He was prompt and fixed the problem for s pretty simple procedure. I like how they come and give a free estimate first and let you decide after they give you the price.

Great. He installed GFI's on outlets that didn't have grounds and we didn't even have to ask/tell him to. He never got frustrated with not-so-state-of-the-art systems. I would highly recommend Richard.

They did a fine job and they were quick and clean.

They said they could do the work but they would not do it. They never really gave me a quote. They just said that their quote would be too high, more than I wanted to pay. They never gave me an opportunity to really respond to any price. I would not call them again.

They fixed it and it was working fine and it still is.

They got the job done, they were just a bit expensive.

We felt that the price was quoted appropriately we just decided to not go through with the job at that time.

We had better offers from other companies and so we did not go with them.

They were on time and the price was very good compared to other estimates we received. The one complaint that I have is that the finish is a little rough, but it isn't all that noticeable unless you are looking for it. Overall I would use them again.

it went well. there was some problem with the repair but the person came back and repaired what was neeeded to be done. He was nice and knew what he was doing.

The light switches were installed upside down. The opening had to be enlarged and filled in with wall putty. It was not same color as surrounding wall.

Great - until my electric gate was damaged. The work on the privacy fence was completed. The employee for the fence, Mel, was excellent. Handyman Connection did not charge me for any of the work done. The problem was handled in a very professional way. I came out less than even on cost but would call them again. I have used this company many times before this incident and have been very pleased.

They were very responsive if not a bit harried.

For this last job the handyman moved the time on us which actually I have never had happen before but it ended up not being a problem. For this painting job we had to buy our own paint (as we did the last time they did this) which I think is a pain (it's not like there was a specific color we wanted - how many shades of "traffic yellow" are there and what difference does it make?). I also think the price was high especially considering we had to buy the paint (I wasn't totally in charge so I don't know how that happened - I just show up and check the job and write the check!). I am concerned, however, because this time in addition to the new area we wanted painted; we had to have the handyman "touch up" part of the previous NO Parking job this company did for us exactly one year ago (it was a different handyman). It now looks GREAT but we will have to see how permanent it is and how often we have to get it touched up. As for the personal jobs I have had this company do, I have ALWAYS been happy with what they do although, again, they seem a little expensive but I guess I continue to use them because they seem to be able to schedule the work quickly, are punctual, are personable, and give estimates. I have had them do such things as install ceiling fans, fix outdoor lighting, paint garage door, fix broken toilets, and several other jobs I can't remember (I have been using them for years). The ONLY complaint I have for the personal jobs they have done is that one handyman had offensive body odor but he was good at what he did so ... :~(

I've used them two or three times. The experience has been good overall. The closet door didn't stay fixed and his explanation was that it was old, which I thought was lame. I will use them again. They are middle of the road price wise and they generally do a good job.

The serviceman was nice and I was satisfied with the work. I was a little disappointed that the procedure that they used did not match the existing paint on the ceiling.

Worked with Roland Fowler - great communication, polite and always on time. Very pleased and I highly recommend him.

The worker arrived on time and took care of what we needed to have done.

Moving hot water tank went well, due to the change of the lines, the job took two days. The gas line was connected, the grill works fine, however the connection pipe to the grill is sticking up on our deck that I think could have been shorter. It does not look well done. After the softener went in, we had two inches of water in our basement. When I called the office, the owner was concerned and sent the plumber back out. He told me the water was due to our builder putting nails in our basement floor and water was seeping through. We thought that the hose from the unit was cut too short. He cleaned up the water and left. Two days later, more water. I called and the plumber was elsewhere and would not come to our house. A workman who was installing towel racks etc (from same company) cleaned up the water and put in a longer hose, we had no more water. The plumber did not clean up cuts from the hose, left debris that we had to clean up.

Eric assessed the problems, a proposal was given, a time set up to do the work. Arrived on time, completed all the tasks to our satisfaction and cleaned up.
