Description of Work: He replaced a collapsed sewer pipe outside the foundation 3 feet underground. he did it when he said he would, quickly, neatly & politely. My regular pumber left me haging. I now have a new plumber. I would call this gentleman & his son for any plumbing or water sewer problems I had. |I would also take this opportunity to tell you to STAY AWAY FROM AMERiCAN WATER COMPANY INSURANCE PLANS. They do not honor their policy.

Description of Work: Fixed leaky toilet.

Description of Work: We had a leaky bathroom faucet. They fixed in within 15 minutes. I think $80.00 was the minimum charge.

Description of Work: July 2013 Repaired toilet/flush assembly |May 2012 Replaced leaking garbage disposal, cleaned out kitchen drain, adjusted flush mechanism on toilet, replaced leaking trap pipe under sink that was too old to withstand the repairs. ($370)

Description of Work: My shower just stopped. Thought I had leak in the wall. John came himself. Said it was probably clog in the water line. We tried that first and it fixed the problem. He was quick, efficient and lots of fun.

Description of Work: Replaced incoming water lines to the house and put new shower faucets on. Added an ice maker water line

Description of Work: My tenant called me when I was out of town on a family emergency. She had "water covering the whole floor". Couldn't tell me where the flood was, or even what kind of water it was. Called John Estes. He was over there in a couple of hours, routed out the whole system, and called when the job was complete. Sent me a bill. What a relief to find an plumber with excellent work ethic! Would call him again whenever I have a plumbing problem.

Description of Work: They came in and fixed 2 toilets, unstopped a bathtub and 2 sinks. They were quick, neat, and very professional. I have used John Estes several times over the years. They are my "go to" plumbing resource. I would highly recommend using them.

Description of Work: he arrived exactly when he said he would and had a leaking gas pipe fixed in about 20 minutes. this is the second time I have used them and i plan to use them from for my plumbing needs going forward.

Description of Work: I contact what appeared to be the answering service on 9/13/2011 and asked that I be contacted about a plumbing concern... I received a return phone call several hours after first contacting them and spoke with a man who spoke very fast, but offered me a good solution to my problem... He informed me that he would be there tomorrow 9/14/2011 to fix my problem.... they never showed up on 9/14/2011 to fix my problem.... As a courtsey I called them back this morning 9/15/2011 to see if they planned to come and fix my problem... It is now 3:40pm and I have received no phone call or seen a service person for John Estes Plumbing... Poor Customer Service... Will not use them OR recommend them
