Top Seal gave us a an estimate that was reasonable and the actual costs did not vary. The work was performed with the highest quality and attention to detail. Very please with Top Seal and will use this company again!

When I first contacted Top Seal, I was contacted quickly. Scot gave me a time period that he would come and inspect my rear deck and give me a price to complete the work. Because of weather he was delayed, but contacted me with a new time period. Scot inspected the deck and gave me a price and written contract. He explained that the money was not due until he completed the work to my satisfaction. Because of heavy work load he gave me a date about three weeks away. This date was delayed by weather which I was expecting to happen with outdoor work. Scot always kept me updated and completed the work by June 7, 2013. Scott Fitzgerald, owner of Top Seal, arrived promptly to give us an estimate for pressure washing and staining/sealing our deck. The estimate was very reasonable. Our deck furniture was removed and the deck was pressure washed immediately. There was a delay in staining the deck because of rain but Scott notified us to let us know when he anticipated he would complete the project. He matched the existing stain on our deck perfectly and completed the work on time as promised. His work was very neat and meticulous, and there were no messes for us to clean up. After the stain dried he returned to replace the deck furniture and to see if we were satisfied with the job. We appreciate his attention to detail and his communication with us. We will definitely use Top Seal again and highly recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

Got a call back within reasonable time from my first effort to contact. Had a visit and estimate also in good time. Weather delayed but all in all arrived and did work within time frame agreed to. Scott was very good at giving options for work. Very easy to work with. Great attention to detail -- took good care to avoid damage to deck-edge plantings. Very satisfied with all work. Willing to add on concrete cleaning and sealing last minute. Did some minor repairs in the process. All in all very good experience -- happily recommend.

Scott came to my home and gave me an estimate for both jobs that I had requested of him. He was very throurgh in his estimation. He took time and answered all my questions and we agreed on the colors to be used and he gave me a start date and an estimated finish date. I was surprised to see he was the only persons painting my house but the morning he was to start the job he came at the time he said. I was gone all day and when I returned that evening, my house went from red brick to grey brick. The same happened the next day and when I returned home my house was green (the color I had choosen). On the third and fourth days he painted the eves and replaced the eve vents with new ones and chaulk as I requested. I was sure I would have to point out something but I did not. He told me to take the next day to look over the house and make of list of issues that I had. I did not have a list. He never asked to have any money up front, worked with me in the estimate stage (which I had several to compare with, nor was he the last estimate) to get an agreeable price for both of us. Scott was pleasant to work with and very accommodating. There was never anything to clean up after each day he worked, and he asked premission to use the trash cans. This was the best contractor/client experience I have ever dealt with. He was very professional and his response to questions was timely. I so much enjoyed the look of my newly painted house that I asked him to stain the 19x20 deck attached to my house. He did the same great job.

I checked them out on Angie's List. His name is Scott Fitzgerald. I was real pleased with him. He was exactly what everybody said; he is top of the line. He was real professional, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. The price was great. He did it real quick. He cleaned the deck on one day, and was able to come over and do the deck a couple of days later. The price was for everything and I was very well pleased with that price. He just got right on the job. He was there when he said he was going to be there. I have actually recommended him to a person that I used to work with. I just told him that his prices are really reasonable and the work he performs is top of the line. I couldn’t have asked for a better job, and he is just an all-around nice guy. I am going to him use probably every year from here on. I have already told him to contact me next year. He is going to come by and check to even see if it needs to be redone. If it is, I am going to absolutely use him again.

The steps and landing look great now and repel the water well. I appreciate his attention to detail and especially that he didn't get any paint on the house or concrete patio. He was professional and did the work even when it was cold and dark.

They were honest about our driveway not needing to be re-sealed. It was overall a wonderful experience.
