SUPERIOR CARPET CLEANING

They were prompt, nice and did a good job. The price was reasonable.

Superior did a great job. They showed up on time (8:00 a.m. on a Saturday). There were two guys. Both were very professional and personable. We also added an additional space which they charged us a minimal fee to do. I will definitely use these guys in the future.

We were very happy with the service from Superior. they came to the house and did all the furniture and one rug. the second needed to be cleaned off site so they took that when they left. They fully explained the procedure and what we needed to do after cleaning while the items were drying. the furniture came out looking 100% better. the area rug came out well too. there were a couple of areas that did not clean up as well as others but it was in a high traffic area so was very dirty. the off site cleaning took a few days and when they brought it back, the person that delivered thought they might be able to do better on the other rug with some different cleaners. they came back again and re-did that rug and improved how it looked. we appreciated their desire to make it look as good as possible. We had a party a couple of days later and everything looked great. very satisfied

Myloe came out and gave us a very fair and thorough quote on all of our carpet repair and cleaning needs. He was highly professional, friendly, honest, and caring. I could tell that he takes great pride in what he does and it definitely shows in his work. Our repairs turned out wonderful and the cleaning really turned out well! He has worked with us to get a stain out of our carpet that has been there since we purchased the home. They also responded to an emergency very efficiently and removed a large amount of paint that was accidentally spilled on the carpet. They got it all out! No paint left at all! I was very pleased! I cant say enough about Myloe and his team. They have been so helpful and able to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this company. They do a wonderful job!

I am selling my house and had to reschedule with Myloe because people were looking at the house. He rearranged his time to fit when his crew could get in and do the work. They did an excellent job with the stained carpets and stairs. I would hire them again for sure.

Exceptional work. Responded quickly to my request, was very reasonably priced, and even did additional work that he didn't know about when he came!!!!

The 3 workers were a little earlier than had been scheduled (which was great). Very courteous, neatly dressed and very mannerly. Were in and out in a timely manner. I was very pleased overall. They gave me coupons for $10 off to give to friends to use for their cleaning services.

They were easy to schedule, and arrived promptly. They were able to remove pet stains as well as some dark nail polish our daughter had spilled. The price is reasonable and the work is good quality.

Quality of personnel is fine. Just not as good a job as we are used to. Don't recall the date it was done so guessed at the date.

I thought their price was reasonable. I liked that they were fast and professional. They recommended the right cleaning for this area rug which is sometimes hard to deal with. They just did a good job.

Superior did a great job. One of the services we requested was for the furniture to be moved in our son's room so that his carpet could be completely cleaned. Due to a miscommunication, that was not done on the original visit. When I called the next day, they came right out and completed the service as requested for no additional charge. I would most definitely recommend the, and we will be using them again in the future. Due to our son's allergies, we will be needing our carpet cleaned twice a year. Superior will get the call!

They were very good. I liked them a lot. They were very punctual and just did a really great job. They were nice people as well.

I called and talked to Myloe to set up a time for him to come for an estimate, which he did the very next day. I told him I bought the special they offered for 3 rooms cleaned but knew we wanted more done. After meeting Myloe, I knew right away that he was someone that I could trust to do a good job. He is very pleasant and sincere. We contracted for Superior to do the job and he was able to set up an appointment for us right away. For the past two years I have used a national firm to clean my carpets but Superior did a much better job. They took pains to get any stains out of the carpets and upholstery and to make sure that they got as much water out of the carpets as they could. Therefore, they dried very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior and will use them on a regular basis myself. Anyone needing their carpets cleaned would not be disappointed with Superior Carpet Cleaning!

I was able to schedule the service promptly at a time that was convenient to me. The two gentlemen who did the service arrived on schedule, reviewed the job with me, asking about any problem areas, which they pre-treated, and went to work. I was very pelased with the quality of their work, especially with the water extraction at the end of the job. I have had carpet cleaned before that was left very wet and took a long time to dry, this was merely damp and dried within a few hours. I would definitely recommend this company again, and plan to use them the next time we have our carpet cleaned.

My husband and I purchased a home where the previous owners had a lot of dogs and cats. There were deep set stains that we could not get out with our home carpet cleaner. We needed three bedrooms, a livingroom and hallway professionally cleaned. The price was only going to be $99.00 if I only had them clean the carpets but I wanted to add a scent and Scotch Guard as we have many pets of our own. Brian and Rick showed up on time and took their time to make sure that all the stains that could come out, were out. They were both very professional, very nice and very informative. By the time the were finished my carpets looked almost new, the house smelled wonderful of the cherry scent they sprayed and I felt comfortable knowing that the Scotch Guard they put down will help to keep my carpets clean. I will use this service again and again. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. Thanks so much

Sadly, we can't remember when this service was provided or how much it cost; however, we remember we considered the price very reasonable and were completely happy with the whole experience. The two men were professional, prompt, and very helpful.

Very well. Two guys worked together. The interaction between both individuals was respectful and professional.They got the job done then left. I was directed what to do to allow the carpet to dry efficiently.

The overall experience was awesome. They were on time, took very good care, they were personable and taked to us, and they got stains out that none of the other vendors were able to get out.

The experience was wonderful! We had a party at our house recently and there may have been a few items dropped on our brand new carpet. With these new stains, three cats and a husband, it was necessary to call. Brian showed up at the allotted time, cleaned quickly but thoroughly, and applied Scotch Guard. He was courteous and patient with the kitten as he chased the cords around the living room. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends.
