Very responsive,,arrived on time. The job was a little more difficult than normal due to some odd plumbing issues, but the technician was very patient and took extra time to be sure the problem was resolved.

Punctual, did just what needed to be done, efficient!

On a Sunday, we opened (and almost fainted at) a water bill for more than $2,000! We called immediately. They arrived first thing the next morning. At some point in the horrible winter, a pipe had burst in a crawl space; we had no indication whatever there was a problem -- no leakage, no loss of pressure, etc. The bill was our first and quot;clue.and quot; They were prompt, professional and efficient. We were delighted with their service and will use again. We highly recommend them!

He was here for 1.5 hours and charged me for 2 hours. Maybe that included driving. He was very professional and did a good job. I thought that was high. He did the job when another Angies listing said he could not do it. I think the other listing said he could not do it because he did not want to get into a big job for the $99.00 he was advertising for a 2 hour job.

They showed up on time, did the repairs necessary, and the bill was significantly under the estimate. I've used John Estes in the past and will continute using them.

I got a quote from them in late August to fix and install several things on a rental property. John showed up promptly to assess the work and gave me a very reasonable quote the next day. I called in late September to set up the appointment to do the job. John told me that they were busy that week and he would call me back the following Monday. That Monday came and went with no returned call. On the following Friday, I called back to ask about setting up the job, and was told that John would call me back. The next week went by with no return call from John, so I called them again and was told that John would call me back, which he did not. This scenario repeated for the next several weeks with me calling and John not calling me back, so I finally gave up and went with another plumber. I can only guess that they did not want to do the work that they had quoted, but did not want call me back to tell me this. It seems that they wanted me to give up and go away, which is what I finally did.

Showed up on time and got the job done quickly.

Could not get pilot lit to stay lit. He tried several things and finally figured it out. Rigged it to get us hot water while he went to get proper part which made us all very happy. Returned very shortly with part. Cleaned up everything and even gave me some tips for future. Arrived within one hour of calling. Very happy and will definitely use for all of my plumbing issues in the future. Price was so very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised.

Contacted them on Saturday to get an estimate and I received a call back about 8:30 am on Monday morning. He said he would be over that morning to take a look. At 1:00 pm, I had not heard from him so I called back. He showed up about 1:30 pm and was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable and capable. After a lengthy discussion regarding him being unable to replace it with the double wall vent pipe (due to circumstances beyond his control) I requested he replace the vent pipe with single wall. He agreed and gave me what I considered to be a reasonable estimate. I asked him when he would be able to do it and he told me he would be back in 2 days to complete the job. On Wednesday afternoon, i called to see if he was finished and to make payment arrangements and was told that he was not coming to do the work we agreed on. When i inquired as to why he hadn't contacted me to let me know, he just said and quot;sorry- can't help youand quot;.

Friendly staff fixed problems in reasonable amount of time.

Completed repair quickly, very honest, as I know nothing about plumbing and could have been very easily duped into an expensive unnecessary repair.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Two plumbers arrived on schedule. They were very professional and set out to work right away. The job turned out to be bigger than expected because the U-Shape portion in the water pipe in the garage needed to have a hole drilled in to get a lot of gunk out. The plumbers did the work quickly and cleaned out the pipe. The pipe was sealed so well it is hard to see the where the hole was drilled. I will continue to use John Estes Plumbing when I need their services. The price was very reasonable for the work performed.

Estes Plumbing is always prompt in returning calls and coming to do the work. Both workmen were courteous and cleaned up what little mess they made. All work was done well. It was a pleasure to have them do this work for me and I will definitely contact them again.

Everything is great except it was making a funny noise and they told me it is because of air coming though. They took it apart for me and put it back together, but it is still making the noise. So far the services have been great, I called them and they came out the next morning.

bathroom sink completely closed up. Called on Monday morning, had Tuesday available. ran home to meet him from work. He had the problem solved in 30 min.

John Estes Plumbing replaced a couple pipes to our bath tub. They were very prompt and professional. They completed the work in a timely fashion.

The hot water heater had stopped working and we were having to heat water on the stove. I called Mr. Estes in the evening and he was out early the next morning. He had all the parts necessary for repair in his van and got it working again in a little over an hour. I had used him before for plumbing and was also very satisfied.

I thought that they were pretty good. They are very fast and very efficient. I don't remember what they charged but it must have been reasonable because it wasn't upsetting. They did a good job. They were very quick to respond. They were here on time, just when they said they would be.

The two workers arrived on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up. They also told us how to deodoriz the drain using household items. We were very pleased with their work.

John Estes Plumbing has performed several repairs/jobs in addition to the one mentioned above. Answering service relays messages quickly to serviceman who calls very shortly after. They are very timely, work quickly and do an excellent job at a reasonable price. would not use any other plumber.
