It went very well. The team was exactly on time and very professional. They got straight to work and finished up in an hour or so.

They were excellent! The two people that came were very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, types of carpet, and carpet care. They worked together well. They took their time, moving additional furniture that I hadn't moved previously. They were also very responsive and informative when I asked for additional information or needed them to go over something with me again. I will undoubtedly be using this company again in the future.

We had several places where our cat has scratched the carpeting down to the backing. Myloe came to give us an estimate and arrived on time as promised. He is very well mannered and professional. His estimate was reasonable, and he said he could do the job at once if we wished. We wished. He finished the job in less time than he had estimated and adjusted his price accordingly. He was meticulous in his work, and the results were excellent considering the relative age of the carpet being repaired and the piece we had on hand for him to use. We are extremely pleased with his workmanship and the results, and we would highly recommend Myloe to anyone needing carpet repair services.

The young men arrived on time, went right to business and finished in record time. I am very pleased as I have had several cleaners come but IMHO, Superior does the best job. I like working with Mylo as he is eager to accommodate requests that come from those of us who procrastinate. He was able to get my carpet cleaned before my daughter and granddaughter arrived and I was really pleased.

Made an appointment in good time, came on time, did not take as long as I would have expected and cost a lot less. I wasn't sure of the method they use but 3 weeks later everything still looks really good and I am convinced. Plus, not as wet as the traditional steam cleaner from the truck (some dampness when they left, but resolved quickly), and we could keep the door closed in August which is good. Owner does the work -- clearly invested in doing the job. Really could not be happier.

Service reps were on time and friendly. The cleaning was well done. My only complaint was that I needed to point out several areas where more water needed to be removed to eliminate wrinkles. They readily obliged.

Fantastic. They were prompt and did the most thorough carpet/upholstery cleaning I have ever seen. They stayed for a little over an hour and I don't think there was one speck of dirt on my (light beige) couch or rug. My carpet and sofa were dry within a few hours. I will use these guys again and recommend them to all my friends/family. Once, again Angie's List delivered!

Myloe responded quickly to my Angie's List message. He was extremely flexible concerning scheduling. On the day of the service, he called to ask if he could arrive BEFORE the appointment, which is rare and great! I was amazed at how quickly he finished and the the results are outstanding. I had plans in place to tear out all the carpet and install hardwood floors because the carpet was awful. I am very pleased to say that I will save a lot of money by keeping my carpet!

They were awesome. They came in, and cleaned the carpets in my new house. All the stains and wear on the carpet are gone and it smells so clean. I will definitely be using them in the future. The two gentlemen that came were curtious and professional.

They did a great job. They performed a basic carpet cleaning. They were good and were easy to talk to. Two cleaners came out to do the work.

When first contacted, Mr. Myloe Sanders set up an appointment for an estimate. It was given the next day. I was also able to ask for a certain day for them to come. We were called one hour before arrival to let us know they were going to be on time. They arrived as said and went immediately to work. No chatting, strictly work. We have three golden retrievers so their work was cut out for them. I did not ask them to move three heavy pieces of furniture (cabinets) as I did not want to have to unload them first. Excellent job! This morning I put the furniture back into place and was really amazed at how great the carpet looked both in the living and dining rooms. They also deodorized the carpet and it smells nice and fresh. The last time I had the carpet cleaned by another company, I was not happy with the results! Superior did a great job and I will be calling them again. Thanks Superior. I will not wait so long next time now that I have found you!

The service was good. They informed us how long to wait before walking on the carpets which was no problem.

It went fine. They did an okay job but it was not an outstanding job. They did a fine job. They tried to clean the spot but it didn't work and it was not the area that they are obligated to clean. They were nice and they like dogs.

They were very friendly and professional. They went a bit beyond what they were obligated to do, without charging extra. That was very appreciated! The carpets were in great shape when they left.

I checked Angie's list for a recommendation for carpet cleaning and chose Superior based on their grades and the fact that they had so many reviews as well. I called and they were very friendly and personable on the phone. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were also very professional and courteous. I had a ton of stains from my senior feline and also some spilled chocolate milk and I was concerned that those would not come out. I have had these carpets cleaned several times and have used at least 4 different companies now and even though they are still wet (it's only been a few hours), I can tell a HUGE difference. And those animal stains really lifted well. The chocolate milk is GONE! I have light light grayish carpet and I'm really pleased. Another thing I liked is that I didn't get quoted one price on the phone and then find out there would be other fees since I had pet stains. And they didn't charge me extra for not being on the ground floor. It was a little more $ than what I usually pay but I would rather just pay one price up front and be done with it instead of feeling like my carpets won't be as clean if I don't purchase some extra special treatment. My only complaint is the lack of printed material on how to operate the machinery. He explained it but provided nothing to refer back to. Using the equipment is not easy.
