.

Ms. Laury and her partner are excellent professionals. They are thorough and meticulous. Ms. Laury has found some effective cleaning solutions for some problem areas. She seems to be on the lookout for the best products to use for her work. They are always pleasant and work hard. I could not ask for more. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I can't imagine using someone other than Rosie's. First she cleans better than I clean, which is what I want when I'm paying someone. She has the same attention to detail as I do and knows how to get something really clean. She doesn't overlook things and always does what she says she's going to do. She has done a good cleaning EVERY week for a year. Even my husband loves it when she comes. She has sold him on having a cleaner. And second, she's a pure pleasure to work with. She's always pleasant and cheerful. She gives fair prices and is upfront about your first cleaning. I've always found her to be receptive to questions or comments about the cleaning, and she's never been defensive about anything. She always says she values openness and honesty. She's done such a nice job, I just thought others should know. I think it's difficult to find a good cleaner, but I certainly have found one.
