Description of Work: We have a drain outside the door of our walk-out basement that was clogged from grass clippings and leaves, causing the water to drain slowly. With the heavy rains we experienced lately, the water backed up under our basement door and into our mud room. They came out just a couple hours after we called them and cleared the drain. We were very, very pleased with their prompt service and fair price.

Description of Work: service was in March. Can't remember exact date or price paid. But excellent service. He couldn't unclog the sink and suggested we needed a plumber which we did. Asked him to clean out bathtub drain. Bath area drains work wonderful now. He was very efficient and knew what he was going. Would definitely use him again.

+ 0 moreOverall, we are 100% satisfied with the service provided and the price was good -especially considering the extent of the clogged drain.
Description of Work: Our kitchen drain was clogged so we checked Angie's list. Called the top 10 plumbers on the list. Five never responded and the other 5 either won't do "clogged kitchen drains" or were too busy to get to us for the next 2 days (!?!) Fortunately, one of the actual plumbers that I did speak with suggested Lex-Rooter - so that is who we called. Surprisingly, my call was answered my call right away. The lady who answered was pleasant & professional and she gave me an estimate on the phone (and she also suggested that I download the $10 coupon - Thanks!) She told me she would have someone here in 2-4 hours. Serviceman (Bill) was here 2 hours later, He was very professional and went right to work. The drain turned out to be heavily clogged (30+ years of accumulation) but his equipment was first class and he really knew what he was doing. He cleared the drain, tested it, checked for any leaks and then thoroughly cleaned up after the job, A real first class operation all the way. For drain problems, Lex-Rooter is the FIRST company I will call in the future and I will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

+ 0 moreThey provided excellent service. They were recommended by another company because they didn’t have the equipment available that they would need to use. It was on a Saturday and they called me back. He had to do the rooter thing. He ended up having to go into the crawl space and clean out with the rooter from the actual clean-out valve under the house. He cleaned all the pipes. He got them working. It was by the job payment; so I knew before he started what the cost was going to be. There was a $40 Saturday fee. It would have been $200 without that. He worked for probably two hours and forty five minutes. He cleaned up after himself. He was very polite. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if needed.
Description of Work: I used Lex-Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning as both my toilets were stopped-up.

+ 0 moreCalled Lex Rooter first thing in the morning when they opened and they setup an appointment for that day between 10-2pm. They then called back and said they had a technician in the area and they would be there in 30min. The technician was on time and then identified the location of the blockage and removed it quickly. The entire work took just under 1 hr. He was polite and professional and recommended what we may be able to do in the future to avoid this issue. Overall I was greatly impressed with the business from the moment I made the call requesting an appointment to the finish of the work.
Description of Work: We had a problem with all of the water in our house not draining quickly. The problem escalated to the point where if we ran our washing machine the toilet would overflow with soapy water.

+ 0 moreWe had called the same plumbing company we've used for years, John Cannon. They are great but the clog was too extensive for them to clear. They suggested and call Lex-rooter. Their plumber showed up as soon as he could and got right to work. He even brought in his own rugs to protect the floors! He was very thorough and explained all he did. He noticed some of the toilet cleaning products we had been using and let us know they weren't really worth the money and could actually harm the fixtures. All in all - a good experience.
Description of Work: They cleared a badly congested line coming from the second bathroom to the main line.

+ 0 moreThey were the only company who would give me a price over the phone. They stuck to their price. The dispatcher and personnel were the nicest to deal with! They were the best price by about $72.00 and I called all the rooters I could find on the internet! They did an excellent job.
