Description of Work: Superior cleaned the carpets with hand machines and chemicals which was not good enough to get wear patterns and extra dirt out of carpets. Another cleaner with a large truck which had a power scrubber, vacuum and steam had to be used several days later to get the carpets cleaned like new. Of course the new company charged more, but it seems that paying Superior Cleaning was a waste of time and money.

Description of Work: Pre-move-in carpet cleaning - living room, 3 bedrooms, and stairs. It went great. The carpets were dirty and stained. They were able to get most of the stains out (not much you can do about hair color) and the carpets look so much better!

Description of Work: Milo has cleaned the carpet of a well-used great room that is entered from the outside - wet muddy shoes/boots and inconsiderate inhabitants in this house several times. I trust them to do my upholstery and will call them soon. We are having construction done now. This company is up front - no games - and delivers on promises.

The company contacted me very soon after I called them. Gave me a day and time and was prompt. I had one problem with the stairs which they came back and redid. Very friendly and professional team. Would definitely use them again.

I called them up and spoke with Myloe who helped talk we through all the processes and options SCC offered. Once we decided on what was best for my situation I had them come clean all carpet in all of the rooms and walkways throughout the rental home. We have 2 big dogs (65lbs and 85lbs) and a 3 year old little girl, so the carpet had definitely seen its fair share of stains and messes, but Superior Carpet Cleaning was able to get the stains out and make the carpet look better than when we moved in. I was totally satisfied with the service and the speed at which they got the job done. I've had other carpet companies come in before and they also try to pressure you into clean more stuff and try finding ways to drive up the cost but SCC came in, did the job and it looked great. I was impressed. The same goes for the my new home, the carpet looked fantastic when they were done. I would absolutely recommend SCC to anyone.
Description of Work: I had Superior Carpet Cleaning (SCC) clean all the carpeted rooms and walkways in a house (ranch) I was renting. I was getting ready to move out and wanted to ensure I would get my full deposit back. We also recently bought a house and I had Superior Carpet Cleaning come in and clean the carpets prior to us moving in. I wanted to give ourselves a fresh start with the new place and I couldn't be happier.
